The proposal relates to medical equipment, namely to the mattresses with controlled electric heating used to heat the patient during complex surgical procedures in the intensive care period, in disaster medicine, during transportation of the patient in complex cases, to create comfortable conditions, for example during massage and other manipulations with patients.

Known medical mattress containing an outer shell, at least one layer of insulating material, made in the form of electrically conductive fiber heating element, temperature controller, containing the power supply, temperature sensor, temperature meter with digital output, the transmitter mismatch temperature unit settings and switch, the input of which is connected to the power supply, and the output is connected to the heating element [1].

However, the known technical solution has the following disadvantages.

It is not possible to limit the rate of rise of temperature, which can lead to uncontrolled temperature rise in the yield on the mode of the heater, and it is invalid because, in turn, leads to hyperthermia patient.

In addition, the manipulation of a patient not realized the need for slow, controlled heating of the latter. the e is also provided in full comfort of the patient.

Famous mattress is not reliable enough, because it does not monitor the status of the temperature sensor (the sensor output failure may lead to undesirable consequences) and exceeding the set temperature.

The technical result, which directed this solution is to improve patient safety and reliability of the device, while increasing patient comfort.

This result is achieved due to the fact that the medical mattress containing an outer shell, at least one layer of insulating material, made in the form of electrically conductive fiber heating element, temperature controller, including the power supply, temperature sensor, temperature meter with digital output, the transmitter mismatch temperature unit settings and switch, the input of which is connected to the power supply unit supplied with unit speed limits temperature changes, made in the form of regression register with the timer, the output of which is connected to the computer limits the rate of change of temperature with power settings, and shapers PWM signal forward and reverse control the outputs are through the logic element And connected to the switch, and inputs respectively to the solvers mismatch temperature the market and limit the rate of change of temperature, when the input register of the regression is connected to the input of the shaper PWM signal direct control.
