SUBSTANCE: drain fittings comprises body with central guiding means arranged inside flush tank and connected with discharge orifice thereof. The fittings also has discharge unit with shutoff valve made as two coaxial pipes. Shutoff valve is connected to lower end of one pipe. The fittings also comprises lever discharge unit lifting mechanism, lever mechanism drive pusher, double triggering button and discharge unit lowering mechanism. Discharge unit lowering mechanism provides smooth discharge unit movement and is made as vertical shell arranged on the body and enclosing discharge unit and cup with central orifice made in cup bottom installed on the shell. The discharge unit lowering mechanism is provided with orifices formed in side surface thereof. The cup orifice is adapted for discharge unit reciprocation. Outer tubular cup part has disc integrally formed with the tubular part and provided with through orifices. The disc is located inside the cup and spaced from cup walls. Check valve is arranged between disc and cup bottom. The check valve is made as flat ring with L-shaped limiters, which limit check valve opening and pass through orifices made in tubular part disc.

EFFECT: possibility to arrange fittings in flushing tanks having different height and configuration, simplified structure, assemblage and adjustment.

The invention relates to drain valves for sanitary-technical equipment - flush tank with top and start a different height, used for flushing toilet bowls, outdoor bowls, vidanov installed in the lavatories of buildings for various purposes.

Known drain valve flush tank having a switchable mechanism flush with the provision of the minimum expenditure, which contains a flushing tank with drain hole, the edge of which is a sealing element. The tank has a vertical casing divided by a partition into upper and lower chambers. In the case of vertically moves the shut-off valve in contact with the sealing element of the edge of the hole and driven from the start button with the rod, having at the lower end of a lever mechanism, interacting with shut-off valve. The valve attached to the float, and a discharge valve from opening when the release of water from the tank. In the upper part of the body is floating chamber in which is located the specified float. There is also a mechanism for fast draining of float chamber containing activated pushbutton at least one element. About the first base of the floating chamber is located at least one first hole. The specified element is shifted into position for b is strictly emptying of the chamber through the hole when the water level in the tank below the hole and when the button is pressed. The disadvantage of this proposal is that it is in the presence of the above-mentioned structural characteristics complicates its design and, therefore, is unnecessarily resource, and additionally, it can be used in tanks only a certain size.

Known discharge mechanism for tanks of different volumes and different configurations in height, containing situated in the tank body, connected with a drain pipe and/or outlet of a tank, a drain valve located in the housing, a lifting mechanism attached to the housing over a drain valve and installed with the opportunity to interact with the starter drive a tank surrounding the drain valve made the fence, the edge of which is located above the valve, and the enclosure includes means for changing a height of at least part of the fence. The fence is located with the formation of the Cup-shaped cavity, the upper edge of which is connected with multiple supports. The drain valve includes a hollow stem with an upper open end for discharge of water and sealing means mounted on the lower end of the rod, the body is made with a pipe, combined with the drain hole of the tank or is United with the drain pipe, moreover, the hollow rod is placed with the possibility of closing the sealing means of the passage from the bowl-shaped cavity in the nozzle body, and the upper end of the rod is connected with its supporting pillars (US 5.502.846, CL E 031 1/14 from 02.04.1996 year).

However, this drain system is unnecessarily resource.

Known drain valve flush tank, comprising a node overflow float and shut-off valve, a cap, a start button and a lever mechanism of the drive unit outage, the site of the overflow consists of two coaxially arranged and adjustable between a length of pipe, the lower end of the outer of which is fortified float off valve, and the inner tube pivotally connected to the lever mechanism, which, in turn, hinged to the start button and with a stiff suspension - with cover tank, and the start button is installed in the lid of the tank using a mobile in a vertical plane spring sleeve (EN 2.158.336, CL E 031 1/34 from 27.10.2000,).

Not detracting from the merits of the structural design of this drain valve, however it should be noted that the lever mechanism of the drive unit overflow contains a complicated lever system, which is due to it is too resource-demanding, more complex in their design and, as a consequence, are less durable.

Nai is more closest technical solution is the drain valve flush tank, contains located inside the tank and connected with its drain hole housing with the center guide, the site of the overflow shutoff valve lever drive mechanism of a site outage, the plunger and double click start (US 6.094.753, CL E 031 1/14 from 01.06.2000,).

