The invention relates to a device, namely, pressure vessels designed primarily for mobile avtogazozapravnih for transportation and storage of gas, and can be used in various fields of science and technology associated with the use of high pressures.

Known pressure vessel containing a cylindrical housing, the ends of which are mounted paddles, made in the form of lids with sealing and locking elements cooperating with the cover and the housing (refer to the patent of Russian Federation № 2049286, F 16 J 12/00 from 15.07.91).

The disadvantages of this vessel is its high complexity manufacturing and metal.

In the known device the sealing elements are made of two elements that interact on the mating surfaces, one of which is placed on the cover, while the other end of the body vessel. When combined sealing elements cover is fixed on the housing locking element made in the form of studs and nuts.

Combining many of the contacting surfaces, complicates the manufacture and Assembly of the vessel and reduces its reliability.

Known pressure vessel adopted for the prototype, containing a cylindrical housing, the ends of which are mounted paddles, made in the form of lids with sealing and locking elements, Samadashvili with the lid and the body (see the description of the author's certificate of the Russian Federation No. 1622681, F 16 J 13/00 from 05.07.88).

In the known device the sealing element is made in the form of a ring, easy to manufacture and simplified installation in the hull of the vessel.

However, the constructive execution of the locking element prevents the casing wall of the thin-walled vessel, which increases the intensity of the vessel as a whole. In addition, in the known device does not preload the sealing element, which reduces the tightness.

The technical objective of the proposed device is to reduce the complexity of fabrication and Assembly of metal, due to the use as a body vessel of thin-walled tube, and improve reliability by providing a sealing surface with the presence of possible defects.

The technical problem is achieved in that in the pressure vessel containing a cylindrical housing, which ends until it stops installed butterfly valve, made in the form of lids with sealing and locking elements cooperating with the cover and the housing, according to the invention it further comprises a pressure ring element forming surface covers made stepwise, with seal, made in the form of flexible rings and shields placed on the stage of smaller diameter between what tupenu larger diameter and annular pressure element, interacting with a locking element.

The pressure vessel comprises a cylindrical housing 1 made of thin-walled tubes with cylindrical bores 2 on the ends, threaded for cooperation with a locking element 3 and the cylindrical surface 4 for placement of the cover 5. Thread length of the cylindrical bore 2 is not more than the height of the locking element 3.

Locking element 3 is designed in the form of a nut with an external thread for engagement with the threaded cylindrical bore 2.

The cover 5 is made with step forming surface. Step 6 of larger diameter of the cover 5 may be made removable, for example in the form of a sleeve of a G-shaped cross-section whose inner surface mating with the surface of the cover 5.

The seal is a set of elastic rings 7 and protective washers 8.

Compressing station is installed on the beach or afloat on sea or lake surface and is connected at bottom by high-pressure pipeline with elastic storage-reservoir enclosed by rope net and arranged at depth of 2-4 km.
