The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in agriculture, in particular in the application of inducers Symbiotropin - growth regulators in pre-sowing treatment of seeds.

The positive effect of microzooplankton on the growth and development of plants is associated with hormonal regulation, increased nitrogen fixation, increased resistance to soil pathogens.

The level of technology

Known means in the form of organic fertilizer (RF Patent 2054404, MKI 05 G 3/00, publ. 20.02.96), including Rostove substance, lignin, and chlorthalidone, dimethylsulfoxide and binder. The disadvantage is that the properties of the composition rule out the possibility of its application for the treatment of seed crops and conducting foliar feeding, which does not allow to use the potential of growth substances.

Well-known drug for presowing treatment of seeds (RF Patent 2092054, MCI And 01 N 59/00, publ. 10.10.97)containing hydrophobic silica as growth substances and trace elements: zinc, copper, boron and manganese. The availability of essential trace elements is positive for the drug, but low growth-promoting ability of hydrophobic silica leads to lower efficiency means is in General.

The closest in technical essence as the prototype of selected growth regulators IAA and gibberellins as inducers enhance the development of mycorrhizal fungi of agricultural plants (Aphrodia, Nperrin. Influence rotatively substances on the development of mycorrhiza agricultural plants // Sat. scient. Tr./ Perm, PTPI - 1968. - v.64. - s-212).

The disadvantage of the used inductor microzooplankton is that the IAA and gibberellins have a low level of activity of microzooplankton in plants.

Task - developing composition of the inductors microsymbionts with increased activity to the induction of microzooplankton in crops to enhance their growth and development.

The aim is achieved in that the composition is used for presowing treatment of seeds in the following ratio, wt.%:

Lignohumate sodium - 0,5-1

Hydroptere - 0,5-1

Water - the rest is up to 100

The technical result that can be obtained by the invention in that the inductors microsymbionts reinforce the processes of minoritatii agricultural plants by increasing their level of mineral nutrition, increase plant tolerance to various stress factors. The positive influence of endomitosis on the growth and development of plants is associated is with hormonal regulation, increased nitrogen fixation, increased resistance to soil pathogens. All this ultimately leads to increase yields and improve the quality of agricultural crop products.

Example 1. In 50 ml of water at 24°dissolve 0.5 g (1 parts by weight) of Lignohumate sodium and 0.25 g (0.5 parts by weight) hydropenia.

Wheat seeds in quantities of 100 g soaked in 50 ml of Lignohumate 1% and the concentration hydroptila 0.5% for 1 hour, followed by drying in air.

Compared with the prototype of the proposed composition of the inductors microsymbionts can significantly improve the performance patterns of the crop of spring wheat, provides increased yields of 5 t/ha, with significant improvement in quality parameters of grain.
