The invention relates to the field of agriculture and veterinary medicine and can be used as insectoacaricidal.

Known insecticide and acaricide composition, including deltamethrin and the solvent. In particular, the composition contains deltamethrin 0,2-0,5%; surface-active substance (surfactant) 33,0-37,3%; benzoic acid 0,0005-0,002% and nefras as a solvent (patent RF №2060662, MKI A 01 N 25/00, BI, No. 15, 1994). This composition is effective against mites Ps.cuniculi, but not effective enough to fight with other species of mites and insects.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the structure.

The problem is solved in that stuff in the composition, including deltamethrin and the solvent additionally contains acetone, dimethylformamide, butyl alcohol and emulsifier in the following ratios, wt.%:

The problem is solved that stuff as the emulsifier contains tween-80, or ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS with7- 10or neonol, or soap.

Deltamethrin - [S]-cyano-phenoxybenzyl (1R,3R)-3-(2,2-bromanil)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate, decis, NPD - C22H19Br2NO3. The white crystalline substance, melting point 98-101°C. Practically insoluble in water. Well soluble in organic solvents. The drug is used against ectoparasites. Available in the form of a 2.5%emulsion concentrate (decyl) /Svengali, Sviridov "New dosage forms deltamethrin and acaricidal activity Book: Saratov - 2001, p.40/.

Acetone is miscible with water and organic solvents, is used as the solvent (Chemical encyclopedia. - M.: Soviet encyclopedia, 1983, p.63).

Dimethylformamide (DMF) - (CH3)2NCHO is used as the solvent of the polymer compounds (Chemical encyclopedia. M: Soviet encyclopedia, 1983, p.172).

Tween 80 is a nonionic surfactant. In the form of a liquid is used as the emulsifier contains 100% active substance (FS 42-2540-83).

OP-7 and OP-10 (GOST 8433-81) - ethoxylated With7-C10ALKYLPHENOLS are used for the preparation of concentrated emulsions of water-insoluble ingredients.

Neonol (GOST 12.1.007-76) - used as an emulsifier in water emulsions.

Soap (GOST 302566-95) is used as an emulsifier.

The butyl alcohol is used as solvent.

In the patent and scientific literature is not well-known technical solutions containing elements similar claimed, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "novelty".

All ingredients are produced by the domestic industry, i.e. the sentence "industrially applicable".

We first established that the use of acetone, dimethylformamide and butyl alcohol in certain combinations with deltamethrin and emulsifier increases more than four times the efficiency of the protection of animals and birds from almost all ectoparasites and reduces the toxicity deltamethrin 1.2-2 times, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "inventive step".

The invention is illustrated in the following examples.

Example 1. Obtained by mixing 0.01 kg deltamethrin, 5 kg of acetone, 5 kg of DMF, 5 kg of butyl alcohol and 84,99 kg OD - 7, the ratio of components in the mixture is, wt.%:

Example 10. Use of compounds 1-12, obtained in accordance with examples 1 to 12, in comparison with known /part 13/.

The experiments were carried out in laboratory conditions on house flies, gadflies and chicken mites. Experiments on flies and gadflies were performed by the method of topical application of the drug is in aniyah from 1:1000 to 1:100000, using Parseval microdosing; scabby grip - by immersion for 1 min in water emulsion of the test drug. In the first case was calculated SD50the second IC50. For each dilution were used for 100 insects, for each concentration of 50 ticks. Experiments were performed three times, the average results of the experiments presented in the table.

The experimental results showed that the composition was potent against all species of ectoparasites: flies, horseflies and ticks. In respect of the flies composition is more efficient than the known composition of 30-60%, horseflies on 30-90%, mites by 30-40%. Toxicity (LD50for white mice equal to 135 mg/kg) reduced in 3 times in comparison with the known composition. In addition, the drug has no skin-resorptive and locally-irritating properties.

Note also that the creation of a new drug conducted on the components cheaper, produced by the domestic industry. The composition had a 100%treatment effect with scabies and animal protection from midges, flies and other ectoparasites.
