SUBSTANCE: the ash-protective probe for tubes of the heat-transfer tube bunch has for each tube of the tube bunch a stabilization section and a butt-joining section, whose shape is similar to the shape of the tube bunch, differing by the fact that the stabilization section for each tube of the bunch is provided with an inlet cellular component, whose walls are joined to the walls of the adjacent inlet cellular components adjoining them and has a transient section, and the butt-joining section is installed in the tube of the bunch, besides, the walls joined to the walls of the adjacent cellular components have a welded attachment in the points of butt-joining.

EFFECT: enhanced adaptability to mounting and maintainability whenever it is necessary to replace the ash-protective probe and bunch tubes.

The invention relates to the field of boiler for protection from abrasion combustion in boilers coal containing abrasive ash, which flue gas passes inside the vertical tubes of the heat exchange bundle, causing erosion of the walls and premature exit pipes from work.

Known most for the similar purposes zolotisty nozzles for pipe heat exchanger bundle, containing for each pipe beam stabilization section and the connecting section, the shape of which is similar to the shape of the beam [1].

A disadvantage of the known device is the lack of adaptability of the installation due to the complexity of ensuring alignment of the beam pipe and stabilization plots salsamania nozzle, and maintainability when replacement salsamania nozzle and pipe beam in the presence of welded joints with heat exchange tubes of the bundle.

The technical result achieved by the invention is to improve the ease of installation and maintainability when replacement salsamania nozzle and pipe bundle.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in tolazamide nozzle pipe heat exchanger bundle, containing for each pipe beam stabilization section and the connecting section, the shape of which is similar to the shape of a tube bundle, according to the invention the stabilizer is operating area for each tube bundle is supplied with the input cell element, walls which together with the adjacent walls of adjacent cell elements has a transition section and the connecting section is installed in the beam pipe. Additionally, the technical result in the claimed device can be achieved due to the fact that the walls of adjacent cell elements are welded fastening the layers.

Zolotisty nozzles for pipe 1 heat exchanger bundle, containing for each pipe 1 beam stabilization section 2 and the connecting section 3, the shape of which is similar to the shape of a tube 1 beam stabilization phase 2 for each pipe 1 beam provided with a similar cell element 4, the walls of which are closed with the adjacent walls of adjacent input cell element 4, and has a transition section 5, and the connecting section 3 is installed in the pipe 1 beam, with the walls of adjacent cell elements 4 are welded to the bracket 6 in the layers. Work salsamania nozzle is carried out as follows. The flow of dust-Laden gas enters the input cell elements 4 small, the maximum possible speed, about 2 times smaller than in the pipes of the heat exchanger 1 of the beam. This reduces the erosion of the nozzle in more than ten times, providing them with a service life not less than the period of heat transfer t the UX-1. In the area of the cell elements 4 is a partial stabilization of ash around the vertical axis of the pipe. Next, the flow accelerates smoothly in the transition area 5 and is stabilized by the stabilizing section 2 about the axis of the pipe 1. Here, the ashes are collected by the flow of gases to the axis of the pipe 1 and, almost without touching the walls of the stabilizing section 2, flows into the heat exchanger tube 1 coaxially.

If necessary, repair with replacement salsamania nozzle or tube heat exchanger 1 beam design quickly assembled and disassembled again.

Thus increase the manufacturability of installation and maintainability when replacement salsamania nozzle and pipe bundle.

SUBSTANCE: support structure comprises rod-like post members and cross-bars. The cross-bars form horizontal grid-like structure with three longitudinal and transversal belts creating support parts for heat-exchanging sections of gas air-cooling plant supporting. The grid-like structure also creates chambers for fans installation. The fans are mounted on support plates suspended by rigid braces forming four-disc three-dimensional system. The posts include posts of two kinds, namely intermediate and corner ones. Intermediate posts are flat V-shaped. Corner posts are three-dimensional and consist of vertical branches and two inclined branches adjoining lower part of vertical branch. The inclined branches are arranged in two mutually perpendicular planes. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing least two intermediate header body sections provided with orifices adapted to receive connection pipes having flanges to connect thereof with gas inlet or outlet chambers of heat-exchanging section of the gas air-cooling plant; manufacturing end body members shaped as doubly curved bottoms; producing flanges with connection pipes; assembling and welding header body and welding bottoms to intermediate sections of header body. Header body is created by joining intermediate sections to central cylindrical one to form T-member having two coaxial cylindrical parts adjoining intermediate sections and having diameters of not less than intermediate section diameters. Adjoined to above cylindrical parts is the third cylindrical part adapted to be connected to gas pipeline. FIELD: power engineering, particularly gas cooling plant components.

