The invention relates to animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and can be used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, disorders of metabolism, enhance the growth of animals, treatment of specific diseases.

Known Antianemic and growth-stimulating drug for animals - gambit-plus (EN 2203657, 10.05.2003, bull. No. 13, And 61 To 31/295). The drug eliminates the deficiency of trace elements, stimulates erythropoiesis increases the nonspecific resistance of the body, renders prophylactic action white-muscle disease, endemic goiter. As salts of iron (III), manganese (II), copper (II), zinc (II), cobalt (II) preparation contains their inorganic salts such as sulfates or chlorides in the form of hydrates or anhydrous salts. As salts of selenium (IV) the preparation contains selenological sodium, and the quality of the salt iodine (I) - iodide of potassium or sodium.

As the product contains amino acids, Na - or K-salt of the amino acids of General formula R-(NH2)COOH containing the amino group in α-position to the carboxyl gr is the group. As mentioned compounds can be used monoaminoxidase acids (glycine, alanine, valine), monoaminooxidase acids (aspartic and glutamic), diaminododecane acid (lysine), diaminobutane (methionine, cystine), hydroxynicotinate (threonine), heterocyclic amino acid (tryptophan).

Additional introduction into the system of complex minerals with amino acid increases the intake of additional nutrients to enhance the growth and development of animals. In General, this composition helps to normalize the metabolism and enhance erythropoiesis.

Acute and sub-chronic toxicity of the preparation was carried out according to the "guidance on determining the toxic properties of drugs used in veterinary medicine and animal husbandry" on white mice and rats. Feeding and maintenance of animals in both groups was the same. The calves of the control group within 30 days in addition to the basic ration received daily drug gambit-plus (prototype) at the rate of 100 mg of iron on the head, experimental group had received the drug in the same dosage. Clinical blood of animals is presented in table 6.

Drug Jelavic further comprises amino acids: group 1 (Na-salt of valine); group 2 (Na-salt of aspartic acid); group 3 (K-salt cystine); group 4 (K-salt threonine); group 5 (Na-salt of lysine) in an amount of 2.0 to 10.0 wt.%. After 30 days the animals of both groups were determined by clinical blood parameters. The data are given in table 10.

As follows from the data of table 10, we observed the improvement of clinical blood of dogs experienced groups, which also confirms the great effectiveness of the proposed formulations in comparison with the equivalent.

Thus, the data presented in table 1 to 10, indicate a high efficiency of the proposed brigandry composition 7 trace elements.
