The invention relates to the technology of protecting cultivated plants from the damaging effects of herbicides.

There is a method of vegetative protection of cultivated plants against the damaging action of herbicides, providing processing antidote after use of herbicide (Patina MR and others, the current level and future directions protect crops from harmful consequences of the use of herbicides // Agrochemistry, 1986, No. 4, s-136).

The objective of the invention is to expand the Arsenal of antidotes sunflower from the damaging effects of 2,4-D.

The technical result of the invention is to protect the growth of sunflower plants from the damaging effects of 2,4-D in terms of the yield increase in comparison with the processed herbicide control.

This result is achieved by a method for protecting growing plants sunflower from the damaging effects of 2,4-D for processing antidote after use of herbicide, according to the invention as an antidote used 3-amino-2-[N-(4-forfinal)urea]-4,6-dimethylthieno-[2,3-b]-pyridine in an amount of 200 g/ha after 5 days after use of the herbicide.

Preparing K-salt of 3-cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2-pyridinethione, adding to 1.64 g (10 mmol) and 20 ml of dimethylformamide solution of 0.56 g (10 mmol) of KOH and 4 ml of water. The experience provides the following options:

The experiments were carried out on plots with an area of 3 m2, repeated five times. Harvesting sunflower conducted at the time of the full ripening of the seed.

Antidote effect of the synthesized compounds and standard was determined by the absolute value of the gain to herbicide control and in percentage according to the formula:

Andx- antidote effect, %;

A - crop version of the antidote + herbicide;

E - harvest version of the standard (herbicide).

The obtained data statistically processed using t - student test.

The results of the tests are presented in table 1.

Thus, the present invention allows to provide the antidote effect on the level of 23.6%, compared to 18.8% of the benchmark.

The protection method of growing sunflower plants from the damaging effects of 2,4-D for processing antidote after use of herbicide, characterized in that as the antidote used 3-amino-2-[N-(4-forfinal)urea]-4,6-dimethylthieno-[2,3-b]-pyridine in an amount of 200 g/ha after 5 days after use of the herbicide.