However, this invention is less effective because it does not provide the possibility of its implementation in tanks of different heights, and it is too resource-demanding and more complex in design.

The most industrially applicable is the device which is devoid of the above disadvantages is the most compact and easy to carry.

The objective of the proposed device is the possibility of its placement in uneven and any configuration flush tank, increase reliability, reduce material consumption, simplifying the design and simplification of installation and adjustment.

The technical problem and the industrial applicability of the proposed invention is ensured by the fact that the drain valve flush tank contains located inside the tank and connected with its drain hole housing with the center guide node overflow shut-off valve, made in the form of two coaxially arranged pipes, the lower end of one of which is fortified shutoff valve, cagny the lifting mechanism of a site outage, the plunger actuator lever mechanism, double start button and the mechanism is smooth lowering of node outage, made in the form of vertically located on the housing and covering the site of the overflow shell with Windows on its side surface and mounted on the sides of the glass with a Central hole in its bottom for reciprocating movement of a node outage, outer tube which is made in one piece with the drive-through holes on its surface, is placed inside of glass with a gap relative to its inner surface, while between the disk and the bottom of the Cup is a check valve, made in the form of a flat ring with G-shaped limiters degree of opening of the valve, passed through apertures of the disk outer tube site overflow.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which figure 1 - is a perspective view of the drain valve flush tank.

Drain valve flush tank contains located inside the tank 1 case 2 with the center guide 3, which is connected with the drain hole 4 in the bottom of the tank by means of a nut 5 and spacers 6. Site outage is made in the form of two coaxially arranged and adjustable between a length of the pipes 7 and 8, is fixed between the longitudinal displacement of the sleeve 9, and the lower end of the inner is ruby 8 fortified shutoff valve 10. Lever hoist node overflow is on the center guide rail 3 of the housing 2 and is designed as a swivel in the vertical plane of the levers 11, interacting with shut-off valve 10. The plunger 12 is made adjustable in length by means of the screw 13. The plunger 12 is adjustable in height to contact with the pad 14 double-button start - 15 small and large 16. Double start button mounted on the cover 17 of the tank 1 by means rigidly mounted in the lid of the receptacle sleeve 16 fixed to the inner side of the cap nut 19. The smooth lowering mechanism 20 node overflow made in the form of vertically located on the frame 2 and covering the site of the overflow of the shell 21 with the Windows 22 on its side surface and mounted on the ring 21 of the Cup 23 with a Central hole 24 in its bottom 25 for reciprocating movement of a node outage, the outer tube 7 which is made in one piece with the disk 26 with a through hole 27 on its surface, is placed within the Cup 23 with a gap relative to its inner surface. Between the disc 26 and the bottom 25 of the Cup 23 is a check valve, made in the form of a flat ring 26 with G-shaped limiters degree of opening of the check valve 29, passed through apertures 27 of the disc 26 of the outer tube 7 node overflow.

SUBSTANCE: cutoff mechanism comprises collar, overflow pipe, body with water drain orifices, with overflow pipe support and with collar seat, collar retaining unit, which fixes the collar during water discharge, and collar lifting unit provided with push button means. The push button means has working member with variable stroke. Cutoff mechanism also has double-arm lever secured to axis of overflow pipe support. The collar is connected to overflow pipe. The overflow pipe has radial shoulder in upper part thereof to connect overflow pipe with one arm of double-arm lever. Collar retaining unit comprises vessel with perforated bottom part. The vessel is telescopically installed on overflow pipe so that the vessel may be displaced along overflow pipe by means of control rod fastened to the second arm of lever. The collar retaining unit also comprises valve, which closes part of vessel orifice areas during water drainage. The valve is formed as control rod passing through one above vessel orifice and connected with radial flange of overflow pipe. The control rod has cylindrical extension closing the orifice when overflow pipe is lifted to its upper position. The working member may cooperate with lever arm, which is connected to the vessel by means of control rod. Vessel may be of annular shape.

