SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for corrugating sheet material by bending and it can be used in production of light filler for multilayer panels, filter elements and packing material. Proposed device contains forming mandrel consisting of flat forming members connected to each other by means to tight cloth to form hinge joints at edges of forming members, transforming device and vacuum bag. Forming mandrel is of equilibrium relief make, and its hinge joints are made of elastically deformable material to change position of forming members in space owing to spring to provide transformation of forming mandrel together with blank from stretched flat state of forming mandrel into its intermediate equilibrium relief state. Said transforming device is made to provide stretching of mandrel from its equilibrium relief state into flat state and transformation of forming mandrel into maximum compressed state at application of compression forces to its edges in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of device, improved quality of formed articles of material with elastic characteristics at flexing.

The invention relates to a device for corrugating sheet material by the method is flexible and can be used in the manufacture of lightweight fill material for multilayer panels, filter elements and packaging material.

A device for corrugating sheet material, containing mounted on the base body made of a movable upper part and a stationary bottom, the lifting mechanism upper part, located inside the housing of the upper and lower punches, each of which is made of the same flat forming elements in the form of parallelograms, pivotally connected to one another at their sides, gas-tight fabric, as well as the locking mechanism systems of punches and the drive system of punches, made in the form of two sealed chambers with a possibility of pressure in them, each of which is formed corresponding system of upper and lower punches, which is connected gas-tight elastic cloth around the perimeter with the relevant part of the body, and the zone of formation is the cavity between the systems of punches associated with the atmosphere (patent RU №2205084, IPC7B 21 D 13/02. A device for corrugating sheet material. Khaliulin VI, Zakirov IM, Monascin became popular, V.V. Batrakov Publ. 27.05.2003).

The disadvantages of this device and method is th work are:

- high probability of jamming of mobile connections due to the large amount of construction equipment;

- restriction for forming parts from blanks with increased elasticity, as forming the upper and lower punches cannot be reduced to the maximum compressed position, which is required for materials with such characteristics, because of the presence of significant dimensions knots slip, on which is mounted a forming the upper and lower punches.

A device for corrugating sheet material containing the main upper and lower punches, each of which is made of the same flat forming elements in the form of parallelograms, pivotally connected to one another along their sides and forming a corrugated surface. The upper and lower systems of punches contain additional formatada system of the upper and lower punches, each of which is pivotally connected to the tops of the lower system of punches and cavities of the upper system of punches, respectively, with the possibility of adhesion to the surface of the workpiece at all stages of morphogenesis. The main upper and lower punches is a means of transformation for more formatada systems of the upper and lower punches together with from a flat blank comprising the Oia in relief. The disadvantages of this device are the complexity of the design, a large number of mobile joints requiring high precision of manufacture, and low quality formoobrazovanii parts made of materials having higher elastic properties in bending. For example, such as, polymer paper Nomex and Kevlar.

The last drawback is the primary and is caused by the fact that cloth vacuum bag and the main systems of the upper and lower punches when transforming additional formatada punches together with the workpiece to prevent them close to the maximum compressed state, which could provide high quality formoobrazovanii details. Incomplete closure elements formatada punches leads to insufficient bending along the edges of the parts and consequently to the emergence of springback in bending zones, which distorts the required relief items.

The closest to the technological nature of the present invention is a device for corrugating sheet material (SU 1706148 A1, B 29 C 59/00, 27.11.1996)containing a forming mandrel, consisting of a flat forming elements connected to one another via a sealed tissue with the formation of chernyovo edges forming elements, the tool changing position forming elements in the space, transforming means and the vacuum bag. This unit is adopted for the prototype.

The above described device is intended primarily for shaping parts from composite materials, which are based on different fabric: glass-, carbon-,ORGANOTIN, impregnated with a binder. Composite materials (prepregs) plastic and have no elastic deformation in bending, in the formation process, and the process of polymerization of the binder fixes the relief specified molding mandrel.

