The invention relates to the processing of metals pressure, namely the hot stamping of sheet workpieces made of hard alloys.

Known design stamp on the patent of Russian Federation №2211103 designed for punching sheet material with a relatively small width compared to its length, i.e. from a narrow workpieces in the form of strips, anchoring them in the clamps to avoid touch with the matrix and punch, as well as to reduce the deflection of the workpiece is carried out vertically in the clamp. The disadvantage of this design of the stamp is the impossibility of fixing the workpiece in the clamp, which leads to the need to provide technological seam allowance width for narrow workpieces in the form of straight strips and blanks sabre is enoi form. This is because in the process of deformation of a narrow workpiece is manifested instability associated with the displacement of the workpiece in the result of the action of lateral forces in the zone of the forming, the workpiece is tightened or pressed in one direction or another depending on the contour of the molded part, the increase in the width of the workpiece leads to the formation of corrugations and increase efforts deformation during stamping. The lack of rigid fixation of the workpiece leads to instability and loss of control of the forming process, moreover, the workpiece while relatively large effort out of the clamps.

This invention solves the problem of the development of the stamp for use on standard extrusion equipment, which ensures the stability of the deformation process details of narrow workpieces in the form of strips, improving the quality of stamped sheet parts from difficult-to-deform alloys, expand technological capabilities at the expense of the precise location and exact positioning of the workpiece in the stamp that allows you to re-install the parts in the stamp if the item is in accordance with the process made several transitions.