SUBSTANCE: double-wash-off valve comprises seat, spillover assembly and shut-off element-lifting mechanism. The seat is fixed at flush tank bottom and incorporates cylindrical shell. The shell bottom is furnished with openings, their upper part communicating with rectangular slots made in the shell wall. The shell accommodates cover enveloping, with a gap, outer pipe and representing barrel. The aforesaid gap makes 0.06 to 0.012 of cover hole diameter. X-bar passes through the inner pipe. The bar lower part rests upon the ledges made inside the aforesaid seat and on the flush hole cylindrical surface. There are hooks on one of the bar walls. The bar is coupled with an extension arm furnished with rectangular holes for the arm to be fitted on aforesaid hooks. Two upper hooks have flanges for the extension arm to be fixed relative to the X-bar. The extension arm upper part has a support bracket with two cylindrical pins mounted one above the other. The aforesaid lifting mechanism represents parallel active and passive levers fitted onto said pins. The active lever represents rocker, its one end being articulated with a radial bracket arranged on the cap nut jointing the spillover assembly pipes. The major wash-off push button is spring-loaded towards the thrust sleeve with the help of C-like spring and connected with the hollow foot receiving the screw furnished with thrust disk on its lower end. The said disk features corrugated lower surface and circular collar arranged along the disk edges on the corrugated side. The disk rests upon the vertical pushrod sharpened end in its top position before flushing liquid from the flush tank. There are ledges limiting the travel of the major wash-off push button arranged on the lower part of the thrust sleeve. The foot inner surface has radial flexible ribs resting upon the screw screwed into the foot to lock the screw relative to the foot.

Flushing mechanism for flushing tank comprises support structure, valve controlled by slider arranged with the possibility of displacement along (A) axis that passes inside the structure, and actuating mechanism for slider drive. Slider comprises two tubular elements, one inserted in the other. Device also comprises connecting element for connection of tubular elements to each other, which is fixed in axial direction, when slider is lifted by actuating mechanism. At that the first tubular element comprises intermediate section limited by according annular protrusions that are inverted to each other. Connecting element is fixed on the second tubular element and has lower edge and protrusion installed along circumference and interacting with appropriate protrusions in axial direction, to limit axial displacement between tubular elements to the specified value of travel limited by distance between protrusions.

SUBSTANCE: tank comprises a vessel with devices of its filling and drain. The body is arranged in the form of a toroidal chamber 1 with a rigidly mounted partition 10 and a piston 9 installed in it with the possibility of reciprocal motion, which in extreme positions interacts by one of two opposite mutually spring-loaded valves 24 of counterpressure to its displacement, with a slide valve 17 of a hydraulic distributor, installed in the partition and connecting two cavities formed by walls of the partition and the piston, alternately - with inlet and outlet holes.

EFFECT: reduced volume of water due the possibility to control its flow and using its flow during wastes direction into a toilet sink, but not afterwards.

SUBSTANCE: proposed drain valve has seat secured in reservoir bottom and cup with lid provided with central hole. Overflow unit and shutoff member lifting mechanism are provided. Cup is secured on seat. Overflow unit is made in form of two coaxially arranged inner and outer tubes. Inner tube is installed for axial displacement and fixing relative to outer tube. Float is secured on outer tube from side of its outer surface. Shutoff member is installed on lower end of outer tube. Outer tube is installed for axial displacement and is passed through central hole in cup lid. Float is arranged inside cup. Shutoff member lifting mechanism is made in form of hinge unit connected by tie-rod with overflow unit and mechanically coupled with pushbutton. Pushbutton is installed in reservoir cover by means of thrust bushing. Cup is secured on seat by bayonet joint. Two seats are made on cup lid. Post is secured in each seat. Adjusting bushing is secured on posts. Said bushing is connected by threaded joint with thrust bushing of pushbutton. Rim is secured on adjusting bushing. Hinge support is made on rim. Position of inner tube of overflow unit is fixed relative to outer tube of overflow unit by means of union nut and sealing gasket. Said gasket is clamped by union nut between tube of overflow unit. Hinge unit is made in form of lever. Rotary axle is installed in middle part of lever in hinge support. One end of lever thrust against base of rod. Rod is connected with pushbutton spring-loaded relative to thrust bushing. Other end of lever is connected with upper end of tie-rod. Said tie-rod is connected with -shaped lever from side of its lower end. Said lever is rigidly secured on bracket. The latter is made on outer tube of overflow unit higher than cup.

EFFECT: improved reliability of drain valve owing to simplified design and provision of coaxial arrangement of pushbutton of hinge unit drive and overflow unit.
