The invention relates to systems for controlling the supply of fuel in the main combustion chamber of gas turbine engines, namely the regulation of the fuel in the fuel injector.

The traditional method of supplying fuel to the main combustion chamber of gas turbine engines, consisting in the separate feeding fuel through a small fuel injector and vysokoriskovannuju nozzle, in which the regulation of fuel takes place outside the nozzle [1].

The disadvantage of this method is ineffective regulation on the main (middle) modes of operation of gas turbine engines.

A device of the fuel in the main combustion chamber of gas turbine engines, containing a small fuel injector, and the injector is made in the form of the outer shell (sleeve) small fuel injector, the outer and inner air swirler and nozzle made wysokodochodowy and held in a stationary position by a spring, and the blades of the outer swirler made turning [2].

The drawback of the device, taken as a prototype, is a step change of the metering characteristics, which reduces the efficiency of the device on the main (middle) modes of operation of gas turbine engines.

An object of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of regulation of feeding the fuel.

The invention consists in that in the method of regulating the supply of fuel into the main combustion chamber, based on separate feeding fuel through a small fuel injector and vysokoriskovannuju nozzle in the device containing the outer casing, vysokoriskovannuju nozzle, made in the form of the outer surface of the small fuel injector and fixedly mounted therein, the piston-valve and a spring installed between the outer housings of the device and wysokodochodowy nozzle, provided with channels for the fuel supply, the regulation of fuel produced in the device, opening the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle and closing the channels of supply of fuel to wysokodochodowy the jet low idle, and with increasing fuel pressure - opening the channels of supply of fuel to wysokodochodowy the nozzle, simultaneously closing the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle, and with further increase of pressure opened the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle.

Implemented a method of supplying fuel to the main combustion chamber of gas turbine engines in a device containing a small fuel injector, vysokoriskovannuju nozzle, made in the form of the outer surface of the small fuel injector, and the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle and channels of supply of fuel to wysokodochodowy the nozzle, while visotors DNA nozzle made fixedly mounted on the small of the fuel injector, the device has an outer casing, a piston and a spring installed in the flow channel low fuel injectors, piston-valve and a spring installed between the outer housings of the device and wysokodochodowy nozzle and regulating the supply of fuel into the main combustion chamber of a gas turbine engine, opening and closing the channels of the fuel supply to small and wysokodochodowy the nozzles by reducing or increasing the pressure in the device, in addition cover channels wysokodochodowy and low fuel injectors are made with adjustable torque springs.

The technical result of the invention is achieved due to the fact that at low engine operating conditions, at low fuel pressure in the device, the piston-slide valve opens the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle (figure 1), while the channels of supply of fuel to wysokodochodowy the nozzle closed and the spray of the fuel takes place only through a small nozzle. The piston hub is in its rearmost position, compressing the spring under the action of fuel pressure. If you increase the fuel pressure in the device, the piston-valve is moved to the rear of the nozzle and opens the fuel supply to wysokodochodowy the nozzle, simultaneously closing the fuel supply to the small nozzle (figure 2), while the piston-compensator moves perednia position, pushing the fuel through the nozzle, due to the force of a spring, thereby holding for some time, the flame in the main combustion chamber and providing an ignition of the torch wysokodochodowy nozzle. In the future, the spray of fuel is only through vysokoriskovannuju nozzle. With further increase of pressure in the device, the piston-valve is moved to the rear of the device in its outermost position and opens the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle, the spray pattern of the fuel takes place through both nozzles (figure 3). When the pressure decreases in the device process takes place in reverse order.

The present invention meets the patentability criteria of "novelty". In the known technical solutions these distinctive characteristics have been identified that corresponds to inventive step of the invention.

Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of the device at low modes of the gas turbine engine; figure 2 - the same, on average modes of operation of gas turbine engine; figure 3 is the same, the maximum operation modes of the gas turbine engine; 4 - cross sections A-a and B-B of the device in figure 1.

Feeder fuel in the main combustion chamber of a gas turbine engine includes an external housing of the device 1, the housing wysokodochodowy nozzle 2, the nozzle vysokotehnolgichnoy. 3, the small swirl nozzle 4, the valve piston 5, the piston-compensator 6, the spring of the valve-piston 7, the piston spring compensator 8, a cover 9 of the flow channel wysokodochodowy nozzle, the cover 10 of the flow channel of a small nozzle.

The device operates as follows. At low engine operating conditions, at low fuel pressure in the device is a piston-valve 5, overcoming the resistance of the spring 7, opens the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle (Figure 1), while the channels of supply of fuel to wysokodochodowy the nozzle closed and the spray of the fuel takes place only through a small nozzle. The piston-compensator 6 is in its rearmost position, compressing the spring 8 under the action of fuel pressure. If you increase the fuel pressure in the device is a piston-valve 5 is moved to the rear of the device and opens the fuel supply to wysokodochodowy the nozzle, simultaneously closing the fuel supply to the small nozzle (Figure 2), while the piston-compensator 6 is moved in the forward position, pushing the fuel through the nozzle due to the force of the compressed spring 8, thereby holding for some time, the flame in the main combustion chamber and providing an ignition of the torch wysokodochodowy nozzle. In the future, the spray of fuel is only through vysokoriskovannuju nozzle. With further increase of pressure the device, the piston-valve 5 is moved to the rear of the device, in the extreme position and opens the channels of the fuel supply to the small nozzle, the spray pattern of the fuel takes place through both nozzles (Figure 3). When the pressure decreases in the device process takes place in reverse order.
