The technical field to which the invention relates.

This invention relates to a plate-like heating panels containing formed in the inner passage for the fluid, and, in particular, to a heating panel which has connecting elements fastened to each other with bolts and nuts, which increases the resistance to pressure.

The level of technology

Typically the heating systems used in residential buildings, such as houses, villas, and apartments, are designs that use a heating process using a liquid medium, in which, under the material of the floor space in the building is laid pipe, which served a heating medium such as hot water, which is heated areas of the building. However, such wet heating system using liquid has a low efficiency of heating, which leads to large losses of heat and requires a long curing of the concrete, which leads to a long construction time. In addition, leakage of water from the pipe a layer of a solution of the heating system must be destroyed for repair, making it difficult overhaul and increases the cost of major repairs.

To solve the problems of the above conventional heating systems using liquid was razrabotannaia the heating panel made of concrete, synthetic resin or yellow clay. In a dry heating panel sealed tube for passing hot water through it, or it is supplied with grooves or locking elements for inserting pipes for passing hot water. Dry heating panel is a team of the heating panel and has the advantage that the heating system can be done via a simple Assembly of pre-fabricated pieces of dry heating panels, which reduces the construction time and simplifies maintenance operations and repair. However, dry heating panel has the disadvantage that since it uses a linear heating design, in which the radiation of the heat is concentrated mainly in the locations of the pipes for the passage of hot water, which leads to significant temperature changes in the heating system, the dry heating panel is not effective when heated, and because the pipe itself is made of metal or synthetic resin, it is expensive, which increases the cost of construction. In addition, you may experience heat loss due to the pipe, and the pipe surface can condense moisture, which leads to wetting of the pane.

To tackle the specified normal dry heating panel as disclosed in U.S. patent No. 5080166 and posted in the patent application Korea No. 2002-95733 was developed plate-like heating panel has an internal passage for the environment to ensure the passage of hot water through it. Compared with the heating system dry type, using linear design heating slab-on-grade heating panel having an inner passage for the environment, uses a planar structure, in which hot water is not in the local area, and in the entire area of the panel so that it provides a very high efficiency heating, which leads to the reduction of fuel consumption, and does not require the pipe to the structure of the plate-like heating panels, which eliminates the difficult task of laying pipes and reduces the cost of laying pipes. In addition, plate-like heating panel has no heat losses and is not subject to the phenomenon of condensation, which usually occurs on the surface of the pipe in the construction of dry heating panels, and reduces the weight of the panel. In addition, plate-like heating panel is very simple in manufacture and repair.

Usually plate-like heating panel formed therein an internal passageway for the environment is formed by blow molding, also known as hollow molded the E. The moulding is a method of molding in which form a hollow product by blowing air in dividing the form into which thermoplastic molding material, and then softens with heat.

Usually after the manufacture of plate-like heating panels using blow molding, when a thermoplastic resin is compressed molding plate after pushing the resin in the extrusion head, the resin is blown into the hot air to give it a cylindrical shape. Then the resin is compressed using forms on both sides, thus forming a heating pad with an internal passageway for the environment.

An internal passage for the environment in the vicinity of entry and exit is made as stated above the heating panel is stretched due to the strong pressure of hot air, and the angle of the recess (each of which is the edge that is recessed under a small angle between symmetric lines) further reduced, causing stress concentration in the cavity, which leads to a decrease in the resistance pressure of the heating panel.

In accordance with this, in the case where the heating medium under high pressure flows through the internal passage for a medium heating panels, such stress concentration around the input and output can lead to education is aniu cracks around the inlet and outlet, causing damage to the inlet and outlet of the heating panel and the separation of the connecting elements of the heating panel. If damaged any part of the heating panels, the separation of the connection element has a negative impact on the whole of the heating panel, resulting in separation of the heating panel.

The deepening of the connecting parts inevitably formed during the blow molding regardless of conditions or processes and it can be expected that the crack will be formed in the recess in the conditions of high temperature and high pressure due to stress concentration in the recess.

In accordance with this, it is necessary to provide means for fixing the connecting elements with additional large power outside regardless of the type of resin, which are made of the heating panel, and forms the connecting elements.

The invention

Therefore, this invention is made with regard to this problem and objective of this invention is to provide a plate-like heating panels, in which part of the connecting means, vulnerable to stress, are fastened to each other with a strong force from the outside, thereby improving the pressure resistance of the heating panel.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the above and other the tasks can be implemented by creating a heating panel comprising upper and lower plates are formed as a single unit opposite each other with the formation of the internal passage of the medium through which flows the hot water; a lot of connecting elements, each of which passes symmetrically from the upper and lower plate in the direction of the lower and upper plates, respectively, and connects the upper and lower plates to each other; an internal passage for the environment formed in the plates using a variety of connecting elements; and two connecting part for the environment to feed and withdrawal of hot water, one or more connecting elements near the connecting parts is broken, so broken part connecting elements attached to each other with bolts and nuts.

Description of the preferred embodiments

Below is a description of preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 shows in isometric projection of the plate-like heating panel according to one variant of implementation of the present invention, and figure 2 - part of the panel according to figure 1 with a partial cut-out and in an enlarged scale. The heating panel 2 according to this invention comprises upper and lower plates 4 and 6, formed as a single unit opposite each other with the formation of the internal passage 12 for environment, through which flows a heating medium. To ensure simple fabrication and molding the heating panel 2 made of thermoplastic material and has the shape of a flat plate to maximize surface contact with the floor (her m which should be applied to the walls or ceiling of the premises, so that the heating medium may be in contact with the floor of the room over a large area.

