The invention relates to firearms, at least two vertically spaced trunks with variable geometry of their mutual arrangement, which are interconnected, at least one strap.

In firearms of this type, the deviation between the hit point of the bullet when fired from the same barrel and point bullets when firing another barrel should be limited. Acceptable standards are those in which at a certain distance to target this deviation is almost should be absent.

From Belgium patent No. 1.012.932, issued in the name of the Applicant of the present patent application, it is known firearms, at least, with two trunks with variable geometry of their mutual arrangement, which is provided with means for adjusting the deviation between the points of the bullets when firing from both barrels.

In this case, the trunks are interconnected using straps so that they had the convergence between them. In front of the weapons of one of the shafts is not associated with the said strip and forms with it, and hence with a different barrel gap with the ring, which encompasses the free trunk and held it with a bridle, removable installed on another trunk.

Despite the fact that these known constructions ogestrel the CSO weapons allow for the possibility of very accurate adjustment, their disadvantage is that the adjustment means in the form of an adjusting ring and bridle are quite complicated and expensive and do not have quite aesthetic appearance.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-noted deficiencies and creation of firearms, at least, with two trunks, which allows relatively accurate, simple and rapid adjustment of the geometry of the relative position of the shafts and the design is very simple and aesthetically justified.

The objective is achieved according to the invention using firearms, at least two vertically spaced shafts interconnected by a strap, except for the portion beginning from the outlet openings of the shafts and the front part of the trunks converge in the case when they are not dissolved under the action of efforts, this firearm is characterized by the fact that the strap is attached to the bottom of the barrel almost to its outlet and is not associated with the top barrel on the site, starting from the outlet, and upper trunk covered in front of the ring, discharge due to elastic deformation away from the bar and, consequently, from the bottom of the barrel, as well as the fact that the ring is held in place with the Foundation of the flies, the closure is presented at the end of the upper barrel.

The invention relates also to a method of adjusting the geometry of the relative position of the shafts in the front of the firearm with two vertically spaced shafts interconnected, at least one strap, which in front is not associated with the top of the barrel.

The adjustment method is different in that it contains the following stages:

- putting on one of the rings series, consisting of several rings with different external diameters, the upper trunk;

the locking of the selected ring by fixing the base of the flies;

control deviation between the points of the bullets when firing from both barrels;

- repeat these actions with the use of rings of different diameters to obtain an acceptable value of the controlled deflection.

For a better understanding of the invention are described below some illustrating and not limiting of embodiments of firearms, at least two vertically spaced trunks with variable geometry arrangement and the adjustment method of this geometry according to the invention with reference to the drawings. While figure 1 shows a schematic side view double-barreled firearms with variable geometry relative position of the shafts according to the invention;

figure 3 is a section along III-III of figure 2 on an enlarged scale;

4 is a section along IV-IV in figure 2 in the same scale as figure 2;

5 is a section similar to the section in figure 4, but for another way to adjust the geometry of the relative position of the shafts.

Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a firearm, particularly a rifle, with two vertically spaced trunks 1 and 2, interconnected by a Central strip 3 and welded to the brace, which is not shown.

Strap 3 is soldered, for example, silver along its entire length to the lower barrel 1, almost to the outlet of the barrel 1, for example, to mark a distance of a few millimeters from that of the outlet.

At the same time, the strap 3 is soldered only on some portion of its length to the upper shaft 2 and is separated from it at some length, comprising, for example, about one-third of its length, starting from the outlet of the upper barrel 2 gap 4, as shown in figure 2.

At the ends of the shafts 1 and 2, the gap 4 is performed at a stretch with extended part 5.

Trunks 1 and 2 on the plot on which they are connected by a strap 3, are slightly converging with each other, and the sections or zones of contact of the strap with 3 barrels 1 and 2 form a small angle A.

On the front end of the weapon, i.e. near atihdmi holes of the shafts 1 and 2, trunks slightly diluted by the ring 6 mounted on the upper shaft 2 and supported on the extended part 5 gap 4 strips 3.

The outer and inner surface of the ring 6 are concentric and the inner diameter of the ring 6 corresponds to the outer diameter of the upper shaft 2.

The ring 6 is part of a series of rings with different external diameters. Ring 6 shown in Fig.1-4, is a ring of the smallest diameter of this series.

Figure 5 shows a section similar to the section in figure 4, but using the ring 6 with a large outer diameter.

On the upper end of the barrel 2 is located the latch 7, which is soldered to the barrel 2 and is provided with a threaded hole 8 and the drilling 9.

Over the latch 7 is the removable base 10 fly 11.

In the supporting surface 13 of the base 10 flies processing performed transverse groove 12.

The width of the grooves 12 corresponds to the width of the ring 6, and its depth is greater than the greatest thickness of the rings 6 of the above-mentioned series.

The upper part of the ring 6 is placed in the groove 12.

The base 10 of the front sight is positioned on the upper shaft 2 by a pin 14, which is, on the one hand, in the hole 15, which is located under the removable front sight 11 and is made in the base 10 flies and, on the other hand, in the drilling 9 release 7.

The base 10 of the front sight grip is prohibited on the shaft 2 by means of screws 16, which passes through a hole 17 in the base 10 flies and is screwed into the threaded hole 8 of the retainer 7.

Adjusting the geometry of the relative position of the shafts double-barreled firearms is as follows.

On the small stand of one of the rings 6, usually the smallest, put on upper barrel 2 and is fixed in a suitable position by means of 10 flies, which holds the ring 6 from moving in the axial direction due to the fact that the ring 6 is located in the groove 12.

The shots are made from both barrels 1 and 2 to the target, located at a certain distance. Check the deviation between the points of contact and, if this deviation is unsatisfactory, the said ring 6 is replaced by another ring 6 with a large outer diameter.

Again make shots from both barrels and check the deviation between the points of contact. This operation is repeated until then, until you get the ideal distance between the outlets of the shafts 1 and 2.

In the manufacturing process of such firearms is taking the necessary measures to ensure that lateral deviation between barrels 1 and 2 was minimal, so that the lateral distance between the points of contact with the firing of both barrels had acceptable value.

The user of such to the Rabin can't break the geometry of the relative position of the shafts 1 and 2. Adjustment is not disturbed when the disassembly disassembly of this rifle. If the base 10 of the flies and the ring 6 are removed, reinstall them into place automatically provides excellent adjustment. Indeed, this adjustment depends on the outer diameter of the ring 6 and its axial position on the shaft 2.

If for any reason you need a different adjustment of the relative position of the shafts, it is sufficient to replace the ring 6 on the other.

It is clear that the front sight 11 does not need to be removable and may be an integral part of the base 10 flies.

It is also clear that the screw 16 of the base 10 flies can be screwed directly into the wall of the upper barrel 2 without using an intermediate element in the form of a clamp 7, but, of course, provided that the wall of the barrel 2 is quite thick.

You can also, if necessary, to dispense with the pin 14. In this case, the correct positioning of the base 10 of the front sight on the barrel 2 may be implemented, for example, due to the shape of the base 10, which perfectly matches the shape of the barrel 2 and/or form release 7.

The base 10 flies can, of course, consist of several parts, which may or may not be separately mounted on the upper shaft 2, one or more of these parts hold the ring is 6 on the shaft 2 from moving in the axial direction.

The invention is not limited to rifles, it can also be used in other types of firearms with two or more trunks.

It is obvious that the invention is by no means the case is not limited to the above described embodiments and that numerous modifications not beyond the scope of the invention, is characterized in the following claims, may be made in the above firearm and method of adjustment.
