FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for disinfecting of manure sewage and for further utilization thereof.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has ionized radiation source made in the form of lamp with rigid ultraviolet spectrum, and power source. Apparatus is further equipped with pipeline consisting of two axially aligned pipes, one of said pipes having greater diameter, being manufactured from diamagnetic material with winding switched to current source, and provided with water discharge branch pipe for water saturated with saline, and other pipe of smaller diameter being located at pipeline outlet end and designed for feeding of water for fertilizer irrigation. Apparatus may be used for disinfecting of sewage delivered from various production enterprises.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in disinfecting of manure sewage and wider operational capabilities.

The invention relates to the field of agricultural mechanization, particularly for disinfection of manure effluent in order to further their use.

Known USSR author's certificate No. 1683527 "Device for decontamination of liquid manure with simultaneous splitting into factions" - MKL And 01 With 3/00. The device comprises a horizontally placed cylindrical body, inside of which is screw grooves, the boot port, located at the entrance end of the cylinder, the drain pipe with a conical receiving funnel at the output end located inside the housing for loading nozzle device for disinfection of manure, characterized in that the device for disinfection of manure made in the form of a number of horizontally spaced parallel plates, the centres are fixed perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder on a vertical rod connected to the actuator, in the form of generator mechanical vibrations.

Famous invention has a serious disadvantage in the following. The amplitude and frequency of oscillations produced by the generator mechanical vibrations, are not effectively disinfect liquid manure (or wastewater), as shown by the analysis of domestic and foreign patents in this field. In particular, more effective what is the use of ultrasound, ozone and electrohydraulic effect (effect Laudina). So, see the example of an author's certificate of the USSR No. 13497 "Ways of making fertilizer from manure" - MKL And 01 With 3/00, where liquid manure is affected by ultrasonic cavitation mode, however, for the practical implementation requires complex and expensive equipment.

It is also known USSR author's certificate No. 1245272 "Separator materials into fractions" - MKL And 01 With 3/00, in order to improve the efficiency of the separation and decontamination of liquid manure in the stream inside the body is placed electrodes for the implementation of the electrohydraulic effect, placed inside the housing and connected to the pulse current generator.

Famous invention has a significant disadvantage in that the effect of electrohydraulic effect (impact) on the liquid fraction of the manure is uneven within the cylindrical body due to the presence of spiral grooves, the drain Cup and so on, as a result, the impact in terms of disinfection low.

As a prototype we have chosen RF patent №2199199 "Device for disinfection of manure sinks" - class. And 01 With 3/00, 2003, the Device has an emitter hesitation, made in the form of magnetostrictive package of Nickel placed on it by the coil, and the magnet is striktsionnyj package attached to the lamp base, having a hard ultraviolet radiation spectrum, one end of the winding is connected to the throttle passing through the insulator, and the second to the basement, and the throttle passing through the second insulator is also connected to the throttle of the lamp. In other words, a well-known invention has a source of ionized radiation in the form of a lamp with a hard ultraviolet spectrum, and the lamp is equipped with microvibration (magnetostrictive package is usually made of Nickel) to prevent sticking of the particles on the working surface of the lamp.

Famous invention (development of the Kuban state University), as shown by the experience of its use, has high efficiency and reliability, and in our opinion is one of the successful designs of recent years. However, the known invention with minor additions can significantly improve the quality of treatment, to extend the functionality and performing the processing not only of liquid manure (or manure runoff), but also to clean water for reuse, such as for watering animals.

Technical solution to the problem is to increase the efficiency of treatment and extension of functional capabilities of the device during the processing of wastewater from various industries

The task is achieved by a device for processing manure effluent contains the pipeline is made of two coaxially placed pipes, one of which is of larger diameter, made of diamagnetic material with winding connected to the power source, and has a pipe for draining water rich in salts, and the other, of smaller diameter, installed on the outlet pipe and is designed to supply water for fertilizing watering.

The novelty of the claimed proposal due to the fact that the water coming into fertilizing, watering, or other technological needs, subjected to a complex ionizing radiation such as deep ultraviolet range of frequencies, or by using a source of radiation and a powerful electromagnetic field. In the destroyed almost all types of bacteria, worms, etc. and hard salts, mainly calcium and magnesium, dissociate into positive and negative ions (CA++, Mg++, CO3--, SO4--and so on). Under the influence of the energy of the electromagnetic field (Lorentz force) positive and negative ions become to the interior of the pipe of larger diameter, resulting in the center, i.e. the pipe of smaller diameter, is virtually salt-free and bacteria-free water.

Additionally, the effectiveness of treatment increases as a result of interaction of the magnetic fields, created in the pipe of larger diameter and induced magnetic fields in the tube of smaller diameter, due to shock and thermal effects, as it occurs in the magnetic pulse installations, see the Hawks PP, Smirnov I.P. According to the patent and scientific literature is not found similar suggestions, which allows to judge about the inventive step of the claimed combination of features.

