The invention relates to the field of cable communications facilities, section couplings communication cables, and more specifically to a gas-tight couplings communication cables, which are mounted on the ends of the cable mains electric cables, namely, the telephone cables with polyethylene insulation lived in a plastic shell (GOST R 51311-99). These cables (for example, brand cable Tpap) the operation must be under positive air pressure, and cables (for example, brand Tppabs) manufactured with hydrophobic filling cable core and therefore in the operation are not under positive air pressure, but require hermetic sealing of the ends of the cabinets.

Gas-tight joints are designed to ensure that cable routes under constant excess air pressure, which is supplied via the air ducts inside the cable from the special compressor units, and if the cable is damaged (for example, when damage to the outer cable sheath) air pressure in the cable is reduced while at the station, the alarm is activated (light, sound), indicating the damage to the cable. The values of pressure reduction is found the injury and is appropriate cable repair.

Known (1) gas-tight cable from the ate (DE 4005842), containing a cylindrical housing in which is located a ring in the hole which is placed sealant, which passes through a cable. In the gap between the ring and the housing are sectional elements of a special form, which ensures the use of cables with different outer diameter. The disadvantage of this device is the design complexity, the lack of means for sealing the conductors inside the cable.

Also known (2) gas-tight coupling (EN 2035814) for cables, which during operation under positive air pressure, comprising a metal casing, an insulating disk with holes mounted in the housing, and conductors passing through the insulating compound filling the space inside the metal housing and the openings in the disk, with each conductor in part of the length provided with a tubular insulation.

Known gas-tight coupling has a complex structure, large dimensions and time-consuming in the manufacture (made in the production environment). In addition, it cannot be used for cables with a large number of conductors.

The closest analogue to the invention (3; 4) is the plastic coupling on the cable type TC, for example, small-sized gas-tight coupling with self-expanding sealant WILD-31 (Mgns. This clutch also has a complex structure that consists of two cones and a cylinder, is mounted on the section of the cable with the remote outer casing and fluff insulated copper conductors with a horizontal arrangement of the cable, and the joints of the parts of the coupling between the cable sheath seal three heat-shrinkable tubes (HERE); when this clutch is filled with expanding polyurethane sealant WILD-31.

The technical result of the invention is:

- simplification of the structure,

- expanding Arsenal of technical means by creating a reliable and versatile water-and-gastight coupling for telephone cables with outer plastic shell and a polyethylene insulated conductors installed on the end of the cable railway with the capacity from 100 to 600 pairs directly in the control Cabinet for vertically passing the cables, which may be under pressure or without him, but with a hydrophobic filling of the core.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that water-and-gastight clutch cable, comprising a housing with a through hole, hermetically filled with a compound, and conductors passing through the compound outside the chassis, contains located in a through hole of the housing, the display connector, fixed on alumopolyethylene the howl of the cable jacket, located inside the outer plastic sheath of the cable, and coupled with the screen wire of the cable and a ground wire extending beyond the housing, made of polyethylene, while the diameter of the through hole at the inlet end of the housing, through which the inside of the casing with a plastic cable sheath, less than the diameter of said hole at the output end of the housing, through which outside withdrawn conductors and ground wire as compound used polyurethane sealant cold-hardening filling the plastic sheath of the cable, and the display connector is located in the housing in contact with the conical surface of the through hole at the entry end of the body, and the plastic the cable sheath and adjacent the input end of the body has a heat-shrinkable tube, each conductor along the entire length has a plastic insulating layer.

Universal water-and-gastight coupling (OBGNM) includes a housing 1 with a through hole, compound 2, tightly filling the bore of the housing 1, the conductors 3 cables, each of which has along the entire length of the insulation layer, hermetically passing through the compound 2, the display connector 4 mounted on alumina-PE sheath 5 cable, is attached to the grounding wire 6 extending out of the housing 1, and the screen wire of the cable (Fig. not shown). The housing 1 is made of polyethylene, while the diameter of the through hole at the inlet end of the body, which introduced the plastic sheath 7 of the cable is less than the diameter of the hole on the output side of the case, in which evenly spaced around the square are the conductors (wires) 3 cable and ground wire 6. As compound 2 is used not expanding when hardening polyurethane sealant, for example, WILD-13 with high yield, which is its penetration into the plastic shell containing the core of the cable conductors with insulation, thereby creating additional shutter. Display connector 4 made according to U.S. Patent No. 5617501 priority from 1.04.1997, (for example, in the form of two "crocodile-like" plates with scalloped teeth on one of the plates (base connector) butt welded threaded rod and to which the through hole is set to the second plate and the screw nut on the stud plate is compressed, effecting electrical contact with alumina-PE sheath cable), located in the compound 2 in contact with the conical surface of the through hole at the entry end of the body 1. For sealing joints, cable and housing on the plastic sheath 7 of the cable and adjacent the input end of the housing 1 a heat-shrinkable tube (HERE) 8.

Installation of clutch 9 is as follows:

- located vertically in the Cabinet end of the cable pull cut HERE 8 and the housing 1,

- at the end of the cable remove the outer protective alumina-PE sheath 7,

departing from the cutting site of the shell 10 mm, on lap 5 insulation of the cable make a bandage from threads 12,

between alumina-PE sheath 7 and the zonal isolation 5 enter the base of the display connector 4, then install the upper part of the connector and both parts of the tightening nut, and thus the insulation (alumina-PE) sheath 7 is ukreplyayut display connector 4, for example, using a threaded connection (see figure 4),

- remove the belt insulation 5 with the end of the cable, make raspushivaniya 3 wires (insulated conductors),

- to a display connector 4 attach the display cable (Fig. not shown) and the ground wire 6,

- pull the housing 1 fluff core cable all the way into the display connector 4,

- seal the joint body 1 with the outer alumina-PE sheath 7 cable heat-shrinkable tube 8 (see figure 5) by warming up her flame of a gas burner.

In areas where you cannot use an open flame burners, the sealing of the joint body 1 with the outer alumina-PE sheath 7 perform "cold method", i.e. by winding with a 50%overlap of the sealing surfaces of the original tapes LH-2, then ribbons T and then two layers of bandage "Armorplast" followed by wetting with water to ensure that the bandage is cured;

- approximately 20-30 mm from the shell 1 core cable, which contains the conductors 3, tighten the tie or tie with string 11,

- pour in the housing bore sealant 1 2 (see Fig.6) and incubated until complete hardening, which occurs within 12 hours.

The advantages of the proposed coupling:

- simpler and cheaper design;
