SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing two sheet blanks in die and deforming them by means of vertically descending punch for forming two Г-shaped parts with flange arranged normally relative to rear flat face of parts. Blanks are subjected to upsetting while they rest one upon other by their flat faces.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for the landing of the two sheet blanks to get l-shaped details.

A known method of making l-shaped parts, which consists in the following.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing the l-shaped parts, including the installation of a billet in the matrix and the deformation through vertical drop of the punch with the formation of the G-shaped items with a shelf located perpendicular to the back plane parts, and the matrix is additionally establish the second sheet blank, and in the process of vertical lowering of the punch carry out the deformation of the two sheet blanks by means of their landing, which is produced with the support of the workpieces to each other planes.

The proposed method of landing is as follows.

Compared to the similar design of this tool more simple in manufacture and operation, therefore, reduces the cost of production and cost per part.
