The technical solution is illustrated in the drawing, which presents a General view of the proposed device, a longitudinal section along the axis of the outlet pipe, and a solid line shows the device in the closed position, the dotted open.

The device described has a number of technical and economic advantages compared with existing spillways. SUBSTANCE: water spillway device adapted to discharge water from upper pool of contour-ditch comprises partition with delivery outlet to be closed with inclined gate arranged from lower pool side and supported by horizontal pivot pin, control chamber and elastic sealed vessel located in control chamber.
