The invention relates to the field of extraction and transportation of oil, for the corrosion protection of pipelines, as well as improving the environment.

Known methods of neutralization of hydrogen sulfide by the hydrochloride of aminopurine (A.S. USSR №652315, 21.11.1978 year).

The known method exception of hydrogen sulfide with zinc salts (A.S. USSR №692988, 28.06.1979 year).

There are other ways of neutralization of hydrogen sulfide by linking it with chemicals.

It uses expensive reagents, and the reaction product of hydrogen sulfide from the product remains in the crude product, which significantly reduces its quality and eliminates the export.

Object of the invention is to provide such a method in which the hydrogen sulfide after his connection with the product could be removed from the oil in a simple way.

The problem is solved in that in the method of neutralization of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil well production, which is injected into the produced oil chemical reagent, according to the invention in chemical products impose fine iron powder with a particle size of not more than 20 micrometers in 16 grams for 1 liter of product, stirred for 15 minutes, incubated for 12 hours, and the formed iron sulfide is removed by means of a magnetic separator.

The content of cerovo is oroda in crude production comes to 1572 milligrams per liter.

An example of the method:

For the reaction with hydrogen sulfide was used superfine powder of alloy steel 20" with a particle size of not more than 20 micrometers.

The products were injected powder in quantities starting with 8 grams per liter and up to 24 grams per liter.

With the introduction of powder in an amount of 8 grams per liter to 15 grams per liter inclusive observed residual content of hydrogen sulfide in an amount up to 500 milligrams per liter.

With the introduction of the powder in the amount of 16 grams per liter up to 24 grams per liter of hydrogen sulfide concentration in the product was not found.

The introduction of iron powder in the amount of 16 grams per liter of production can be considered sufficient to exclude the content of hydrogen sulfide in crude production oil wells.

It is also more efficient economically. The formed iron sulfide removed by the magnetic separator.

The proposed method provides the binding of hydrogen sulfide by chemical reagent and removal of the reaction product (iron sulfide) products, which greatly increases its quality and supplies for export.

Significantly reduces the corrosion of the pipeline, which causes hydrogen sulfide.

Due to the binding of hydrogen sulfide with the formation of iron sulfide improve the ecological environment, as the iron sulfide in reservesa, and the sulfide is not emitted into the atmosphere and does not affect the health of the personnel of the oil production facilities.

Methods of neutralization of hydrogen sulfide production in oil wells, which produced oil injected chemical reagent, characterized in that the chemical in products impose fine iron powder with a particle size of not more than 20 μm in the amount of 16 g per 1 litre of the product, stirred for 15 min, incubated for 12 h, and the formed iron sulfide is removed by means of a magnetic separator.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment of crude oil before subsequent transportation, in particular to treatment of sulfur crude oils and gas condensates with high contents of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans. Treatment of hydrogen sulfide-containing crude oil is carried out via multistep separation and blow-out with hydrocarbon gas either in low-pressure separation step or in additional desorption column at 25-80°C and pressure 0.1-0.5 MPa until degree of removal of hydrogen sulfide contained in crude achieves 55-90% followed by neutralization of remaining amounts of hydrogen sulfide by adding, at stirring, effective amounts of 20-40% water-alkali solution of sodium nitrite with pH at least 11 or 18-40% aqueous solution of sodium sulfite and sodium bisulfite at sulfite-to-bisulfite molar ratio 1:(0.3-0.9). In this case, sodium nitrite water-alkali solution is added on the basis of 0.9-2.0 mole (preferably 1-1.5 mole) nitrite and aqueous solution of sodium sulfite and bisulfite on the basis of 1-2 mole sulfite and bisulfite per 1 mole residual hydrogen sulfide. When treating hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan-containing crude, the latter is added with 0.9-2 mole (preferably 1-1.5 mole) nitrite per 1 mole residual hydrogen sulfide and light methyl- and ethylmercaptans.
