The invention relates to the field of temperature control, namely remedies opto-electronic devices from thermal effects and provide the required devices and protection against dynamic effects, and can be used in military equipment.

To external conditions which have a significant impact on the operation of opto-electronic devices, can be attributed to climatic factors and mechanical damage occurring during transportation and operation. The aim of the invention is the provision of temperature control the set temperature or a small range of its variation in a long time, carrying and protection from the dynamic effects of quantum rangefinder DM-1 (D).
