SUBSTANCE: chute section of coal production rig has load-lifting shaft section and reverse stroke shaft section adapted for scraper chain conveyer guider receiving. Chute base is located between the sections. The chute base has fixing means arranged from embedding side and from face side at chute ends to receive connection member of chute sections, which connects adjacent chute sections with each other to provide tensile strength thereof. The chute also has guiding means to guide production machine, which moves along mining face plane, and deflected guiding sheet, which creates loading platform connected with chute section from mining face plane side and extending from bed to load-lifting shaft section. Degree of lower guiding sheet part folding relatively chute base exceeds that of upper guiding sheet part. The guiding sheet is provided with depressions formed at chute section ends. The depression sizes correspond to that of fixing means and/or connection means, which connect chute sections one to another. Lower part of guiding sheet defines bridge at lower edge. The bridge extends to chute section ends.

EFFECT: elimination of face conveyer lifting.

FIELD: mining industry; underground face and gate conveyors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed section of trough for underground face and gate conveyors contains asymmetrical sides consisting of cast parts interconnecting on intermediate web by welded-to sheet, which, projecting outside from intermediate web, include upper molded-to flanged projection and lower to-to flanged web and to-to foot flange projecting inwards which partially limits from side a lower run to drive scrapers of scraper chain and to which sheet of bottom closing downwards lower run is welded. Cast part is provided at least one step on inner side of intermediate web mainly at half of height between flanged web and flanged projection. Said step is used to support and to weld-to intermediate sheet of bottom. Intermediate web and foot flange form profiled reinforcement under step. Intermediate web over step limits from side the intake space for upper run containing rolled side sections welded with transport bottom.

EFFECT: increased service life of trough section, cut down cost of manufacture.

FIELD: mining industry; underground face and gate conveyors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed section of trough for underground face and gate conveyors contains upper and lower runs for driving scrapers of scraper chain, transport bottom separating them, connecting devices and two sides, each including rolled U-shaped steel section with one intermediate web and two flanged webs which are interconnected by at least one shaft arranged at approximately half of height and welded to vertically projecting intermediate web of U-shaped steel section. Said U-shaped steel sections pointed outside by their horizontal flanged webs are interconnected. Upper run has two separated rolled preferably L-shaped or T-shaped side sections being welded to transport bottom by upper webs. Sheet connecting U-shaped steel sections rests, through straps forming side guides for lower run, on sheet of bottom welded with lower flanged webs.

EFFECT: increased service life of section of trough, cut down cost of manufacture, simple design of trough, possibility of use on high capacity modern conveyors.

FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for cleaning track ballast in process of repair of track. Proposed machine contains guide chute and endless jib chain installed on guide rollers in chute and provided with combs and pins on links for gripping and transporting crushed stone of ballast, chain drive and conveyor for delivering crushed stone into cleaning system. Detachable panels with protective coating in form of hard alloy plates are secured on inner surface of guides chute inlet has front edge drop-like in cross section.

EFFECT: considerable reduction of wear of chute by crushed stone transported in process of cleaning.

FIELD: mining industry; face and drift conveyors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed section contains lower run 2 and upper run 3 for driving chain scrapers, welded frame structure 1 with interconnected sides, transport bottom 8 and connecting appliances 60. according to invention, sides consists of mirror turned-over solid rolled sections 10 of asymmetric form constant along length of section. Sections 10 are turned outwards and they include lower and upper shelves and raised intermediate shelf connecting lower and upper shelves and provided with bend on which at least one step is made from inner side to support and weld-to at least one intermediate sheet 40A reinforcing rolled sections 10. Transport bottom 8 is welded to two rolled side sections 5 to form replaceable tray 4.

EFFECT: simplified design owing to reduction of number of components, and facilitated manufacture owing to automatic mounting and welding operations.

SUBSTANCE: proposed section of trough with pair consists of cast parts of sides with cast-to vertical shelf passing over height of lower and upper runs, raised lower cast-to flanged shelf, cast-to foot flange projecting inwards, to lower side of which sheet of bottom closing lower run is welded, and receiving pockets cast to end face sides, and bottom of conveyor trough made of rolled sheet. Conveyor through has shackle-like segments at both longitudinal sides which get into spline cutouts in vertical shelves of sides and are welded to side from outer side. Flanged shelves on lower side are provided with cavities to reduce their weight, and side and/or closing section are welded to sides in zone of upper run.

EFFECT: improved design.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to joint element for jointing the chute section of the chain scraper or for the mining machine guide sections, particularly, for the grader guide, incorporating two heads made integral by means of the rod narrowing along the width. Every head side facing the rod is furnished with bulged-round shoulders inclined towards the rod. The invention proposes also the open-side pockets arranged on the chute sections to house to aforesaid joint element.

EFFECT: possibility of transmitting high axial loads at high angular mobility and simpler assembly of jointing elements.

FIELD: transport, distribution of fluids.

SUBSTANCE: proposed section comprises sidewalls (1), bottom (4) to joint said sidewalls to make top and bottom branches. It has also extension elements (5, 6), for example winning machine tracks on the side of breakage face and horn arranged on the side of mine support backfill, as well as devices to transfer transport chute. Top and bottom branches and two-side extension elements are arranged in mirror symmetry with horizontal axis of symmetry (S) crossing the chute bottom. Note that bottom branch functions like top branch does and that change of branches and winning machine tracks are effected at a time. Changeable angle-piece (9) is additionally included, specially adapted for winning machine feed system, as well as under-floor sheet with clamp plate (10) arranged on transport chute lower side. Said extension elements and said additional parts have symmetric mounting holes (8) arranged to allow mounting irrespective of their position after turning over.

EFFECT: longer life.
