FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes putty comprising epoxy resin, polyethylene polyamine as a hardening agent and a solvent as a mixture of solvents: acetone, ethylcellosolve, butyl acetate, butyl alcohol and toluene taken in the ratio 0.7:0.8:1:1.5:5, respectively, and black carbon as a filling agent, and, additionally, it comprises dibutyl phthalate and copper sulfate. Invention can be used as interlayers in making floors from single materials, and it is directed on enhancement of chemical stability in sulfuric acid solution and for conferring fungicide properties of the end products.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of putty.

The invention relates to construction materials and can be used as layers in the manufacture of floors from a piece of material.

Known compositions of polymer compositions based on epoxy resins used to use as putties in the manufacture of floors from a piece of material (see, for example: Chemical resistant mastics, putties and concretes based on thermosetting resins/ Nagasaki, Ijebuteo, Eoutside and other M.: Publishing house of literature on construction. 1968. 184 C.).

However, such compositions have a high enough resistance to acids and small biological resistance in the environment of filamentous fungi.

The closest technical solution to the claimed is putty based polimermineralnoy solution (patent RU No. 2131855, CL 04 In 26/14, publ. 20.06.99 g)comprising an epoxy resin; a curing agent is a mixture of polyethylenepolyamine and bottoms of ethylcarbitol; solvent - afuraldehyde fraction; filler - it is perlite.

The disadvantage of known composition putty is not a high rate of resistance in sulfuric acid and biostability.

The technical result is to increase chemical resistance in sulfuric acid and giving fungicidal properties.

The invention consists in that the putty, including the maintenance epoxy resin, hardener - polyethylenepolyamine, solvent and filler, the solvent comprises a mixture of solvents: acetone, ethylcellosolve, butyl acetate, butyl alcohol, toluene in the ratio 0,7:0,8:1:1,5:5, additionally, dibutyl phthalate and sulfate of copper, and as a filler - black soot, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Epoxy resin, obtained on the basis of diphenylpropane, called Dianov, which are produced in the following grades: ED-16, ED-20, e-40, e-41, e-R, e-44, e-49, e-205, etc. (GOST 10587-84 for epoxy brand ED-20).

The method of manufacture of putty is the following. Produce weight dosage of the components forming the putty. Then in a clean mixer pour a measured amount Epoque is IGNOU resin, for example, the brand ED-20 and add the required amount of the mixture of solvents: acetone, ethylcellosolve, butyl acetate, butyl alcohol, toluene in the ratio of 0,7:0,8:1:1,5:5 mix, add a measured amount of dibutyl phthalate, mix, then into the running mixer gradually while stirring the copper sulfate and black soot, at least add a polyethylenepolyamine and the mixture was thoroughly stirred to obtain a homogeneous mass by color. The mixture is placed in a special steel forms. Condense the mixture on the compacting stations. The next day ready-made samples extracted from forms and thermoablative at a temperature of 80°C for 8 hours.

In the study proposed putty tests were conducted on samples of the following compositions (table 1).

The biopersistence test performed according to GOST 9.049-91 method 1 and 3. As the test organisms using the following fungi: Aspergillus niger; A. flavus; A. terreus; Penicillium cyclopium; P. füniculosum; P. chrysogenum; Paecilomyces varioti; Chaetomium globosum; Trichoderma viride. The results are presented in table 3.

From the results of table 2 and 3 shows that the composition of putties, depending on the ratio of components have different strength and decay resistance.

The proposed composition of putty in comparison with the known solution has a higher prismatic strength, tensile strength in bending and has antifungal properties.

Sealing composition contains: latex of butadiene/styrene/nitriloacrylic acid copolymer with content of styrene ≤ 0.1% of mass portion of non-polymerized monomers and ≤ 0.05 of nitriloacrylic acid; sodium carboxymethylcellulose with degree of polymerization 600; naphthenic acids; methanol; and additionally diethylene glycol, basalt and polypropylene fibers.

FIELD: petrochemical industry; production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulation and sealing works.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the cold mastic for hydraulic insulation and sealing works, in particular, to compositions of the cold bitumen-polymeric protective coatings, in particular, to the bituminous- butyl rubber protective coatings and may be used for the hydraulic insulation and sealing of the metallic and concrete surfaces. The mastic contains bitumen, the mixture of petropolymeric resin and-or petropolymeric boiled oil and halogenated butyl rubber, red ochre, stearic acid, zinc oxide, commercial carbon and dissolvent. The technical result of the invention is creation of the composition possessing the high humidity resistance at saving of the mechanical strength: adhesion to the metallic surfaces, the bending and impact strength.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the created composition possesses high humidity resistance at saving of the mechanical strength, high adhesion to the metallic surfaces, the bending and impact strength.

FIELD: sealing materials.

SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is to seal pores of aluminum and copper alloy articles for use in radio industry, instrumentation engineering, and aircraft industry. Composition comprises product based on hydrolyzed adduct of maleic anhydride and mixed glycerol ester of colophony and fatty acids of linseed oil and dehydrated castor oil, 50% butanolized melamine-formaldehyde resin (K-421-02), pentaphthalic lacquer (OF-060), triethylamine, manganese sulfate, xylene, and water.

EFFECT: imparted corrosion resistance under hard usage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thickening, sealing plastic compositions. The composition comprises polyisobutylene of molecular mass 20000-85000 Da, mineral oil - industrial oil, chalk and powdered wood as a cellulose-containing component wherein its particles have size from 150 to 800 mcm, and the composition comprises aerosil additionally. Also, the composition can comprise kaolin and barium sulfate additionally. Invention can be used for protection of equipment, for example, excavators and tunneling shields against water effect. Invention provides the development of thickening composition possessing good pumping capacity with providing it waterproofness property.

FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of polymer compositions suitable for sealing electrical articles and provides polymer composition including, wt parts: electrical insulation compound (KP-303B) based on oligoether acrylate and unsaturated epoxy ether resin, 90-11; siloxane low-molecular weight rubber, 9-11; catalyst, 0.3-0.5; powderlike quartz, 60-70; alumina, 60-70; and ground talk, 30-35. Claimed composition is prepared by adding preliminarily prepared powderlike quartz, alumina, and ground talk to mixture of : electrical insulation compound, low-molecular weight rubber, and catalyst followed by evacuation and stepwise curing of resulting mixture.
