The invention relates to textile materials and can be used for the manufacture of magnetic systems in various branches of engineering and technology, as well as protection against radioactive radiation.

The known magnetic composite material, in accordance with which 55-95% vol. powder of a magnetic material with a particle size of 50 to 300 μm is mixed with a binder polymer substance having a particle size of 50 to 300 μm, getting composition [1]. Then this mixture is placed in a mold and under pressure of more than 200 MPa receiving plate material. The disadvantages of this material are insufficient flexibility, the tendency to brittle fracture, the need to produce special molds and creating pressures above 200 MPa.

Closest to the proposed material is a magnetically controlled elastic composite material based on rubber [2]. The composition of this material include iron powder, its magnetic oxide or ferrite in an amount of 10...40 PM by mass, the rubber 30...75 o'clock by weight, and the plasticizer, mixing the agent and other additives. The obtained elastic material using a magnetic field directed to change its size. This material be low magnetic properties and because of the small proportion of ferromagnetic substance and because of the low mA the magnetic properties of this material in comparison with modern soft magnetic alloys, ferrites. In addition, this material is characterized by a relatively low value of fracture resistance for.

The technical result due to the proposed invention is to increase the characteristic values of the magnetic field created by this material, increase the absorption and scattering of radiation when it passes through the material, as well as increased strength. This technical result is achieved by the fact that according to the invention the ferromagnetic fabric contains a substrate by the method of weaving plain weave, with basic and weft threads made of alternating Mylar and the soft magnetic monofilaments, the number of threads at one meter is 5000 7000..., soft monofilament made from either supermalloy or molybdenum permalloy with a size diameter of 0.05-0.1 mm, and Mylar filaments have a linear density of 10...20 Tex, as the ferromagnetic powder used powder vysokokoertsitivnye alloy in the following ratio, wt.%.

filament yarn of polyester -10...15
monofilament magnetic material -20...25
acrylic copolymers -10...15
the powder is isoconversional alloy - 50...55

Magnetising the fabric in different directions, using soft magnetic monofilament of supermalloy or molybdenum permalloy, applying an external magnetic field of different sizes, varying in direction, it is possible to control the characteristics of the magnetic field created cloth in General and in microvolumes, limited the soft magnetic monofilaments. The change in magnetic field in the above areas and allows you to manage the properties of magnetic systems that use this fabric, as well as the process of adaptation of radioactive radiation when changing the wavelength and power of this radiation.

Examples of specific implementation

Example 1. Ferromagnetic fabric made in the following volumetric ratio of the components: the filament of polyester 13%, mono-magnetic material, in which to take supermalloy - 25%, acrylic copolymers - 12%, powder vysokokoertsitivnye alloy of Nd2Fe14B - 50%. The fabric was magnetized perpendicular to its surface, the parameters of the magnetic field generated by the proposed cloth, exceeded characteristics of the known sheet of ferromagnetic materials, for example made in accordance with the prototype, 1.5...19 times (see table).

Example 2. Ferromagnetic tissue contains a high content of polymeric materials: 15% love is Ana and 15% acrylic copolymers, but the low content of monofilaments of supermalloy. Magnetic characteristics measured after tissue magnetization perpendicular to its surface. As can be seen from the table, this tissue compared to tissue from example 1 are associated with reduced features - magnetic and strength, however, it bears a high degree of flexibility and expansion capability.

Example 3. The fabric contains increased amounts of ferromagnetic materials: powder vysokokoertsitivnye alloy and monofilaments of supermalloy, but reduced the number of polymeric materials (see table). The magnetic characteristics of this tissue and the degree of weakening his passing electromagnetic radiation was higher (see table). The indicator strain the ability of this tissue and flexibility was lower compared to fabrics made in accordance with examples 1 and 2.