As shown in figure 1, the heating panel 2 has a rectangular structure with a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides. However, for simpler continuous arrangement of the heating panels in the embodiment of the heating system the heating panel may have other polygonal structure such as a hexagonal shape or an octagonal shape.

The heating panel 2 is formed as a single unit with two connecting parts 8 to environment inlet and hot water outlet at two opposite corners of the heating panel 2 in a diagonal direction. The connecting part 8 is attached to the connecting parts other heating panels with additional connecting elements, respectively.

The bond between the heating panels can be performed by connecting the connecting bar portions 10 formed on the respective sides of each of the heating panels 2, with the use of additional fastening elements.

Figure 3 shows a section along the line A-a in figure 1, in which the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 is equipped with a number of connecting elements 4A and 6A, and an internal passageway 12 for the environment. Additional connecting elements 4A and 6A, sostojashie is from the upper connecting elements 4A and lower connecting elements 6A, each of the upper connecting elements 4A passes from the top plate 4 to the base plate 6, and each of the lower connecting elements 6A extends from the bottom plate 6 to the upper plate 4, so that the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A are symmetrically connecting the upper and lower plates.

The connecting elements 4A and 6A serve not only to prevent deformation of the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 under the action of external forces due to support the upper and lower plates 4 and 6, but also set the internal passage to an environment conducive to the flow of hot water through it while creating resistance to the flow of hot water to ensure an even distribution of hot water in the panel without concentration or delays in specific areas of the heating panel 2.

As shown in figure 3, the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A preferably have a circular cross-section. As an alternative solution to the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A may have other polygonal cross section, such as rectangular cross-section, a hexagonal cross-section, etc. of the Upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A having a given diameter, located at a given scheme and is placed at a specified distance from the adjacent upper and lower connective elements stored the 4A and 6A, respectively. The upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A have a cylindrical structure with a negative angle, passing from the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 and having a diameter gradually decreasing from the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 to the lower plane, located at the center of the connecting elements 4A and 6A.

Although the heating panel 2 according to this invention is formed as a unit with the upper and lower plates 4 and 6, for convenience of description, the heating panel 2 is divided into the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 and upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A are found on the Central axis in the horizontal direction. In addition, since the connecting elements 4A and 6A are from the upper and lower plates 4 and 6, respectively, the boundary between the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A is set from the lower and upper parts d and d' (not depicted in the figures), where the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A are beginning to pass from the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 to the bottom plane b of the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A, where the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A are in contact with each other, connecting the upper and lower plates 4 and 6.

According to one variant of implementation of the present invention in order to give upper and lower parts of the internal passage 12 for environment cylindrical or slip the practical form upper and lower portions d and d', where the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A are beginning to pass from the upper and lower plates 4 and 6, may be rounded. In addition, the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A may be formed in the form of a design with a groove in which the upper and lower connecting elements 4A and 6A is pressed by the circular periphery and the bottom plane b of the connecting elements 4A and 6A, respectively. In addition, the heating panel 2 may be formed with protruding connecting the panel elements 10 on the four sides of the heating panel 2 and each of the speakers connecting the panel elements 10 can be formed with a straight groove, in which a portion adjacent to the inner passage 12 for the environment, deepened. Thus, when the cross section of the internal passage for the environment, formed with a circular or elliptical shape, significantly improves the pressure resistance of the heating panel 2 in the Central heating system pressure.

Figs.4 and 5 partially shown in the top view and bottom view of the heating panel with connecting elements, fastened together with bolts and nuts, according to this invention. To increase the strength of the connection of the heating panel 2 after the formation of holes of a given size, punched through connecting the ways 4A and 6A in parts, adjacent to the connecting parts of the heating panel 2 using a cylindrical soldering iron, with a high temperature, in the punched hole of the connecting elements 4A and 6A are inserted the bolts 14 and are fastened with nuts 16, which provides fixation with great force connecting elements 4A and 6A each other.

In the edge plane in the horizontal direction between the upper and lower plates stops by the bolts 14 and the formation of new boundary plane between the bolts 14 and the upper and lower plates 4 and 6 in the vertical direction. Accordingly, even though the connecting elements 4A and 6A are separated from each other due to the initial cracks as connecting elements 4A and 6A are connected together by means of bolts 14 and nuts 16, the voltage is not concentrated, or not transmitted to the adjacent connecting elements 4A and 6A and the pressure resistance of the heating panel is increased regardless of thermal properties of the resin, which are made of the heating panel 2.

Figure 6 shows the heating panel according to this invention, in which the broken parts of the connecting elements 4A and 6A, adjacent to the connecting part for the environment, the relevant inputs and outputs of the heating panel 2, which are vulnerable to kontsentreerumine is the stress provided by the bolts 14 and nuts 16.

Thus, if the distribution of cracks is restrained by means of bolts 14 and nuts 16, with the possible formation of cracks in the connecting elements prevents its rapid spread to all the connecting elements, so that the joint strength can be improved regardless of the type of resin used to manufacture the heating panels, and forms the connecting elements. The test results showed that the pressure resistance heating panels increases by about 6 kgf/cm2compared with conventional heating panel.

As follows from the above descriptions, inputs and outputs of the heating panels subjected to concentrated stresses are amplified by means of bolts and nuts, which increases the strength of the connection of the heating panel. Additionally, due to this design, even if you crack that she is forced to change its direction of propagation and stops the spread, thereby improving the pressure resistance of the heating panel.

It should be understood that the above embodiments of the and the accompanying drawings are provided for purposes of illustration and that the invention is limited to the subsequent claims. In addition, for specialists in this field the minute technology clear there are various modifications, additions and substitutions without departing from the scope and idea of the invention set forth in the accompanying claims.