The device operates as follows.

Manure runoff on the overall pipeline coming into the device, where the pre-exposed to harsh UV radiation source 6, the result of which killed a significant portion harmful Phytophthora, bacteria, helminths, etc. and salts dissolved in water effluents, in particular calcium, magnesium and others, dissociate into positive and negative ions, which pass through the pipe 1 and are exposed to the electromagnetic field created by the coil 2 connected to the current source 3. As a result of negative and positive ions under the influence of Lorentz forces become to the interior of the tube of larger diameter is 1, resulting in the center, i.e. the pipe of smaller diameter 5, is virtually salt-free and bacteria-free water. It should be noted that the disinfection efficiency is enhanced due to the interaction of the magnetic field generated by the coil 2 and the induced magnetic field produced in the pipe of smaller diameter 5 - see class I. Water exiting from the nozzle 4, saturated with hard salt, is collected in a separate container and, if necessary, used for various technological purposes.

The proposed design does not require the La practical implementation of complex, often expensive equipment, the power consumption does not exceed the costs of domestic and foreign inventions of recent years and can be implemented by the engineering services of industrial and agricultural enterprises.

Device for disinfection of manure effluent containing a source of ionized radiation in the form of a lamp with a hard ultraviolet radiation spectrum and a power source, characterized in that the pipeline is made of two coaxially placed pipes, one of which is of larger diameter made of diamagnetic material with winding connected to the power source, and has a pipe for draining water rich in salts, and the other smaller diameter installed on the outlet pipe and is designed to supply water for fertilizing watering.

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, reprocessing of manure for producing of fertilizer in animal forming.

SUBSTANCE: method involves settling synanthropic flies in manure and providing conditions for laying eggs by flies and full development cycle, followed by withdrawal of larvae from reprocessed manure. Reprocessing of manure is performed in complex containing pig houses and poultry houses, chain-and-scraper conveyor for delivery and dispensing of hen dung for feeding of pigs. Manure is transported from pig houses through enclosure yards and quarantine zone via underground channels with grid-type and bridge-type ceilings. Conditions are provided for laying and providing of full development cycle of synanthropic flies under bridge ceilings on manure surface. Mature fly larvae are withdrawn from manure through openings of grid-type ceilings by hens. Apparatus has manure reprocessing vessel, devices for charging of basic manure and discharge of reprocessed manure, poultry houses with perches and pig houses with enclosure yards and feeders, which are connected with poultry houses through chain-and-scraper conveyor for removal of bird dung from under perches in poultry houses and transportation thereof for feeding of pigs. Enclosure yards for poultry are equipped with underground channels of manure removal system, said channels being arranged at different levels and providing removal of manure by gravity. Said system is provided with sluices, grid-type and bridge-type ceilings, and is further provided with hydrogen pipelines and hose for hydraulic washing away of manure. Bridge-type ceilings are arranged in equally spaced relation. Underground channels of manure removal system are communicating through underground channels of quarantine zone with underground passages positioned in enclosure yards for hens, said underground passages being equipped with bridge-type ceilings for laying of eggs by flies under said ceilings and with grid-type ceilings for withdrawal of fly larvae by hens through openings in said grid-type ceilings.

EFFECT: reduced expenses for manure reprocessing, delivery and dispensing of bird dung for feeding of animals.

SUBSTANCE: biogas apparatus has multiple-section reactor comprising bottom inclined from charging unit to discharge unit. Charging and discharge units are made in the form of containers with drive. Apparatus is further provided with mixers having blades whose length exceeds biomass level, and gas holder. Mixers are arranged in each section of reactor and kinematically connected with charging unit drive. SUBSTANCE: fertilizer contains nutritive substances for plants. Organic substances contained in liquid fertilizer composition are mineralized by at least 95% of amount of organic substances in wastes before being fermented in methane tank with resulting production of humus. Method involves feeding into outer chamber of coaxial methane tank liquefied and ground organic substances of wastes and providing sequential anaerobic fermentation thereof; heating and mixing mass under fermentation process with gas-and-liquid mixture; discharging resulting mass for producing fertilizer; withdrawing biogas from outer and inner chambers; introducing biogas contained in heated gas-and-liquid mixture from outer chamber into inner chamber in the form of dissipated jet streams for mixing of fermentable mass therein; providing first phase of anaerobic fermentation of liquefied and ground organic waste substances in outer chamber in acid medium at pH less than 7.0 until complete decomposition of all delivered and settled fermented organic waste substances of different densities is provided by active symbiosis of splitting (hydrolyzing) microorganisms accompanied with destruction thereby of complex compounds into simpler compounds and formation of fatty acids and weak biogas (carbon dioxide, hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide); introducing the latter into inner chamber for providing second phase of anaerobic fermentation in alkaline medium at pH exceeding 7.2 with following producing of fuel biogas by means of methanogenic bacteria. Apparatus has hermetically sealed reservoir, bottom and cupola with concentric partition having shape similar in plan to that of reservoir and adapted for dividing it into outer and inner chambers, branch pipes for supplying liquefied organic wastes and discharge of fermented sediments, means for mixing and heating fermented wastes and branch pipes for discharge of biogas from outer and inner chambers. FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, machines for spreading of organic fertilizer from windrows.

