The invention relates to the field of coatings based on epoxy compositions.

Known epoxy compositions of amine curing based Dianova epoxy oligomers [1]. They form a chemically resistant coating with good adhesion. Their drawback is the low resistance.

The purpose of the invention is the obtaining of epoxy coatings with high resistance.

Closest to the technical essence of the present invention (the prototype) is an epoxy composition to obtain a water-resistant coatings on patent RU 2039773 C1 (CL C 08 L 63/02) [2], including epoxygenase oligomer (including 600 mm and FL. number 13,9) and fluorinated ketimines hardener modified writersdigest the isocyanate and Tris(diaminomethylene) phenol in the following ratio of components:

Epoxygenase oligomer100 g
Ketimines hardener modified
writersdigest the isocyanate77,8-173 g
Tris(dimethylaminomethyl) phenol1-2 g

The disadvantage of this composition is a complex technology for producing fluorine-containing hardener, as well as lower values of hardness and worst water absorption coatings than featur the emnd according to the invention compositions (see table).

The goal of the project is the improvement of the water resistance of the coatings is achieved by the fact that the epoxy composition according to the invention include low-molecular epoxygenase oligomer (400-700 mm, EP. the number 11-21), equimolecular the amount of aliphatic amine hardener of Triethylenetetramine (THETA) and further comprises a low molecular weight fluorine-containing epoxy oligomer (FPO) (molecular weight 650, epoxy 15) on the basis of depositapprovals ether of 2,2-di-(p-oxyphenyl)-geksaftorpropena obtained by the method of [3], in the following ratio: 100 parts by weight of epoxygenase oligomer 5-10 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing epoxy oligomer and 13.6 parts by weight of Triethylenetetramine. All oligomers are compatible with each other in a wide ratio, but more than 10 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing component in the composition to add impractical, since it does not lead to further improvement of the properties.

Epoxy oligomers: resin ED-20 (GOST 10587-84), and fluorine-containing oligomer (FPO) was dissolved in a mixture of ethyl cellosolve with xylene, taken in the ratio 1:7 (as recommended for pure oligomer). Preparing them 50%(wt.) solutions. A solution of fluorine-containing oligomer was added to a solution of the resin ED-20 in the amount of 5-10 parts by weight of FPO in relation to netteradio epoxy oligomer. Then added triathlete is Ramin (branch code 113-9064-015) (13,6 parts by weight). The composition was diluted 646-m solvent and applied to low fat plate of steel 08 KP. Coverage was utverjdali at 120°C for 2 hours or at room temperature for 7 days. The coating thickness of 20-25 microns.

The table shows the properties of the coatings.

Example 1. First get a fluorine-containing epoxy oligomer. For this 0,148 mole of disodium salt of 2,2-di-(p-oxyphenyl)-propane (Bisphenol AF TU 6-02-18-128-87) and 0.92 mol of epichlorohydrin (GOST) in an alcohol solution is heated on a boiling water bath for 2 hours until the disappearance of alkaline reaction. The precipitated sodium chloride is filtered off. From the filtrate the solvent is distilled off. The residue is washed with water and evaporated (or distilled in vacuum). The product is a viscous, yellowish substance that is prone to crystallization, melting point 94°S, soluble in organic solvents. Mol. weight 650, epoxy 15.

Prepare a 50%solution of resin ED-20 and the obtained fluorine-containing epoxy oligomer in the mixture of ethyl cellosolve with xylene in the ratio of 1:7. A solution of fluorine-containing oligomer are added to a solution of the resin ED-20 in the amount of 5 parts FPO against neversometimes epoxy oligomer. The composition is diluted 646-m solvent and applied on the low-fat plates of steel 08 KP. Utverjdayut at room temperature in ECENA 7 days or 120° C for 2 hours. The coating thickness of 20-25 μm. Properties of the coatings are presented in the table.

Example 2. 50%solution in a mixture of ethyl cellosolve with xylene in the ratio of 1:7 fluorine-containing oligomer obtained in accordance with the description given in example 1 in an amount of 10 parts by weight of FPO in relation to netteradio epoxy oligomer is added to the corresponding 50%increase solution resin ED-20. The composition is diluted 646-m solvent and applied on the low-fat plates of steel 08 KP. Utverjdayut analogously to example 1. Properties of the coatings are presented in the table.

Example 3. Analogously to examples 1 and 2 add 50%solution FPO to 50%of the resultant solution of the resin ED-20 of 20 parts by weight of FPO in relation to netteradio epoxy oligomer. Properties of the coatings are presented in the table.
