The invention relates to laminated panels with an aggregate of corrugated sheet material and can be used in the manufacture of aircraft, aircraft industry, construction industry and other industries.

Famous sandwich panel containing the outer shell and the filler corrugated or wavy sheet material (France Application No. 2317096, the IPC 32 3/28, 1977, analog).

Cons: when using these panels, sound attenuation is not sufficient.

The closest technical solution is the invention described in the copyright certificate №1038260, the IPC 32 3/28, 28.10.81, bull. No. 32, 1983, ed. Bymajky. Multilayer panel comprising the outer shell and the filler corrugated sheet material with a sawtooth profile with equal lateral sides of the corrugation, where the filler is formed of at least three layers of corrugated sheet material with a sawtooth profile, superimposed one upon the other peaks of the corrugation, and a centrally located layer is made with the maximum distance between vertices, and symmetrically located relative to the layers made with a step, decreasing towards the outer skins and a multiple of two.

Cons: when using these panels is insufficient attenuation.

Those who practical result: reduced noise due to scattering of the sound wave, what is achieved by a multilayer panel comprising a covering and filler corrugated perforated sheet material, where the walls of the corrugations angled to the horizontal plane alternating tigsource between a protrusion and depression.

As in the walls of the corrugations are protrusions and depressions, which are made at an angle to the horizontal plane and alternate zigzag between them, the sound waves penetrating through the perforation in the closed cavity, limited corrugations and coverings, and getting on a curved surface of the projections and depressions in the machines of corrugations, dissipate, resulting in noise reduction, i.e. the effect of noise reduction is achieved by applying the above-described construction of the fill.

Sound waves penetrating through the perforation of the skin with one hand, extinguished by the resonance phenomenon. The frequency of the sound attenuation is determined by the height of the panel, in addition, they penetrate through the perforation in the closed cavity, limited corrugations and coverings, and falling on the curved surface of the projections and depressions are cancelled due to the phenomenon of resonance and interference arising from the juxtaposition of opposing waves on both sides of the flute.

Given this phenomenon, the design of the filler absorbs sound waves in a wide range of the e spectrum ie is broadband.

Statics.

Multilayer panel contains a covering 1, 2, filler 3, made of corrugated perforated sheet material with perforations 4, where the walls of the corrugations 5 are made at an angle to the horizontal plane alternating between the projections 6 and depressions 7, the axis 8 inclined protrusions and depressions.

Example

Sound waves penetrating through the perforations 4 in the casing 1 located on the side of the noise source (not shown), and in the walls of the corrugations 5 in the cavity filler 3, limited casings 1, 2, partially fade.

In the walls of the corrugations 5 are made at an angle to the horizontal plane alternating between the projections 6 and depressions 7; 8 - axis inclined protrusions and depressions 6, 7.

Getting on a curved surface of the projections 6 and depressions 7 in the walls of the corrugations 5 and reflected from them, the sound waves dissipate, resulting in noise level will be reduced 1.05-1.2 times as compared with the construction of corrugated filler without elements of projections and depressions in the walls.

Multilayer panel comprising a covering and a placeholder of corrugated sheet material, characterized in that tankah of corrugations angled to the horizontal plane, alternating zigzag between the protrusions and hollows.

FIELD: building units, particularly for heat insulation.

SUBSTANCE: article comprises layer of heat-insulation material and mineral fiber material having opposite sides, two major surfaces and thickness defined by above surfaces. Article includes fastening means to provide article fixation. Fastening means extends from the first article end in the first direction substantially parallel to one major surface. The first and the second ends of fastening means adjoin corresponding layer side. Fixing means may be increased in length to secure article to building structure so that fixing means may extend outwards from article sides. Length increase is carried out by applying pulling force to fixing means end.

EFFECT: provision of article adjustment in length and shape, possibility to connect article to itself, to adjoining sheets, to structure to be insulated and so on.

FIELD: manufacture of structural articles for aircraft members, fuselage and wings in particular.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes laying lower and upper skins from several layers of prepreg in molds, molding and mounting longitudinal and transversal stiffening members by means of trihedlar elastomer inserts provided with transversal grooves. Longitudinal members in form of solid-state rods are laid above trihedlar elastomer inserts. Lower skin is covered with reinforcing prepreg tapes at areas where longitudinal and transversal stiffening members are located. Transversal framework is made in form of truss ribs inserted into transversal grooves of trihedral elastomer inserts.

EFFECT: facilitated procedure; reduction of mass and time for manufacture.

FIELD: building constructions; multi-layer panels with light filler made from corrugated sheet material; aircraft manufacture; shipbuilding; construction engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed multi-layer panel has skins connected by means of composite adhesive with zigzag corrugated filler placed in between them. Filler has alternating projections and recesses. Flat inclined faces are interconnected over zigzag lines of projections and recesses by curvilinear sections whose radius is no lesser than thickness of filler material; stitched perforations are made along them for penetration of adhesive in the course of assembly of filler with skins.

EFFECT: enhanced weight efficiency and strength; facilitated procedure.
