SUBSTANCE: claimed granulate contains (wt.%): deltamethrin 5-60; damping agent 5-15; dispersant 10-30; solid inert substance selected from group containing talc, bentonites, lime, loess, chalk, clay, dolomite, infusorial earth, calcium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, magnesia, milled plastics and resins, attapulgite, montmorillonites, vermiculites, mica, ground or milled corn, ground wood or sawdust, ground or milled bark, ground nut shell or cellulose, one or more acids in amount to maintain pH 1-7, wherein total sum of ingredients is 100 %.

The invention relates to controlling insects, in particular solvent-free water to granulate to combat cockroaches and the way to deal with cockroaches.

As an insecticide widely used deltamethrin, i.e. ester S-α-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl-(1R,3R)-3-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid (.D.S.Tomlin, The Pesticide Manual, 11th ed., British Crop Protection Council, Farnham 1997).

Well-known many forms, among them, suspension concentrates, the advantage of which is that you can do without organic solvents. Other ready-made forms that do not contain solvents, are dispersible in water, the granules (DVG), which when added to water in a similar way as suspension concentrates, form a suspension deltamethrin in the water.

In EP-A 0224845 in the General form described dispersible in water, the granules used for plant protection. The granules contain insecticide, special surface-active agents and conventional additives. Given the large number of possible active substances, among them and deltamethrin. However, not provided any example of the finished form with deltamethrin.

It has been unexpectedly discovered that certain forms ready DVG deltamethrin find a clearly superior activity compared with the commonly used suspensio the different concentrates.

The object of this invention is solvent-dispersible in water granulate to combat cockroaches, containing

(a) 5-60 wt.% deltamethrin,

b) 5-15 wt.% wetting means,

b) 10-30 wt.% dispersing means,

g) 10-70 wt.% solid inert substances,

d) acid in an amount necessary to maintain the pH in the area 1-7,

when this solid inert substance selected from the group comprising talc, bentonites, intaglio, lime, loess, chalk, clay, dolomite, diatomaceous earth, calcium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium oxide, magnesia, milled plastics and resins, attapulgite, montmorillonite, vermiculite, mica, crushed or milled grain, shredded wood or sawdust, crushed or ground tree bark, crushed shells of nuts or pulp,

and the granulate further comprises an acid in an amount necessary to maintain the pH in the area 1-7.

Deltamethrin is a commercial product of the firm Aventis CropScience S.A., Lyon, France.

As wetting suitable means, for example, alkylnaphthalene, such as Suprasil WP®(Rhodia GmbH), N,N-dialkylamide, such as arkoon T®(Clariant GmbH) or garapon T-77®(Rhodia GmbH), or, preferably, a mixture of materialtechnical sulfonate and from sulphonated sodium salt of alkylcarboxylic, such as Morlet EFW®(Witko Corporation, Houston, USA).

The granules contain mostly 5-15 wt.%, particularly preferably 5-12 wt.% wetting means, whereby the tool may be a mixture of several components.

As the dispersing means is used, for example, modified matrilineality, such as bioresponse Na®, Focsani 3A®and ultrazine Na®(Borregard), Kraft matrilineality, such as reax 88®(Westvaco) or naphthaleneformaldehyde condensates, such as dispersing agents Sl®(Cla-riant GmbH), marvet D425®(Witco Corporation) and galore DT 201®(CFPI).

Preferred dispersing means are sodium salts of condensates alkylnaphthalenes acid - formaldehyde and matrilineality, which are commercially available, for example, under the names of marvet D425®(Witco Corp.), accordingly, Focsani 3A®(Borregard).

Ready form contains, as a rule, 2-30 wt.%, preferably 2-25 wt.%, particularly preferably 2-20 wt.% dispersing means, which, if necessary, can be a mixture of two or more components.

As a solid inert substances preferably used kaolin, such as Argerich In 24®from Blanc Mineraux de Paris or kaolin clay from ECC Internatonal.

