The technical field

This invention relates to chains that use waste tires, and more specifically, to snow chains, made of used tires, which can efficiently re-use waste tires using bags of waste tires received by the division of waste tyres as a friction material.

Background of the invention

Usually, snow chains as the friction material used urethane cushion or steel chain.

However, when snow chains are used urethane cushion, in case of large temperature fluctuations urethane cushion can break, and pillows should be replaced with a new, often due to heavy wear. Moreover, the required compilation of the mind, because snow chains are made of different types, in accordance with the tire size and the cost of production is high, as the material is urethane cushions is expensive.

At the same time, the anti-skid chain, uses a steel chain, has the best braking force than snow chains using urethane cushion, but it is difficult to mount due to its heavy weight and creates noise when moving. Therefore, various attempts have been made to solve the above mentioned problems. For example, U.S. patent No. 6016856 discloses a coupling device for tires (with reference hereinafter referred to as document 1 prior art) and U.S. patent No. 3856068 discloses a coupling device (with reference hereinafter referred to as document 2 prior art).

As shown in figure 1, the decision document 1 includes an internal mounting plates 3A and 3b, passing along the annular surface inside both rims breakers 2 tires, and external mounting plate 4 located outside of the breakers of the tire 2, for fastening with inner mounting plates 3a and 3b bolts 5. The invention

Accordingly, the objective of the invention is the provision of snow chains that use waste tires is, that can reduce tyre wear and road surface to increase durability and reduce the cost of material and production costs through the use of waste tires that have the same material as the tires, as the friction material.

For solving the aforementioned problem, the invention provides an anti-skid chain, using waste tires, including lots of pillows from waste tires made by the division of waste tires in a circular direction; external and internal connecting elements for connecting the ends of the pillows used tires at regular intervals, and the outer and inner coupling elements have the shape of a trapezoid, when they are in the stretched condition; many thorns attached to the surface of the pillows used tyres; external and internal connecting means for separating the outer and inner coupling elements from each other, the external and internal connection means provide intimate contact of pillows used tires and the surface of the tire tread so that the cushion used tires pass across the surface of the tire tread; and a chain passing between the cushions of waste tires, and the ends of the chains are connected with the external and internal connecting elements, respectively.

The preferred embodiment of the invention

The invention will now be described in detail in accordance with the preferred execution with reference to the accompanying drawings. As for links, the same references designate corresponding parts in several views.
