Method for treating the cases of acute traumatic aseptic horse tendovaginitis

SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing tendon and its sheath injury zone to laser radiation of pulse succession frequency equal to 512 Hz, power of 16 W for 6 min on the background of single intravenous Hyonate dose containing 40 mg of sodium hyalurate as active agent.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for the treatment of acute traumatic tendovaginitis in horses, mostly sports.
There is a method of treatment of diseases of musculoskeletal system of horses physiotherapy, using the action of laser radiation (Sergienko GF, Stikine EO, Balkovoy I.I. "Laser radiation in diseases of the musculoskeletal system of horses" //veterinary medicine. - 2002. No. 6. - Pp.37-41).
The disadvantage of known methods is the long duration of treatment and the possibility of complications.
The objective of the invention is improving the treatment of horses with traumatic aseptic tendovaginitis and prevention of complications.
The technical result is achieved by a method for the treatment of acute traumatic aseptic tendovaginitis in sport horses, including daily low-intensity laser irradiation of infrared laser radiation with pulse frequency 512 Hz, the power of 16 watts and an exposure time of 6 minutes on the background of a single intravenous injection of hinata at a dose of 40 mg of active substance of sodium hyaluronate.
In the present method the treatment of aseptic tendovaginitis are solved simultaneously tasks
- elimination of post-traumatic edema and inflammation caused by different the mi primary damage;
- elimination of clinical signs of acute aseptic condition, restore damaged structures and prevent the transition of the pathological process from acute to chronic, leading to various complications.
The use of LLLT causes the electromagnetic field, as well as photovoltaic, photochemical, thermal and shock effects, thereby increasing nonspecific defense and stimulates regenerative regenerative processes in the focus of aseptic inflammation. At the same time gionet, which includes sodium hyaluronate obtained by fermentation, gives the viscosity of the synovial fluid that provides the filtering function of the synovial membrane (regulates the composition of the synovial fluid), is a component of hyaline cartilage, plays an important role in providing cartilage with nutrients. Sodium hyaluronate has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect is due to inhibition of migration and proliferation of lymphocytes, suppression of prostaglandin synthesis, inhibition of phagocytic activity of granulocytes, oppression action of interleukins, suppression of free radicals. These properties due to analgesic effect, coming after applying hinata (hyaluronate sodium) for the acute is m tendonitis.
During the first three to four days after application of LLLT in combination with hinata sharply decreases inflammatory edema in the area of the lesion tendon sheath, significantly reduces pain and decreases the local temperature. That causes recovery.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
In order to check the possibility of use in veterinary surgery low-intensity infrared laser radiation (LLLT) combined with the use of hinata, active principle of which is sodium hyaluronate, for the experiment in terms of a company of mounted militia in Voronezh selected 10 of the trotting horses of the Russian and English thoroughbred breeds at the age of 5-8 years with clinical signs of traumatic aseptic condition, which was divided into two equal groups of 5 animals each.
Animals of the first group (the experience) was treated with daily application of LLLT with pulse frequency 512 Hz, the power of 16 watts and an exposure time of 6 minutes. At the same time the horses of this group once intravenously injected gionet at a dose of 4 ml (40 mg of active substance of sodium hyaluronate) on the animal.
Animals of the second group also once intravenously injected gionet (hyaluronate sodium) at a dose of 4 ml (40 mg active substance) and daily during treatment used low-intensity LAZ the RNA radiation with a frequency of 64 Hz, 4 W and the exposure time of 3-5 minutes.
Clinical recovery in the first group of animals came to 6-9 day of treatment, and the second at 11-14 days.
So, the use of laser radiation with pulse frequency 512 Hz, power and exposure time of 6 minutes in combination with hinata (sodium hyaluronate) provides fast relief focus of acute inflammation and there is a significant weakening of the swelling of the surrounding tissues, reduce pain and tension, and reduce swelling of the tendons in 3-4 days after the start of treatment is accompanied by a weakening of lameness in horses experimental group.
Reduction of terms of treatment of sick animals in the complex using the method of physiotherapy (laser radiation) and medicalmassage funds (sodium hyaluronate) is due to a comprehensive therapeutic effect on inflammation, as well as General-stimulating effect on the immune status of the organism.
It is revealed that the application of laser radiation in the proposed mode causes an increase in the number of lymphocytes in the leukocyte formula, promotes segmentreader neutrophils. NEELY causes the electromagnetic field, photovoltaic, photochemical, thermal and shock effect that enhances the protective forces of the body and stimulates the regenerative process is si in acute inflammation.