SUBSTANCE: organic fertilizer spreader has frame, hitching mechanism, drive mechanism, flow divider, swing knife and multiple-blade rotors. Each of blade rotors has four rows of spreading blades, wherein each sequential row of blades is offset to side opposite to direction of rotation. Length of blades is increasing from rotor leading end in direction of advancement of unit. Spreader is additionally provided with five rows of radial feeding blades arranged in alternation between rows of spreading blades at an angle α=10-30 deg with respect to plane of rotation of rotors. Length of rotor is equal to length of spreading blades arranged alternatively in one row and is increasing from leading end in direction of advancement of spreader. Feeding blades, beginning from second row, are uniformly offset relative to spreading blades of previous row. Feeding blades of first row are uniformly offset relative to forth row of spreading blades. Feeding blades of terminating row of blades have length corresponding to radius of flow divider.

EFFECT: increased efficiency by uniform spreading of organic fertilizers over soil surface, and improved granulometric composition of organic fertilizer.

SUBSTANCE: proposed grinder-accumulator has working members made in form of shredding drum with L-shaped knives. Working members are arranged on load-bearing trolley where bin-accumulator is mounted; mounted in lower part of this bin-accumulator is unloading unit made in form of spiral; grinder made in form of shaft with rigidly secured straight knives is secured in its upper part. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with inclined bottom equipped with longitudinal slot, and closure, said casing incorporating equipment for introducing of liquid medium to be processed and suspension of microorganisms, aerating gas, equipment for separating of fermented medium, branch pipe for discharge of used gas, and air distributing device used for aeration and connected with aerating gas introducing device. Bubbling plate is fixed inside casing so as to partly overlap casing in its horizontal section and attached without gap to casing side walls. Bladed wheel positioned in the vicinity of one end wall in horizontal plane along the entire width of casing is equipped with rotational drive to provide for movement of lower blades from said wall. Guiding plate fixed under bladed wheel along the entire width of casing is curved along generatrix of wheel blades and attached to plate edge. Froth baffle is arranged between bladed wheel and casing closure in front of branch pipe for discharge of used gas. Mixer positioned in longitudinal slot of casing bottom is connected with drive. Casing is furnished with jacket for supplying of heat-carrier or coolant.

EFFECT: reduced costs of liquid manure or bird dung processing method and improved quality of bioorganic fertilizer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical spreaders of solid fertilizers over surface of field. Blade rotors of spreader are installed in bottom part of body along its longitudinal axis and are enclosed by cylindrical housing contacting through their side surfaces. Housing are provided with charging and distributing ports arranged in lower part of housings and made in form of separate sections diverging from center of body to its front and rear walls. Charging ports are arranged in upper part of housing starting from line of their contact and they occupy one quarter of surface, being divided by vertical divider arranged in between over entire length of body. Separating rings are installed inside housings in place of bending of distributing ports. Angle between tangential line drawn to surface of housing in point of beginning of slot of distributing port in direction of rotation of rotors and vertical changes from 0 to 135° from first section of distributing port arranged in center of body to last sections adjoining front and rear walls.

EFFECT: simplified design of spreader, reduced power intensity of process, improved uniformity of distribution of fertilizers over field surface.

SUBSTANCE: bioenergetic apparatus has helium collector, methane tank with water jacket and heat insulation, inlet and outlet branch pipes, biogas discharge pipes, electric water heater, water pipelines and gas holder. Helium collector is made in the form of unit with Sterling engine operating in conjunction with heating pipe. Sterling engine is connected through belt transmission with electric generator and is equipped with biogas boiler to provide for continuous operation of system during periods, when there is no solar radiation, said boiler being connected through pipeline with gas holder.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, stabilized heating of substrate under fermentation process, and enhanced reliability in operation of apparatus for producing of biogas in the absence of centralized electric energy source.

Charging and discharge units are made in the form of screw conveyors comprising housing and shaft provided with spiral. Charging unit conveyor shaft is made hollow and perforated. Discharge unit conveyor housing has hermetically sealed cylindrical vessel mounted above biomass level to define in conjunction therewith annular cavity communicated with charging unit conveyor shaft cavity through water heating boiler and mass pump. Housing part adjoining vessel is made perforated.

EFFECT: increased intensity of biomethonogenesis process owing to increased concentration of anaerobic mass and homogeneity of substrate delivered into reactor.