The main disadvantage of this device is that it cannot use for shaping parts made of materials having elastic characteristics in bending, for example, as polymer paper Nomex®, Kevlar® or packing cartons. To obtain high-quality parts with a given relief from such materials it is necessary to provide the interlocking faces of the shaping mandrel to the maximum compressed state, which will provide the subsidence of ribs details bends and thereby parries springback of the material of the workpiece. In this device it is impossible because of the presence in the zone of the bend forming mandrel sealed bags, which do not allow a forming mandrel to form when transforming to the maximum JUA the th state.

The technical result achieved in the implementation of the claimed invention, is to expand the technological capabilities of the device and improving the quality formoobrazovanii parts from materials with elastic characteristics in bending.

This technical result is achieved in that a device for corrugating sheet material containing a forming mandrel, consisting of a flat forming elements connected to one another via a sealed tissue with the formation of hinges at the edges forming elements, transforming the means and vacuum bag molding die made in equilibrium relief condition, and its hinges are made of providermessage material with the possibility of their functions as a means of changing the position of the forming elements in space due to their springing to ensure the transformation of the shaping mandrel together with the workpiece from the extended flat forming mandrel in its equilibrium relief condition, and transformative tool made from a stretch of the mandrel from its equilibrium relief in a flat state and transformation of the shaping mandrel in a very compressed state by application of a force of compression to its edges in the horizontal healthy lifestyles the Institute. This provideproperty the hinges are made from a fabric base forming mandrel and impregnated rubber composition with its subsequent vulcanization by giving it form, the corresponding equilibrium shaping mandrel.

Given the applicant an analysis of the level of technology has allowed to establish that the analogs are characterized by the sets of characteristics is identical for all features of the claimed technical solution, no. Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "novelty".

Search results of known solutions in this field of technology in order to identify characteristics that match the distinctive features from the prototype features of the proposed technical solution, showed that they do not follow explicitly from the prior art. Of certain of applicant's prior art there have been no known impact provided the essential features of the claimed technical solution of transformations on the achievement of the technical result. Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "inventive step".

The invention is illustrated in figures 1 to 4, where figure 1 shows the device type (flat condition forming mandrel); figure 2 - cross section a-a on IG; figure 3 - equilibrium relief state forming mandrel (in cross section); 4 - extremely compressed state of the forming mandrel (in cross section).

Figure 1-4 digits indicated the following positions: 1 - shaping mandrel; 2 - flat-forming elements; 3 - sealed fabric-based shaping mandrel; 4 - hinges forming mandrel; 5 - rubber composition; 6 - procurement items; 7 - upper cloth vacuum bag; 8 - sealing platen; 9 - fitting; 10 - a means of transforming the shaping mandrel.

The device comprises a forming mandrel 1, made of flat plate elements 2, pasted bottom surface on tight fabric-base 3. Between flat forming elements 2 made clearance hinges 4, impregnated rubber composition 5. On the forming mandrel 1 from the top sequentially stacked procurement items 6 and the upper cloth 7 vacuum bag. Along the perimeter of the forming mandrel 1 stacked sealing roller 8, ensuring the tightness of the cavity formed by the forming mandrel 1 and the blade 7 vacuum bag, and a fitting 9. The device also includes a means of transformation 10 (conventionally not shown) forming mandrel from the equilibrium relief in a very compressed state and in a flat condition.

The device shall operate as follows.

At the first stage of manufacturing zigzag corrugation all elements 2 forming mandrel 1 lie in a horizontal plane in a flat state (Fig 1). Flat condition of the forming mandrel 1 provides tension for flange frame hinge 4 from equilibrium in their flat by using the transformation 10. On a flat forming mandrel 1 sequentially stack (see figure 2) flat sheet blanks part 6 and the upper cloth 7 vacuum bag. For creating a sealed cavity between the mandrel 1 and the blade 7 is placed a sealing roller 8, and using a vacuum pump through the nozzle 9 in a sealed cavity creates a vacuum. Due to this, the blank part 6 is pressed tightly to the elements 2 of the mandrel 1. Then the mandrel 1 on edges is released from restraint efforts means of transformation 10. Emerging in the hinges 4 compressive efforts by impregnation rubber composition 5 and its vulcanization transformed relief status display frame 1 together with the workpiece and the workpiece 6 in equilibrium relief condition (figure 3). Followed by compression molding of the frame 1 in a horizontal plane to the maximum compressed state (figure 4) due to the impact of efforts means of transformation 10 on all edges of the mandrel 1. The device is ready for the next cycle of operation.