Thus, the application of laser radiation with pulse frequency 512 Hz, the power of 16 watts and an exposure time of 6 minutes on the background of a single intravenous injection of hinata (hyaluronate sodium) causes a pronounced analgesic, antipyretic and anti-edematous effects, such as enhancement of therapeutic effect resulting in shortening healing sick animals on average 5 days.
The method of treatment of acute traumatic aseptic tendovaginitis in horses, including daily low-intensity laser irradiation of infrared laser radiation with pulse frequency 512 Hz, the power of 16 watts and an exposure time of 6 min on the background of a single intravenous injection of hinata at a dose of 40 mg of active substance of sodium hyaluronate.
SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon biologically active points. To do it, pathologically active orbital points are determined. The points are treated with infrared radiation in continuous mode until pathological activity is inhibited. Mirticam preparation is administered at a dose of 1 teaspoon three times a day after having taken meals.
EFFECT: improved vision acuity; increased accommodation reserve; normalized electrophysiological retina properties.
SUBSTANCE: method involves systemically introducing a photosensitizer followed by tumor irradiation with laser radiation. Laser radiation is applied in contact mode with 200-400 mW at the exit from light guide and applying pressure to tissue surface pretreated with glycerol with force of 0.1-0.5 kg/cm2 in tumor zone using micro lens.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying single stage 2 min long dual-channel low-intensity laser radiation action to blood vessels on neck and in sinocarotid zone (a. Carotis communis extra) and in projection to Gusser node (n. Trigeminus) on ill tooth side after having finished filling treatment. The first channel operates with red and infrared radiation. The second one operates with infrared radiation.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with rejuvenating facial skin and correcting cicatrices. Initial laser treatment of facial skin should be carried out at impulse energy being 1000-1200 mJ till the appearance of single drops of "bloody dew". Further laser treatment should be conducted at laser impulse energy ranged 200-600 mJ. On finishing treating the skin with laser, before epithelization one should apply a mask made of transparent cotton tissue with "Aurobin" onto wound surface of patient's skin. One day later the mask should be removed. The innovation enables to prevent considerable lesions of epidermis' basal membrane at the stage of ablation, perform higher compression of collagen fibers at the stage of thermal contraction. The method suggested enables to fulfill treatment with the help of laser till maximally possible smoothing the wrinkles and cicatrices. The method enables to prevent skin infectioning after laser treatment and, also, accelerate the process of epithelization.

SUBSTANCE: method involves covering gingival mucous membrane with screen substance like wax or photocurable Koferdamm before applying laser radiation treatment. Water or 30-35% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is sprayed over dental surface or bleaching gel diluted with hydrogen peroxide is applied. The dental surface is next exposed to continuous diode laser radiation with wavelength selected from bandwidth of 800-970 nm during 15-300 s. Laser radiation power density belongs to bandwidth of 10-100 W/cm2. Radiation energy dose is in the range of 40-3000 J with dose density being equal to 200-20000 J/cm2 diode laser power being equal to 2.8 W, light beam diameter being equal to 3.5-5 cm when being 1 to 2 mm far from the dental surface. When exposed to laser radiation, the dental surface is uniformly scanned with laser beam.

SUBSTANCE: method involves covering ectocervix with Photodithazine photosensibilizer produced on the basis of glycamine chlorine salt E6 with active substance concentration being equal to 0.3-0.5% and holding it for 2 h. Laser radiation treatment is applied in continuous mode at wavelength of 660 nm and energy density of 80-200 J/cm2 supplied to wound during 8-20 min.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of allergic response and adverse side effects.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing photosensibilizer into wound and exposing it to laser radiation. Photodithazine gel is applied as photosensibilizer based on glycamine chlorine salt E6 Photodithazine with active substance concentration of 0.5-1.5%. Laser radiation treatment is applied in continuous mode at wavelength of 660 nm and energy density of 30-40 J/cm2 supplied to wound and power density of 0.8-0.1 W/cm2.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of Photodithazine photosensibilizer based on glycamine chlorine salt E6 at a dose of 0.5-1.0 mg/kg in 200 ml of physiologic saline. Laser radiation treatment is applied 2 h later after the infusion in continuous mode at wavelength of 660 nm and energy density of 80-200 J/cm2 supplied to wound during 8-20 min.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combined treatment with pulsating infrared laser radiation with λ=890 nm and pulse power of 60±30 mW, pulsating noncoherent infrared laser radiation with λ=860-960 nm and mean power of 60±30 mW, pulsating red laser radiation with λ=600-700 nm and frequency of 2 Hz and constant magnetic field of intensity equal to 35±10 mTesla units applied to occipito-parietal head zone, neck and carotid sinuses. Infrared laser radiation of pulse power equal to 20 W, pulsating laser radiation and noncoherent infrared laser radiation frequency equal to 1000 Hz is applied to occipito-parietal hairy head zone from coronal suture of parietal bone to occipital opening along median line of aponeurosis and to parietal zone from upper temporal line to mastoid process on both sides in performing scanning movement from top to down and action duration of 6-8 min. Then, the action is applied to a zone from occipital opening to C6-Th2 in paravertebral movement from top to down along the long dorsal extensor muscles with infrared laser radiation having pulse power of 20 W, pulsating noncoherent infrared laser radiation frequency being equal to 50 Hz and action duration equal to 4-6 min. Then, carotid sinuses are exposed to infrared laser radiation from two sides with pulse power of 8 W, pulsating noncoherent infrared laser radiation frequency being equal to 50 Hz and 2 min long exposure time. The total treatment course is 8-12 months long.
EFFECT: full scale recovery of peripheral and cortical divisions of optic analyzer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out vitrectomy and removing posterior hyaloid membrane. Perfluororganic substance is introduced into the vitreal cavity. Subretinal fluid is drained. Neoplasm is intravitreally irradiated with low intensity laser radiation having wavelength of 633 nm at a dose of 2.5 J and at wavelength of 890 nm at a dose of 1.2 J in field-by-field mode circularly moving from the center to periphery. Chlorine row photosensibilizer is intravenously introduced at a dose of 0.8-1.1 mg/kg within 10 min. Fluorescent spectral diagnostic examination of the neoplasm is carried out 15-20 min later. When detecting neoplasm fluorescence, it is to be intravitreally irradiated in perfluororganic medium at wavelength equal to maximum light radiation absorbable by the photosensibilizer and power density of 100-120 J/cm2. Laser radiation is applied field-by-field mode moving in circles from periphery to the center with neighboring fields overlap equal to 5% of area.
