SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible measuring member mounted concentrically with respect to the bearing race and having strain gauges covered with casing and set on its surface. The flexible member is sectional and composed of two step thick-walled races provided with strain gauges, mounted on the bushing, and interconnected by means of a thread joint. The bushing has ring cylindrical recess centered in its outer surface. The inner surfaces of the smaller steps of the thick-walled races are conical, with cone bases arranged from the side of the large steps.

The device relates to the field of engineering, to build connections with tightness under thermal press-fitting the inner rings of the roller bearings on cervical railway axle. The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the accuracy and reliability of estimates of VAT thermal narisovat "ring - neck, ease of installation on the bearing ring and withdrawal of the measuring device, the decrease of metal structures and damages the working surface of the bearing ring.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for measuring the strength of the coupling with the neck axis of the bearing ring contains composed of two similar parts of the measuring element, both interconnected mentioned set of concentric relatively controlled ring of the bearing on one of the elongated thin-walled split an adapter sleeve and interact with their internal surfaces to nocnymi (opposite from the middle part of the latter to its ends) surfaces, and the inner surface of the clamping sleeve is in contact with the outer surface of the bearing ring along its length. This allows to improve the accuracy of measurements to assess the strength of the heat apresski bearing rings on the neck, the axis of the wheelset when using calculation-experimental method [3] determine the magnitude of the contact pressure in the coupling zone.

The device comprises a stepped ring 1 and 2, provided with threads respectively on the inner and outer surfaces of large steps, while the inner surface of the lower speed rings are made conical. The technical result of the claimed device is to increase the measurement accuracy.
