The invention relates to a cut off of fluid, namely water taps, and can be used in devices water residential buildings, public places, transport.
Known the taps with periodic flow of water during its use, for example, the faucets in the sinks passenger cars rail transport. The main disadvantage of the known designs of faucets is the misalignment of the valve stem and channel for water drainage. Known faucet to the sink, including the case with the installed valve, fitted on the tube, with the channels on the side surface in the tube valve coaxially with the latter has a stem, one end of which is located at the end of the tube, and on the other, made with the tabs and slotted grooves, supported spring (see USSR author's certificate No. 177355, IPC E 03 1/04, publ. 01.12.1965 year). When using known construction crane impossible to quickly switch from one mode of supply of liquid, for example continuous, to another, such as short-time discrete, because it requires making multi-turn rotation of the valve to close, which can lead to additional fluid flow.
The closest technical solution is a ball valve, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet channels, placed in it the ball lock (working link in the form of a ball) with a cylindrical axial bore, and the rod control ball valve, derived from the housing through the hole in its surface. When turning the knobs of the control rod in the position of the message log and the output is due to the axial cylindrical hole is opening the ball valve, continuous feed, for example, liquids. However, when using the known ball valves, for example in devices for water supply, there is a lack of economical consumption of the liquid due to the lack of opportunities set short-term discrete water supply. Therefore, the ball valves in the water supply can be used only in continuous use of water, which leads to the narrowing of their functionality.
The present invention is the creation of faucet designs with enhanced functionality and providing more efficient fluid flow.
The technical result achieved in the solution of this task is to provide conditions for the crane in the mode of short discrete fluid supply, and reducing the time of transition from one mode of supply of liquid to the other (the continuous feed mode liquid or short-term discrete mode of submission is idcast).
This object is achieved in that a hydrant, comprising a housing with an inlet and at least one output channel, placed in it a bolt-shaped body of revolution, with a through channel, and extracted from the housing stock control gate according to the invention, further comprises a normally closed valve, and inlet and at least one output channel in the housing are angled large 0° and less 180°, end-to-end channel in the bolt is bent, while the shutter is made of at least one additional end-to-end channel with the possibility of combining its inlet to the input channel of the housing and the outlet with at least one output channel of the housing, with shut-off and control element of the valve is partially in the through channel of the body and partly in the output channel of the housing.
In this case, at least one input and at least one output channel in the housing are located at an angle of 90°. In addition, the inlet of the through channels of the shutter can be arranged coaxially or combined.
End-to-end channels in the bolt can be made with different reduced cross-section. An outlet opening through one channel may be input hole on the other end-to-end channel.
In this part shut-off and control element of the and valve, located in the through channel of the body, can be performed separately from the part of the shut-off and control element of the valve located at the outlet of the housing.
In the proposed design water crane has at least two through-channels, inlet and outlet openings which are located with the possibility of combining with input and output channels of the valve, allowing flow of liquid in a continuous or intermittent discrete modes of supply of liquid. Separation of inlet channels and their mutual, for example, coaxial arrangement allows for rotation of the shutter with the control rod bolt to move quickly from one mode to another, for example, from a continuous fluid supply to short-term discrete flow. This is more efficient fluid flow due to the possibility of choosing the optimal mode of supply: continuous or discrete, which also increases the ease of use of the crane. In addition, in the event of a malfunction of the crane can in a short period of time to block flow of the liquid through it, changing the mode of the fluid, which also contributes to a more economical consumption of the liquid.

