From the practice of medicine is known for the traditional methods of diagnosing helminthiasis, as laproscopically and serology.

Put in the invention the objective is achieved by the fact that they have a barium enema in conditions of artificial hypotonia of the colon with the use of single-stage double-contrast study of the colon, carried out by the introduction of warmed up to 36°With fine pepsirefresh water-barium cocktail, having the following composition: water - 100 ml, sodium citrate 1.5 g, sugar 8 g, barium sulfate 200 g, carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5 g, raw chicken eggs - 2 pieces; after the entry into force of this cocktail and holding over after 24 hours, re-perform x-rays of the colon and when it detects ribbon-like shadows diagnose intestinal helminthiasis.
The inventive method for the diagnosis of parasitic infection of the large intestine is new and are not described in literature.
The proposed method achieved the following positive effects: improving the efficiency of diagnosis of Helmi Tazov large intestine, save energy and money. The method is simple to perform, requires no special equipment and expensive medicines. The method provides high reliability to determine the form and location of the helminth. Moreover, it is often effective even in case of negative coprological and serological studies. The method is based on detection of ribbon-like prosvetleni in the colon or body of helminth when the absorption patinirovannoy, radiopaque barium suspension.
