SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wax emulsions used in coating pain composition designed for finishing genuine leathers and provides a wax emulsion component, which represents polyvinylacetate dispersion containing non-plasticized polyvinylacetate in amount at least 45 wt %, content of polyvinylacetate dispersion in wax emulsion ranging from 40 to 80%. Proposed component when used in wax emulsion allows leather coatings to be obtained manifesting good organoleptic properties, high temperature resistance, low tackiness, and agreeable leather to the touch at moderate cost of wax emulsion.

EFFECT: improved consumer's quality and enlarged resource of wax emulsion components.

The present invention relates to the leather industry, in particular wax emulsions used in the coating compositions of paints intended for finish genuine leather.

There are various formulations of coating paints for finishing natural leather, consisting of a wax emulsion in an amount of 2-4% by weight of the composition.

As well known wax emulsion for finishing leather, which contains, in wt.% as the wax product of esterification of fatty acids and monoethanolamide synthetic fatty acids 10-20; emulsifier OS-20 2,5-3,5; ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS of 2.5-3.5 and water - other (1).

Famous wax emulsion, which is obtained in a known manner by esterification of alcohols synthetic fatty acids at 170-190°until the degree of conversion of the acid 60-75%, while the received etherified is treated with a mixture of calcium salts of synthetic fatty acids and calcium hydroxide at a temperature of 80-95°C for 1.0 to 1.5 hours (2).

Also known wax emulsion for finishing leather, which contains, wt%: the product of esterification of fatty acids and monohydroxy alcohols 45-50; polyethylsiloxane 5,5-6,5; ethyl cellosolve or formalistically of 0.1-0.2 and water - other (3).

Data of a wax emulsion containing as the wax component is the product of the esterification of fatty acids, do not allow recip is th coating on the skin, having good organoleptic properties, as they have insufficient elasticity, increased viscosity at low thermo-mechanical stability, and the skin is not enough pleasant to the touch. In addition, these wax emulsions have a high cost.

The technical objective of the proposed component for the wax emulsion is reducing its cost when it receives a coating on the skin with good organoleptic properties, with high thermo-mechanical stability, low viscosity and pleasant to the touch skin, in addition, expansion of the range of components used as wax in the wax emulsions.

The problem is solved by the proposed component for a wax emulsion, which is a polyvinyl acetate dispersion containing unplasticized polyvinyl acetate is not less than 45 wt.%, when the content of polyvinyl acetate dispersions in the wax emulsion from 40 to 80 wt.%, used in the wax emulsion wax can be either of natural origin or synthetic.

What wax emulsion contains as a wax component, which is a polyvinyl acetate dispersion containing unplasticized polyvinyl acetate is not less than 45 wt.%, and allows you to get coverage on the skin with good organoleptic its the problem low viscosity, high elasticity and high thermo-mechanical properties, as well as pleasant to the touch the skin at a low cost wax emulsion.

The polyvinyl acetate receive free radical polymerization of monomer in the emulsion. Releasing it in the form of an aqueous dispersion containing polyvinyl acetate unplasticized 45-50 wt.%

A method of obtaining a wax emulsion containing the proposed component

The water dispersion of the wax, which can be either of natural origin or synthetic, mixed under normal conditions with an estimated amount of polyvinyl acetate dispersion containing unplasticized polyvinyl acetate is not less than 45 wt.%.

Examples of specific proposed use of the component

Example 1. Wax emulsion contains 40 wt.% the proposed component (polyvinyl acetate dispersion) when the content of unplasticized polyvinyl acetate 50 wt.% and 60 wt.% water dispersion of Melia Wachs 180, the issue is extent company Clariant Deutschland (Germany) and which is an aqueous emulsion of natural and synthetic waxes.

Example 3. As in example 1, except that the wax emulsion contains 60 wt.% water dispersion of polyethylene wax.

Example 5. As in example 1, except that the wax emulsion contains 60 wt.% water dispersion Mantap-wax - wax of natural origin.

Example 6. As in example 2, only wax emulsion contains 20 wt.% water dispersion Mantap-wax.

The obtained coating on the skin when using a wax emulsion containing the proposed component (examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), in covering the paints have good organoleptic properties, in particular flexibility, low viscosity, high thermo-mechanical stability, touchable skin.

As can be seen from the obtained results, the proposed component when used in a wax emulsion allows you to get coverage on the skin, with good organoleptic properties, high temperature resistance, low viscosity and pleasant to the touch the skin, at a low cost wax emulsion.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of light industry, in particular, to the methods of forming of volumetric and curvilinear details for an article is intended for usage in light industry at forming volumetric and curvilinear details for articles made out of a leather, predominantly - clothing. The method consists that on the surface of the flesh side of hide of the flat component of the article made out of leather deposit the polymeric composition containing the following elements (in mass %): - polyvinyl acetate homopolymeric coarse-dispersed plasticized dispersion - 20-35; - dibutyl phthalate (DPHT) - 1.5-15; - water - the rest. The composition may be deposited in the form of a net on in advance prepared templates. After that the component of the article is dried at an indoor temperature. Then the component of the article is formed, for example, by hot pressing at 70-90°C during 1.5-2.0 minutes. And fix the gained form by chilling. The invention ensures improvement of quality of the articles made out of leather due to increased the form stability of components of the article.

FIELD: tanning industry.

SUBSTANCE: process is conducted in vertical mill to which soot, induline, kerosene and diesel fuel are introduced. Then components are mixed and slow heating the apparatus and its content is started after which mixing is switched off and slow heating of mill content is continued. Upon expiration of said time, acids or their compositions, white spirit and fatty additive are introduced and chemical mass-exchange process is performed at spontaneously fixed temperature due to thermal effects of this process and natural cooling at the beginning and at the end, as well as due to forced cooling at intermediate stage characterized by high rates of temperature at maximum of 140-150°C. At the moment when forced cooling is discontinued, 0.5-1.5 h before discontinuation of mixing and beginning of withdrawal at temperature of 80-115°C, 43-52-% solution of aluminum salts and C10-C20 of carboxylic acids is introduced into product being prepared.

FIELD: polymer-based composites.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing press material for further manufacture therefrom of structural and electrical-destination articles using direct pressing or transfer molding. Process involves preparing binding material by mixing phenol-formaldehyde resin and polyvinylacetate emulsion followed by mixing binding material with reinforcing material such as glass thread segments 4-6 cm long. When preparing binding material polyvinylacetate emulsion is used in amount 5-20% with 50-80% formaldehyde resin and 3-9% calcium stearate.
