The invention relates to a gas supply, storage and delivery to the consumer of liquefied petroleum gas, and can be used at filling stations and distribution points mainly to fuel vehicles running on liquefied petroleum gas (propane-butane).

Known installation for the storage and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (hereinafter LPG) (see patent RU 2187037, IPC F 17 C 1/00, filing date 21.12.2000, publication date 10.08.02)containing double wall tank LPG connected therewith hatch with a protective casing, valves, safety valves and piping, with double wall tank of LPG is made consisting of the inner vessel and is not connected with him outside of the vessel, rigidly interconnected by connecting elements of the dielectric material forming the annular space between them. When the outer vessel is equipped with a nozzle for filling the annular space with an inert gas, a pipe with a three-way valve to remove the air displaced from the annular space with an inert gas, and the pipe with the attached device, including a pressure sensor inert gas that is configured to actuate by means of automatic control, alarm and disable the program supply of LPG in the inner vessel or of the inner vessel at a certain design pressure. The technical result of the known solution is the ability to locate leaks of LPG when the depressurization of the elements of tank installation. Disclosure of inventions

The claimed invention solves the problem of ensuring the early detection of gas leaks and automatically deactivate the actuators to stop operations for filling the tank and the fuel supply to the consumer at a relatively low cost of the petrol station, due to the decrease of metal of the tank and connecting lines.

The technical result of the claimed invention is expressed in the detection of gas leakage through the change of weight of the LPG tank in the light of changing conditions, i.e. taking into account the possible issuing of gas to the consumer and to account for the additional filling of the tank. This eliminates the need to create inter-wall space on the tank and connecting the communications, i.e. space, the pressure change in the volume which contributes to the detection of a gas leak.

The control system claimed filling station by means of the control unit of weight of the tank at any point in time provides for the measurement of this value, and through the weight sensor and transducer electrical signal submits this information is and the adder. At the same time to the adder receives information about the weight of the gas that is given to the consumer, which comes from a block gas flow, part of hazaratganj column. FIELD: fire extinguishing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is proposed including method and device to control the mass of gaseous fire extinguishing substance (GFES), containing carbonic acid, in a cylinder of a gas fire extinguishing module. The method involves introducing nitrogen in the amount of 5-7% of the carbonic acid weight to the cylinder with the carbonic acid, then a measurement instrument is calibrated, contact of the measurement instrument sensor with the GFES is provided for and current pressure of compressed or liquefied gas mixture in the cylinder as well as current temperature of the gas mixture in the cylinder are measured. Afterwards with the help of a microprocessor the current values of gas mixture pressure in the cylinder are compared to the calibrated pressure values depending on the measured current temperature of the gas mixture in the cylinder. The comparison results help evaluating the losses of GFES due to its leakage from the cylinder depending on the measured temperature. In case the revealed value of the GEFS losses exceeds a certain specified value, a warning signal is produced for restoring the operability of the gas fire extinguishing module. The above method can be implemented by a special device for the control over the GEFS mass in the cylinder of the gas fire extinguishing module. It comprises a unit with a metering device to supply nitrogen to the cylinder, a measurement instrument with a pressure sensor for compressed or liquefied gas mixture in the cylinder which is contacting the GEFS, a temperature sensor for the compressed or liquefied gas mixture in the cylinder, a microprocessor with a memory block to store calibration data of the pressure sensor signals, and a signaling device. The microprocessor is electrically connected to the pressure sensor, temperature sensor and signaling device.
