The invention relates to a multilayer needle-punched non-woven textile materials and manufacturing technologies, in particular to designs and decorative nonwoven materials.

Known non-woven material containing layers of flat products, bonded pile, obtained from primary and weft threads, and with randomly placed on the surface of the material pile sections (patent RF №2170672, 2000).

The disadvantage of this material is limited assortment of features and insufficient strength of the material. The material is small Arsenal of technical and expressive means of decorative purposes. The destruction of the main and weft threads for receiving the pile and chaotic bond layers gives insufficient and uneven strength non-woven material.

The invention aims to remedy these disadvantages, to expand the range of possibilities of non-woven material and increase its strength.

The technical result is achieved in that the multilayer nonwoven textile material contains at least two layers formed and heat-treated under pressure with the seal formed material by two-way punching needles with a rolling material, and one of the layers includes a continuous p the pilot of the threads, and at least the second consists of an arbitrary number of flat and threadlike pieces of different sizes, stacked one upon the other or placed one between the other, the outer side of the material formed by the loops of the yarns and fibers of the component layers, obtained by immersion of needles throughout the entire thickness of the material.

The technical result is also achieved by the fact that the pieces are made from natural or synthetic fibers, or various types of leather goods, or mixtures thereof.

Fibrous pieces can be made of woven, knitted or non-woven.

In addition, pieces of partially razvelecheny.

The invention is illustrated in the drawings and specific examples.

Figure 1 - cross section of multilayer needle-punched non-woven textile material as claimed invention.

Figure 2 is a front view of the material from the combined layer.

Non-woven textile material in figure 1 consists of layers 1 and 2 on flat surfaces. The number of layers may be larger depending on the artistic decisions of the designer. Layer 1 is made from a flat continuous product in the form of a fabric, knitted fabric, etc. from strong elastic thread. Layer 2 consists of an arbitrary number of different sizes, shapes and colors of flat pieces 3. These pieces have a different shape from the construction of the geometric Oh to the formless. In addition, the pieces may be optionally razvelecheny to the state of tattered cloth. Such pieces may touch or be located at some distance from each other. They are made of fabric, knitted fabric, handmade knitted and lace goods, nonwoven materials of any kind (punching, adhesive, piercing), carding canvases, films, leather, suede, fur. However, next to or on top of slices stacked segments long threadlike articles 4 in the form of yarn, thread, cord, flagella, carding belts, rovings and the like products. It all stitched together and to the layer 1 loops 5 yarns and threads, comprising the combination of 1-4.

The figure 2 depicts the approximate appearance of the combined surface of the described material.

Make the claimed material as follows. Layer 1 is displayed on the table. However, depending on the designer's plan, he opens with pleats and without them. Then, on the resulting surface of the stacked components 2-4 in accordance with the designer's idea. Received puff the source material is subjected to heat treatment under pressure. When this occurs, the seal and the flattening of the material. The material is then moved under the needle and punch sections needles for the first time. The depth of the needle is chosen with the expectation that they their setup the us snatched yarn, threads and individual fibers and stretched them through the material prior to the formation of loops on the outer side of the material. Then lightly bonded material overturn and again punch needles. The described process is repeated several times to obtain the necessary consumer strength.

As a flat product 1 consists of a solid filaments, the latter will not drop under the influence of the notched needle 6, and elongate, forming on the outer side of the loop material. While the product 1 receives light deformation. All this leads to the hardening of the bonding layers.

Below are examples of the above-described materials.

Another layer laid on the first, consists of a combination of flat different size and shape pieces of nonwovens of man-made fibers, knitted fabric made from natural cotton fiber, synthetic films. On these pieces and between the stacked pieces of textile yarn from wool.

Formed the source material is compressed between heated flat surfaces and then punch needles. Lightly bonded material overturn and again punch needles. Then the material is once again turned over and again punch. Threads punched notches eagle, on the outer surface of both sides form a loop fastening layers.

Example 5. Multilayer needle-punched non-woven textile material contains two layers of flat products, one of which is executed in the form of knit fabrics of artificial fibres. Another layer laid on the first, consists of a combination of flat different size and shape partially spongy to the state of tattered cloth pieces non-woven cloth, carding canvas of wool fibres, knitted fabric made from natural cotton fibers, fabrics, artificial fur. Between slices stacked segments of the textile yarn of viscose fibers and rovings. The create the source material is passed between termovalle and then punch needles with two sides. Threads punched notches eagle, on the outer surface of both sides form a loop fastening layers.

The puncture was made on needle machine 1800 THEM.

Heat treatment temperature and pressure each time was set from the calculation to avoid damage and/or sintering of the components of non-woven material, for example 30-150°C.