Hydrant includes a housing 1 with an inlet 2 and outlet 3 channels. Inside the housing 1 is placed a bolt 4 having the form of a body of rotation, for example, ball or plug, with a hole in the form of through-channel 5 for the continuous feed of the liquid, and extracted from the housing 1, the shaft 6 of the control gate 4 (figure 1-5, 7-12).
Input 2 and output 3 channels of the housing 1 are angled large 0° and less 180° (1-5, 7-12). In this preferred implementation of the crane to the location of the entrance is wow 2 and output 3 channels at an angle of 90° (Fig.1-5, 7-10). The crane can also be executed with the location of the input 2 and output 3 channels at an angle, a large 90° (11 and 12). Through channel 5 made in the shutter 4 is curved, the angle of the curve must lie within the angle of arrangement of the input 2 and output 3 channels (Fig.1-5, 7-12).
The shutter 4 is made of at least one additional through channel 7 for short-term discrete fluid supply. When this inlet channel 7 is arranged to be coincident with the input channel 2 of the housing 1. It is advisable to perform the inlet channel 7 coaxially with the inlet channel 5 (Fig.1-4). However, the inlet channel 7 can be combined with the inlet channel 5 (5, 7, 8, 11 and 12). In addition, an outlet opening through one channel, such as channel 5, is an input hole on the other end-to-end channel, for example channel 7 (Fig.9 and 10).
In the output port 7 is installed shut-off and control element 8, which together with the walls of the shutter, and an output channel 3 of the valve forms a normally closed valve, such as valve rod.
The outlet channel 7 can be performed continuously coaxially with the output channel 3 of the housing 1 and respectively aligned with the outlet channel 5 (Fig 1 and 2), and is separate from the output hole at back the FL channel 7, moreover, the flow area of the channel 7 may be different, for example in a big way, from the orifice channel 5 (Fig 3).
Part of the shut-off and control element 8 of the valve located in the through channel 7 corps, made separately from the part of the shut-off and control element 8 of the valve located at the outlet 3 of the housing (5, 7-12). In this part shut-off and control element 8 of the valve located in the through channel 7 of the casing, i.e. the shutter is limited to move along the through channel 7, namely inside shutter move above parts prevent the projections made on the inner walls of the channel and located, for example, at an angle of 60° in relation to each other so as not to interfere with the flow of the liquid, and an exhaust outlet through channel 7 also made the tabs formed, for example, inserting or curly nut. Hydrant works as follows.
In the input channel 2 of the housing 1 of the valve is supplied with a flow of liquid such as water. The combination of input channel 2 of the housing 1 and the inlet of the through channel 5 for the continuous feed of the liquid occurs by rotation of the shutter 4 by using the stem 6 of the control gate 4. To facilitate rotation inside the housing 1 of the valve can be inserted sealing strip 9, for example, from a rubber material or plastic. By further rotation of the shaft 6 of the control gate 4 and, accordingly, the shutter 4 in General, the user can achieve alignment of the inlet channel 7 for short-term discrete fluid supply and the inlet hole 2 of the housing 1 of the valve. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball cocks designed for closing passage of pipelines transporting natural gas, liquefied hydrocarbon gas, liquid oil products, steam, water and other media. The housing has a boring with a cylindrical and conic surfaces. On the butt-end of the socket cylindrical surfaces are fulfilled. The packing has in itself a one-sided wedge and a cylinder. This packing is located in the housing boring and is attached with its cylindrical and conic surfaces and with the cylindrical surfaces of the socket. The rod consists of steps with a groove. The packing seal is in this groove.

The bushing is provided with the locking member that prevents it against rotation. The seats-seals together with the pressing members are built in the common cylindrical bore in the housing. The diameter of the bore is equal to the diameter of the guiding surface of the axially movable bushing. The diameter of the cylindrical bore in the housing is related to the diameter of the ball valving as 1.06-1.1. The edges of intersection of the spherical surface with the open surface of the face and cylindrical surface of the flowing passage of each seat-seal are beveled to define two axially aligned truncated cones. The tops of the cones face pressing devices and are in coincidence with the axis of rotation. The diameter of the grater base of the truncated cone is equal to the diameter of the base of the spherical belt. The diameter of the lesser base of the truncated cone does not exceed the width of the ball belt of the valving member.

The mixer also has drainage system formed as isolated air cavity, which communicates upper part of tank interior with ambient space surrounding water flow at tank outlet area. The mixer is provided with valve having head, which has positive floatability in summary with the valve. The mixer has vessel made as horizontal connection pipe adapted to connect horizontal drainage pipe part with the tank. Connection pipe interior communicates with tank interior. Lower end thereof is located above contact area between the valve and the tank body seat. Upper part of connection pipe interior does not project over upper tank body edge. Cross-section of connection pipe interior is not less than that of drainage tank orifice. Connection pipe length is selected to provide summary volume of water accumulated inside the tank and inside the connection pipe, which is 1.5-2 times as much as that of water accumulated in the tank.

Threaded tap body seat is coaxial to annular shoulder. Guiding pipe is temporary secured to tap body seat having flat outer end surface transversal to inner cylindrical surface thereof. Spindle is arranged inside the guiding pipe and may perform predetermined axial movement and reversible rotation. Cylindrical surfaces of spindle and guiding pipe brought into contact are coaxial to threaded seat and annular shoulder. Metal-cutting head diameter exceeds outer diameter of annular shoulder. End surface of metal-cutting surface extends transversely to cylindrical spindle part.