SUBSTANCE: gas inlet or outlet chamber is made as a high-pressure tank and comprises side, upper, lower and end walls. Gas inlet or outlet chamber also comprises not less than two load-bearing partitions arranged between side walls and provided with through orifices. One chamber wall is made as tube plate with orifices defining grid structure and adapted to receive heat-exchanging tube ends. One chamber wall has orifices to receive pies to connect thereof with gas inlet or outlet manifold, which supplies gas to or discharges gas from the chamber. Orifices for connection pipe receiving, load-bearing partition orifices and tube plate orifices define communication system to connect gas air cooling plant with gas pipeline. The communication system has several stages with orifices formed so that orifice number at each stage successively changes in gas flow direction. For gas inlet chamber above number increases, for gas outlet chamber the number decreases.

EFFECT: possibility to equalize velocity field, reduced hydraulic hammer, which results in reduced power losses in pipeline conveying gas to be cooled and in increased thermal performance of air cooling plant as a whole or air cooling plant section, increased economy of plant production and operation.

SUBSTANCE: the inventions are intended for heating water and-or steam and may be used in heat power engineering. The boiler plant contains a cylindrical boiler having one course of gases and an internal cylindrical shielded furnace chamber, an air heater, controlled circuits of heating of a heat carrier and fuels, one and more rows of heat exchange pipes, a ring-shaped cylindrical sectional header and a contact economizer. The finned heat exchange pipes are made U-shaped or coiled and form in the end part of the furnace chamber a radiation-convective beam. At that the gas-tightness of the furnace chamber may be ensured either by heat exchange diaphragms connecting the heat exchange pipes or by a heat exchange cylindrical surface. The heat exchange diaphragms, as well as the heat exchange cylindrical surface, which is sealing the furnace chamber and the convective part of the boiler, are spread to the frontal collector. On the collector there are outlet branch-pipes for withdrawal of the heat carrier, from which it is simultaneously possible to take the heat-carrier of several parameters. The boiler plant is countercurrent in respect to a temperature pressure of the furnace chamber and has one and more supporting devices. The back butt of the furnace chamber serves a part of a heating surface of the air-heater together with a branch-pipe of the outlet of the combustion products. The boiler and its heat-exchange pipes are made with in an series heating of the heat-carrier at the speed of its movement in the heat-exchange pipes of 2.15 m\s. The ring-shaped finned boiler header has sections, which are formed by partitions both blank and perforated, one and more frontal covers, one and more pipe plates, on which the heat-exchange pipes of the boiler are fixed. A part of the partitions is made flat and a part of the partitions is made as a ring or a part of a ring. The external finned frontal side of a collector is a part of the heating surface of the air heater. Inventions ensure increased efficiency of the boiler gross load and expansion of its functionalities.

FIELD: the invention is assigned for application in heat-exchange apparatus in particular in chemical and other industries specifically for heat treatment of bulk material.

SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange apparatus has housing, heat-exchange pipes arranged vertically and fixed in pipe grates. Heat-exchange apparatus is provided with discharge arrangement placed under lower pipe grate and composed of fixed and moving plates which have hollow holes corresponding to hollow holes in the lower tubular grate. Method for mounting recorder pipe in aperture of pipe collector of heating convective radiator is realized by intermediate element, having conic surfaces, by outputting end of intermediate element inside the collector and its resilient depression, while intermediate element is made in form of barrel, having conical and cylindrical portions, inner channel of barrel in zone of outlet of its end into collector hollow is made steeply narrowing, plastic depression is performed by pushing working piston through inner channel of branch pipe on the side of its conical portion until piston falls out into collector hollow, and is then removed.
