SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks when carrying out opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition of lifting line, a lowering line, both lines are parallel, being mechanically coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected to two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between for turning twin levers in vertical plane and moving rollers along guides arranged under guides for running rollers of traction chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform to arrange front wheels of dump0truck. Platforms are arranged with clearances over tracks and are provided with curvilinear stop on lifting line from side of tension sprocket for engagement with front wheels of dump-truck and are made on lowering line with two stops to arranged front wheels of dump-truck between said stops. Cavities with inclined bottom to said of tension sprocket and wall square to surface of track are arranged on surface of lifting line track at definite step. Each platform of lifting line is furnished with shoe hinge-secured on platform symmetrically to longitudinal axis of lifting line for engagement of free end of shoe with surface of track at normal operation and, at break of traction chains, engagement of free end with wall of cavity, and free end of curvilinear form, with stop of platform.

EFFECT: provision of lifting loaded dump-trucks to flank of opencast and simultaneous lowering of empty-dump trucks into opencast with possibility of holding loaded dump-truck on lifting line in case of breaks of traction chains.

For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

FIELD: earth-moving equipment, particularly machines for ground cutting, pit excavation for hydraulic structure, large-scale object building, as well as for mineral deposit development.

SUBSTANCE: ditching and transportation rig comprises basic chassis connected with earth-moving module and with transportation-handling devices, which move ground in vertical and horizontal directions. Earth-moving module is made as bucket rotary drum secured by means of vertical and horizontal hinges, as well as control-rods to the basic chassis so that the bucket rotary drum may rotate in vertical and horizontal planes and overhanging length thereof may be changed. Device is provided with continuous-type conveyer unit made as auger system and as telescopic pipe pivotally connected with transportation-handling device, which move ground in horizontal direction. Horizontal auger is located inside bucket rotary drum and is offset with respect to drum axis so that auger axis is parallel to drum axis. The horizontal auger is transversal to inclined auger having lower end installed under outlet end of horizontal auger. Upper end of inclined auger is pivotally fastened to upper telescopic pipe section. Transportation-handling device, which moves ground in horizontal direction, is made as endless band installed on length-adjustable telescopic sliding frame, which may change ground displacement distance by means of tightening rollers. Rollers have pins installed at different heights sliding in telescopic frame grooves. The telescopic frame has flanging. Lower telescopic pipe section is provided with rotary hinge connected to telescopic frame flanging so that rotary hinge may perform longitudinal movement with respect to frame flanging. Transportation-handling device, which provides vertical ground movement is composite and made as continuous-type bucket bands mating each other in transfer points.

EFFECT: increased ability and speed of pit excavation, reduced costs of ground excavation and transportation outside the pit and provision of continuous technological cycle.

SUBSTANCE: cutting drum has cylindrical body with drive and is connected to mining machine by posts. The cutting drum is provided with disc rolling cutters arranged on line of rolling contact and with conveying augers extending from both ends thereof to drum center. Coils of each conveying auger face each other to divide the drum into two symmetric halves. Side drum surface defined by imaginary disc rolling cutter races includes cylindrical part and conical parts tapering towards outer cutting drum ends and adjoining the cylindrical part. SUBSTANCE: system comprises hopper with outlet orifice and outlet orifice closing means. The system also has at least two modules arranged at mine face so that the modules may be moved and filled with rock by mine excavator. Each hopper has volume corresponding to load capacity of dump-trucks to be used. Outlet orifice closing means is made as pinned gate. Pedal is pivotally installed on frame slide at acute angle to slide base and may be rotated towards dump-truck driving direction. The pedal may rotate in vertical plane and is installed so that rear dump-truck wheels may be moved over the pedal. Pedal and free end of the gate are pivotally connected one to another through two control-rods and form articulated parallelogram. Hinge, which connects gate with control-rods, is fastened to counterweights by two flexible members and angle pulley so that counterweights may be displaced in vertical plane along frame posts. The hopper is provided with damping means brought into cooperation with the gate.

EFFECT: provision of continuous loading and undisturbed mine excavator operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-operation self-propelled device designed for checking possibility of mining mineral materials and taking out interlayers whose properties, from point of view of their breaking and further transportation, are of vital importance at open cast mining. Proposed device has running gear, frame with drive unit and control panel and cutting drum arranged before running gear and equipped with cutting tools. Said drum is installed in supports of carrying frame for rotation around horizontal axis and is made for adjusting position in height by means of cylinder installed between frames and carrying frame. Crawler-type running gear is used. Cutting drum passes over entire width of device, and it is furnished with guide partitions and guard shield, is functionally connected with chute-like housing and is made for stepless change of speed of rotation, speed of feed and adjusting transverse tilting from one of two sides relative to working platform owing to vertical adjustment of position of one of hinge joints connection device frame and carrying frame which is made in form of forked rotary cantilever.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks, namely, to complexes for lifting and lower dump-trucks at opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition to lifting line, lowering line parallel to lifting line, both lines being coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each gripping device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between to provide movement of roller along guides. Platform is secured on levers to arranged rear wheels of dumps-truck on lifting line and front wheels, on lowering line. Platform is arranged with clearances over tracks and on lifting line it is provided with curvilinear stop from side of tension sprocket for engagement with rear wheel of dump-truck, and on lowering line it is provided with two stops for arrangement of front wheels of dump-truck between the stops. Tracks on inclined sections are arranged to move front wheels on lifting line and rear wheels on lowering line at horizontal position of dump-trucks.