The shuttle valve provides choice of liquid flow through filtered liquid outlet or unfiltered liquid outlet. Delivery device also has executive tool mechanically connected to the shuttle valve and providing switching from unfiltered liquid distribution to filtered liquid distribution from delivery device. Arranged in the body is filter. Device in accordance with the third embodiment comprises body, unfiltered liquid receiver, filtered liquid outlet, unfiltered liquid outlet and one shuttle valve arranged inside the body. The shuttle valve provides choice of liquid flow through filtered liquid outlet or unfiltered liquid outlet. Delivery device also has the first executive tool mechanically connected to the shuttle valve and the second executive tool mechanically linked with the valve. Device includes filter arranged in the body.

FIELD: domestic plumbing installations, methods for disinfection thereof, particularly for large reservoirs.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying disinfectant on installation surface and flushing installation with fresh water after disinfection operation finishing. Disinfection is performed by aerosol treatment carried out by accelerating anolyte particles up to speed of not less than 100 m/c. Anolyte with active chlorine concentration of not less than 100 mg/dm3 taken in amount of not less than 200 ml per 1 m2 of installation surface area is used as the disinfectant. Anolyte is used as aerosol with dispersity up to 100 microns and residence time of disinfectant on installation surfaces is not less than 30 min at positive temperature. Anolyte is sprayed by nozzle, centrifugal aerosol generator or high-pressure pump.
EFFECT: increased disinfection quality along with keeping ecological rules related to installation treatment and staff safety, increased depth of disinfectant penetration in installation surface and prevention of installation damage.

SUBSTANCE: under-ceiling non-evaporating widening tank of heating system has solid casing in form of a canister with level-metering pipe, widening space communicating with heating system and air space separated hermetically from widening space by soft membrane. Air space communicates with environmental air. Membrane is made inform of air bag. Neck of bag is withdrawn out of neck of casing and is connected hermetically with the neck. Plug provided with air hole is tightly inserted into neck of casing. Plug is fastened by screwed cap provided with air hole which is not aligned with hole in plug. Method of detecting of slow leaking of water from heating system is based upon the fact that temperature graph of the system is built in summer without heating. For the purpose values of water level in level-metering pipe of the tank at steady temperature are put along abscissa and values room temperature are put along ordinate; received calibrated curve is subject to calibration. The graph is taken as averaged temperature calibration graph and steady values of outside temperature are drawn above corresponding values of level. When taking subsequent measurements, the averaged temperature is determined again and if the value of level get lower it is assumed that water loss takes place because of leakage or evaporation of water caused by disturbance in leak-proofness of the air bag.
EFFECT: simplified design of tank; better degree of protection of membrane.

FIELD: technical means of water supply.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a water-mixing tap with contactless remote control and is pertinent to the technical means of water supply. The water-mixing tap with contactless remote control contains a body with a chamber for mixing of water and the tap-changer, feeding pipes, a discharge pipe with an outlet nozzle and an inlet-outlet head, an autonomous control-and- measuring block electrically connected with a source and a receiver of optical rays and with electromagnetic valves of water delivery. The outlet nozzle is made in the form of a centrifugal spraying injector forming a cone of finely dispersed uniformly sprayed water. The discharge pipe is made with a capability to accommodate a fiber-optical transducer with an external modulation, an outlet optical butt of which is placed in the inlet-outlet head of the discharge pipe and the opposite butt of the transducer is optically connected to the source and the receiver of the optical emission located in the autonomous control and measuring block electrically connected with the electromagnetic valves of water feeding. At that the electrical circuit of the block is made on the basis of the integrating circuit of accumulation of the signals of the measuring information. The technical result is a decrease of consumption of water and thermal energy used for its heating up, provision of the switch-on state of the tap only by availability of an object of treatment within the zone of control and at achievement of a combination of contactless of on-off turnings of the water feeding with electric passivity of the tap, its stability against action of electromagnetic interferences and origination of the false on /off switching, protection of sensing optical elements of the contactless drive of the tap against actions of vandals (versions).
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of consumption of water and thermal energy used in the process, provision of the switch-on state of the tap just by availability of an object of treatment in the zone of control, protection against different types of interferences.
