SUBSTANCE: device for contact predeformation of springs contains a plate, barrel positioned on the latter for mounting spring being tested, two inserts positioned in the barrel, having screw surface and stop on ends, between which spring being tested is mounted. Lower insert is mounted with possible rotation relatively to barrel axis, and upper one, connected to puncheon by means of screw and contacting puncheon along ball surface - with possible movement along the axis of barrel. Inside the lower insert, overrunning sleeve is inbuilt with screw surface, interacting with screw surface of registered, connected to lower cylinder of press.

The level of technology

A device for contact samevolume springs containing plate, on which install the spring and the loading mechanism, with the aim of obtaining a uniform residual deformation for forming the spring, it is equipped with a load balancer, made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, the cavity of which communicated between themselves and evenly spaced around the circumference, levers, each of which rests with one end on the plunger of the hydraulic cylinder, and the second on samevolume spring, and bushing, transmitting the load from the loading device on the levers in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the spring, and the plate is installed on a spherical support (A.S. USSR №198747).

The disadvantage of this device is the design complexity: the device ethnologica in the manufacture and requires a separate hydraulic actuator to adjust the level of fluid in the cylinders.

A device for contact samevolume springs, teramae stationary plate, a movable plate with guide to install the spring, ball bearing, connecting plate and bushing, guide is made in the form of plates with slots in which is located the spring, and the end surface of the movable plate is made grooves for moving guides, having a depth exceeding the height of the jumper guides (A.S. USSR №643684).

The disadvantage is the complexity of the design, and the need for production of thin-walled sleeves whenever you install a spring with a different size of the outer diameter, the failure to hold them in place.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect and adopted by the author for the prototype is a device for contact samevolume springs containing plate, placed her glass to install it tested spring loading mechanism with a device for balancing, with the aim of obtaining the correct geometric shape and consistency of the elastic properties along the length of the spring, it has placed in two glass inserts with screw surface and emphasis, between which is mounted the test spring. One of the inserts is mounted for rotation about the axis of the Cup, and the other can move along its axis (As the USSR №348792).

The disadvantage is the complexity of the design: for unwinding samevolume springs need a separate drive gears.

Disclosure of inventions

An object of the invention is to simplify the design of the device.

The technical result is achieved due to the presence of new elements of the device and their new relationships, namely: the essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device for contact samevolume springs, containing the punch, plate, placed her glass to install it tested springs, placed in two glass liner having at the ends of the screw surface and the emphasis, between which is mounted the tested spring, the lower shell is mounted for rotation about the axis of the glass and the top associated with the plug by means of the screw and in contact with the punch on the ball surface can move along the axis of the glass and inside the bottom liner built overrunning clutch with coil surface that interacts with the helical surface of the rod connected with the lower cylinder of the press, and the top liner is attached to the plug by means of shoulder screws with clearances, providing rotation of the liner and the deviation of its axis from the axis of the punch.

The implementation of the invention

The device consists of a plate 1 with sakralen the m on it by the Cup 2 with the test spring 3, the top of the insert 4 having a spherical surface mating with the spherical surface of the punch 5 and the lower liner 6 with built-in overrunning clutch 7 with a screw surface, interacting with the helical surface of the shaft 8 is rigidly connected with the lower cylinder of the press. The upper shell 4 is attached to the plug 5 by means of shoulder screws 9 with a spacing provided as the rotation of the liner, and the deviation of its axis from the axis of the punch for uniform transmission of force punch to the diameter of the spring 3. On both ends of the liners is screw surface and the stop 10, which contacts its ends tested spring 3, and the screw surface and the emphasis on the upper liner is conventionally not shown because of the need to show the mounting of the upper liner 4 stepped screws 9 to the punch 5.

The device operates as follows. By lowering the upper plate of the press and the punch 5, the spring 3 is slightly tightened. Then swing the bottom of the cylinder press up drive shaft 8, from which it screw surface, acting on the screw surface is inhibited overrunning clutch 7, rotates the lower shell 6. The liner 6 with its emphasis 10 affects the tested spring 3 and rotates it until it touches the stop 10 of the liner 4. Then the movement of the press compresses the spring 3, while applying force to the stroke of samevolume. At this end point of the spring 3 from the compression exceeds the friction torque between the spherical surfaces of the punch 5 and the insert 4, and the latter rotated necessary to compensate for end point angle, while at the same time, the contact spring 3 with the Cup 2 and the lugs 10 of both liners. After the desired exposure relieve stress, swing the bottom of the cylinder press down lower rod 8 in its original position, raise the punch 5. The presence of the overrunning clutch in the bottom of the pad allows it to be rotated against the spring, which makes it possible, given the height of the liner under the spring, measure the height of the springs without removing it from the device. Then remove the spring from the device.

Assembly has press and dies in form of top plate with sample-punch and of lower plate with heater. Millivoltmeter and thermocouple are connected with heater. Damping device is placed in lower part of press. Damping unit is connected with strike pivot by means of pusher; pivot is placed inside pusher. Sample-punch has working part in form of convex surface to have shape of spherical segment. Strike pivot is made with concave surface which matches to convex surface of sample-punch. Registering equipment is provided in the assembly. The equipment is connected to load-cell strain gauge fixed between sample-punch and top plate. Real conditions of extrusion process are created.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for optimization of operation of crankshaft of internal combustion engine lubrication system. According to the method, during critical modes of operation of internal combustion engines, oil discharge through connecting rod and main bearings of crankshaft is measured. When measuring oil discharge through main bearing, oil channel of connecting rod bearing is plugged. When measuring oil discharge through connecting rod bearing, oil channel of main bearing is plugged. Amount of oil pumped through main bearing should equal or be bigger than amount of oil pumped through connecting rod bearing of crankshaft. Precision of estimation is provided to prevent non-uniform wearing of connecting rod and main bearings caused by pauperization of lubricant for numbers of cylinders at all exploitation modes till complete work-out of engine's motor resource.

SUBSTANCE: electric signal, which is proportional to object's vibration, is converted to spectrum. Amplitude components are memorized, the memorized values are compared with critical and estimation levels and after that condition of object is determined and indicated. Simultaneously with measurement and memorizing of basic signal, meanings of signals of accompanying factors are measured and memorized as well as temperatures of diagnosed object and environment temperature. Then the values are compared with corresponding critical and estimation levels with ones preset before. Diagnostics with diagnosis "not available for operation" is stopped when values of signals of accompanying factors simultaneously exceed critical levels and when components of main signal exceed estimation levels. Technical condition is determined and trouble-free operation time of object to be diagnosed is predicted when values of components of main signal and values of signals of accompanying factors do not exceed corresponding critical values.

The values of conventional weights determine the size of bottom and top dampers. When assembling, the top dampers are preliminary compressed to provide increasing the resonance frequency.