Ready form preferably contains 20 to 70 wt.% solid inert substances.

As the acid to maintain znachenie pH of the finished form in the region of 1 to 7, preferably 2 to 6, preferably organic acids, especially carboxylic acids, such as salicylic acid, particularly preferably di - and tricarboxylic acids such as citric acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid or maleic acid or mixtures thereof.

Along with the above forms, according to the invention can contain other usual ready-made forms components. For example, protivovspenivayushchie tools, such as dialkanolamine, for example, rodosil 416®(Rhodia, France), binding agents such as polyvinyl alcohol, for example, the moviola 383®(Clariant, Germany), preservatives such as benzoic acid or sorbic acid, or other conventional additives.

The granulates according to the invention, can be obtained from a conventional, well-known specialist of ways.

So dispersible in water, the granules are usually obtained extrusion method by mixing the active agents included in the formulation auxiliary and inert material, subsequent grinding in a dry form of this mixture (exclude if sufficient dispersion of particles of the original substance), the hydration this is the powder with a suitable amount of water and what is happening in conclusion, the seal material in the extruder. The granules thus obtained, dried and, if necessary, fractionary, given the size of the granules or crushed.

To obtain granules according to the invention, preferably the method in the vortex layer are preparing an aqueous dispersion containing 40-70% of dry mass, consisting of active substances, auxiliaries recipes and inert material, which, as a rule, the ground wet. The relatively large surface of the granules in combination with its loose structure results in the application of the granules obtained according to the invention, to the best watered and, hence, to more rapid dispersion in the liquid for spraying. The original powder formulation that serves as the substrate, can be obtained by spraying, combined with drying, instead of directly spraying the camera for granulation. Also the original powder recipe, you can substitute mixed with the mixture of dry ingredients.

Form according to the invention, suitable for pest control in plant protection, and also preferred for disease vector control and pest management, hazardous to health and for the stored reserves in residential and warehouse premises in the yard and in the garden. The granules from example 1 was diluted with water and 0.125 wt.% water dispersion. This dispersion is sprayed with various surfaces, such as stone tiles, plywood with the number 6.25 mg deltamethrin 1 m2. 2. A method of obtaining a granulate according to claim 1, which includes stages

(a) preparation and wet grinding water dispersion containing the active substance, these auxiliary substances for the production of finished forms and solid inert substance, and

3. Does not contain solvents, dispersible in water, the granules according to claim 1, wherein the wetting agent consists of a mixture of sodium alkylnaphthalene-sulfonate and sodium salt from sulphonated alkyl-carboxylate.

4. Does not contain solvents, dispersible in water, the granules according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispersing agent consists of sodium salt of a condensate alkylnaphthalenes acid and formaldehyde.

5. Does not contain solvents, dispersible in water, the granules according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant comprises matrilineality.

6. Does not contain solvents, dispersible in water, the granules according to one of claims 1, 3, 4, 5, characterized in that the acid used to maintain the pH value is di - and tricarboxylic acid.

Composition comprises chlorsulfuron as derivative of sulfonylurea and triethanolamine or diethanolamine additionally, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a stabilizing agent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: chlorsulfuron, 18-22; non-ionogenic surface-active substance, 3-5; potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 9-12; triethanolamine or diethanolamine, 9-11; lignosulfonates, 3-10, and highly dispersed amorphous silica, the balance. Method involves mixing components in indicated ratios by steps for 3 stages. At the 1-st stage triethanolamine or diethanolamine is applied on surface of highly dispersed amorphous silica, at the 2-d stage - chlorsulfuron, and at 3-d stage - potassium dihydrogen phosphate, lignosulfonates and non-ionogenic surface-active substance. After keeping for 24 h at the room temperature mixing products from all three stages are combined. Invention provides enhancing stability of chlorsulfuron and biological activity of preparation based on thereof. Invention is designated for applying in agriculture.
