SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains 44 % acryl polymer in solvent as film forming agent; 40 % acryl latex as thickener; 25 % ammonia aqueous solution as medium pH adjusting agent; solution of isothiasoline derivatives such as 1,2-hydroxy-5,8,11-trioxadodecane, 1,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)-urea, 1,6-hydrohy-2,5-dioxyxexane as conserving agent; emulsion of ether and siloxane copolymer in fumigated silica as antifoaming agent; water as solvent; and additionally ethanol in specific component ratio. Obtainer film has impact strength of 60-63 cm and desiccation time at (20±2)°C is 3-5 min and at (60±5)°C is 13-15 s.

The disadvantages of the known water-dispersible compositions are insufficient film strength at impact (42-50 cm) and a long drying time to degree 3 as at a temperature of (20±2)°35-60 minutes and at a temperature of (60±5)°C - 180 to 200 seconds.

The objective of the invention is to provide a water-dispersible composition with increased film strength at impact and a small drying time at the temperature (20±2)°and (60±5)°while maintaining the other indicators on the same level.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the water-dispersed composition comprising film-forming, thickening agent - 40%acrylic latex "Polyfab TR-117, antifreeze, ethylene glycol, pH regulator environment - 25%aqueous ammonia solution, preservative additive - solution isothiazolinone: 1,2-hydroxy-5,8,11-dioxadodecane, 1,3-bis-(hydroxymethyl)urea, 1,6-hydroxy-2,5-deoxyhexose"Parmetol And 26", defoaming additive emulsion copolymer simple ester and siloxane with fuegianum the silicon dioxide "Foamex 825 and the solvent is water, as film-forming contains 44%solution of acrylic polymer in the solvent "Finndisp RSD20 advanced in the quality of the solvent includes ethyl alcohol, in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:

As a film-forming composition is used 44%solution of acrylic polymer in the solvent "Finndisp RSD20" (sheet catalogue of company "FORCIT", Finland).

As a thickener composition comprises 40%-latex "Polyfab TR-117, which is a viscous whitish emulsion (Hygienic certificate of the company "UNION CARBIDE BENELUX N.V., B is LGIA).

As a preservative additive composition is used, the solution derived isothiazolinone: 1,2-hydroxy-5,8,11-dioxadodecane, 1,3-bis-(hydroxymethyl)urea, 1,6-hydroxy-2,5-deoxyhexose "Parmetol And 26" (Sheet catalogue of company "SCHULKE and MAYR, Germany).

As antifreeze composition contains ethylene glycol GOST 10164-95, the solvent is ethyl alcohol GOST R 51652-2000 and water GOST R 51232-98, as the regulator of pH - 25%aqueous ammonia solution GOST 6221-90, and as a defoaming additive composition is used, the emulsion copolymer simple ester and siloxane with silicon dioxide "Foamex 825" (the specification sheet of the company "Tego Chemie Service GmbH, Germany).

The proposed water dispersion composition prepared according to the following technology.

In the mixer without heating when operating the mixer load calculated amount of water, ethyl alcohol, thickener, preservative and defoaming additives, control pH, foaming agent, antifreeze and mix until dissolved.

Examples of specific performance are presented in table 1.

Prepared water dispersion composition is applied to the roll electrolytic galvanized metal rolling method, followed by drying at a temperature of (60±2)°or on a clean dry surface by brush, roller, air spray gun and the loading at ambient temperature to obtain a protective and decorative coating.

Testing properties of a water-dispersible compositions and coatings from it are carried out by standard methods.

The drying time of the film to the point 3 at a temperature of (60±2)°With the prototype determined.

Test results predlagaemoi water dispersion of the compositions of examples and prototype are shown in table 2.

Table 2 shows that the strength of the film at impact is 60-63 cm and the drying time to degree 3 at a temperature of (20±2)°With 3-5 minutes and at a temperature of (60±2)° - 13-15 seconds.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a binding agent based on an aqueous basis consisting of: (a) acrylic copolymer an aqueous dispersion comprising functional groups of carboxylic acid and ethyleneurea with average molecular mass below 200000Da and value Tglass < -15°C. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous epoxide corrosion-stable priming used for protection against corrosion and no containing hexavalent chrome compounds. Priming comprises aqueous epoxide compound based on bisphenol A diglycidyl ester, hardening agent and chromate-free pigment inhibiting corrosion. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to primer materials, including water-dispersed paints, and is used to form protective-decorative coating of porous surfaces, e.g. various-destination indoor and outdoor brick, concrete, plaster, and similar surfaces. Method comprises preparation of components A and B. The former is water-based suspension of zinc oxide or titanium oxide, talc, powdered cellulose and Sulfosid-61 at ratio 2:1.1:0.04:0.04:0.08, respectively, which is prepared in disperser for 15 min at 18-25°C. The latter component (B) is water-based emulsion containing plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate or Edos), sodium carboxymethylcellulose, liquid sodium glass, and Sulfosid-61 at ratio 6:1.4:1:0.6, which is prepared in planetary mill for 15 min and 18-25°C. Components A and B are then mixed, whereupon latex (SKS-65GP) is added for 20 min at 18-25°C to form composition containing, wt parts: latex 100, component A 85-95, component B 7-8, and water 102-115. Advantages of invention comprise simplification of water-dispersed paint production process, reduced process time due to independent and simultaneous preparation of the two composition components, which are mixed with latex without foaming and stratification.

SUBSTANCE: composition is obtained through hydrolysis of a mixture of oligomeric products of photo-oxidation of hexafluoropropylene containing 60-90 wt % acid fluoride of perfluoropolyoxaalkyl carboxylic acid and 10-40 wt % perfluoropolyoxaalkyl ketone. SUBSTANCE: film-forming polymer, which is a base for coatings, contains a product of reaction of a polyepoxide compound, containing a segment of a common formula (1) and polyatomic phenol, in particular, produced from one or more segments of the formula (1), produced from diglycidyl ether 4,4'-methylenebis(2,6-di-tretbutylphenol), diglycidyl ether 2,2'-methylenebis(4-methyl-6-tret-butylphenol), diglycidyl ether 4,4'-methylenebis(2,6-dimethylphenol), diglycidyl ether 4,4'-butylidenebis(2-tret-butyl-5-methylphenol) or their derivatives. This invention additionally provides powder compositions of coatings, containing polymer, which are useful for many target uses of coatings, including, for example, coatings of valves and pipes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce coatings of various purpose, safe for contact with food, having superb adhesion, resistant to action of severe atmospheric conditions.