The use of this device allows to improve the quality of manufacturing zigzag corrugation made of materials having elastic properties in bending.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods and devices for separation of liquids and may be used in different branches of industry for purification of the technological mediums from the foreign impurities. The method provides for crimping and thermofixation of the peaks of zigzag-shaped crimps of the filtering element made out of a polymeric thermoplastic filtering material in the compressed state. The thermofixation is realized by a simultaneous heating of all peaks of zigzag-shaped crimps from both sides of the billet of the filtering element up to the temperature equal to the temperature the softening point of the filtering material with the following cooling. The device contains the box shaped body and two systems of plungers. The bottom and the flap lid of the body are made in the form of two in parallel arranged plates. Between the plates edges there is a pair of the perpendicularly mounted to it lateral walls with the butt walls located on their ends. One of the walls is made pushing - movable by the drive coupling rod towards the other opposite support wall along a guiding groove. The plunger systems are made out of the flat shaping elements pivotally linked to each other with a capability to change an angle between them under the action of pressure from the drive coupling rod. The peaks of each system of the plungers contact to the bottom and the lid accordingly, and with the billet of the filtering element located between the systems of plungers. The bottom and the lid of the body are supplied with the heating elements capable to heat up the peaks of the zigzag-shaped crimps simultaneously from both sides of the pressed crimped billet of the filtering element. The invention ensures expansion of the technological capabilities of the single-layer filtering elements with the zigzag-shaped crimps, improvement of their quality.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of manufacture of the channeled constructions with a buckle structure made out of sheet materials. The method includes delivery of a blank in the area of the form-shaping and bending of a sheet blank on zigzag and saw-tooth lines according to the form of the cells of the zigzag structure. Manufacture of a relief detail is conducted a step-by-step in a cyclic mode, using which in the area of the form-shaping mold the combined buckle structure consisting of a zigzag corrugations and a triangular corrugations. Ribs of a triangular corrugation are oriented in a direction of delivery of a blank. A zigzag corrugation is conjugated with a triangular corrugation along the saw-tooth or zigzag lines oriented across a direction of the blank delivery. According to the first version during one cycle a relief detail is shaped, then the zigzag and triangular corrugations of the combined buckle structure are cyclically stretched up to a planar state and the blank is drawn into the area of the form-shaping by the given value for formation of a required length of the relief detail with the zigzag channeled structure. According to the second version to the form-shaping of the combined buckle structure may precede a local weakening of rigidity of the material along the zigzag line of the blank saliences and concaves from the different sides of the blank. The given engineering solution expands technological capabilities of manufacture of relief details.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the methods of production of corrugated constructions with a folded structure used in the capacity of a filler of multilayered panels. The invention may be used in production of aircrafts, building industry and transport mechanical engineering. The invention provides, that the process of shaping a detail with a zigzag corrugated structure is preceded with a local slackening of a billet rigidity along the marking lines in the areas of a supposed bending by shaping of grooves along the zigzag lines of profile peaks determining a position of the peaks of the structure, and along the cuttings of the saw-type lines determining the peaks along these lines in the structure - on one side of the billet and along the zigzag lines of the pits of the structure - on the opposite side of the billet. On the all points of the lines intersection on the billet marking lines form pits. Slackening of rigidity of the billet may be conducted by a piercing of through holes of a small diameter along all the marking lines. After shaping of grooves and pits the billet may be given a slant relief according to the given zigzag corrugated structure. Then the shaping of the zigzag corrugated structure is realized by an additional pressure of the billet with the produced slant relief up to the structure with the given density of the relief. The method allows to receive with a high accuracy of a filler with the zigzag corrugated structure from the solid-sheet materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of means for purification of gases from the solid impurities suspended in them and may be used for production of industrial screens, in particular, for the fine purification of the air from dust in the intake sections of the stationary gas-turbine installations. The method provides for formation of crimps of the zigzag shape and a thermal treatment. Formation of the screen-member volumetric unit is realized within one operation simultaneously on the all lines of bending of a billet.
