Apparatus is further provided with actuating mechanism for cutting and mixing member, control unit, engine loading sensor, sensor and actuating mechanism for dosed feeding of starter, and whey flow rate sensor. Actuating mechanism for cutting and mixing member, drive of actuating mechanism for dosed feeding of starter and actuating mechanism for locking valve are connected to control unit outputs, and engine loading sensor, sensor of mechanism for dosed feeding of starter, and whey flow rate sensor are connected to control unit inputs.

The invention relates to the field of mechanization of agricultural products processing and can be used in the manufacture of cheese.

All the variety of cheese has a common and distinctive features. To the total can be attributed to a uniform temperature of heating milk to 32-35°before making sourdough. The distinctive characteristics include temperature and duration of the second heating and the duration of kneading the cheese grains, which determines organoleptic properties and nutritional value of cheese.

Technology of production of curd consists of the following operations:

1. Filling the bathtub with milk up to the specified level.

A device for the production of curd, consisting of double-walled bath with shut-off valve for draining curd from the whey, cutting-stretching element with the drive device of hot water into the tub, sensor control.

A device for the production of curd containing double-walled tub, cutting-stretching element, shutoff valve, sensors (A.S. USSR №1808273). The disadvantage of this device is that the manufacturing processes it is not automated.

The closest in technical essence is a device for the production of curd, comprising a double-walled tub, cutting-stretching element, results in the cutting-stretching mechanism, shut-off valve, sensors (A.S. USSR №1769819, class a 01 J 25/02).

The disadvantage of this device is that it has manual control flowing in it process, and therefore low quality products.

The purpose of this technical solution is improving the quality of production of curd and process automation.

This task is solved in that the device for the production of curd, comprising a double-walled tub, cutting-stretching element, the actuator cutting-stretching element, shutoff valve, the temperature sensor further comprises actuator cutting-stretching element, the actuator shut-off valve, control unit, sensor engine load sensor and actuator dosing yeast, the flow sensor serum, while the actuator cutting-stretching element is connected to the first output control unit; a drive actuator dosing yeast is connected with the second output control unit; actuator shut-off valve connected to the third output control unit; the first control unit connected to the temperature sensor, the second sensor engine load, the third sensor of the dispensing mechanism of the leaven, and the fourth input is connected to the flow sensor savoro the key

Device for the production of curd consists of double-walled bath 1, shut-off valve 2, cutting-stretching element 3 and the actuator 4, the actuator 5 cutting-stretching element 3 connected to the first output control unit 6, to the first input of which is connected to the temperature sensor 7, to the second input of the control unit 6 connected load of the engine 8, and to the third input of the control unit 6 is connected to the sensor dispensing mechanism of the leaven 9, the actuator through which the actuator 10 is connected to the second output control unit 6. Shut-off valve 2 through the actuator 11 is connected to the third output control unit 6, and the fourth input of the latter is connected to the flow sensor serum 12.

The device operates as follows: when filling the bath up to the specified volume is heated milk to the desired temperature with constant stirring at a given frequency of rotation of the stirrer. When the temperature of the milk to the set point temperature sensor milk 7 sends a signal to the control unit 6, which sends a signal controlling influence on the Executive IU is aNISM dispenser starter 10. When merging a specified volume of serum, the flow sensor serum 12 sends a signal to the input of the control unit 6 of the closure for the priori valve 2 and the inclusion of the drive mechanism 5 cutting-stretching mechanism 3, and heating the curd from the whey. After a predetermined time, the control unit 6 sends a signal to the actuator 11 of the stop valve 2 and drain the curd from the whey out of the bath 1. After the discharge is switched off all the mechanisms of the bath 1.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of wood-chemical industry, in particular, to the technologies for a charcoal-burning of a wood raw material based on the methods of a temperature-average pyrolysis. The method includes: operations providing for receptions of the middle-sized raw materials from a warehouse; transportation of the raw materials from the warehouse into some of the similar type module chambers of a periodical charcoal-burning action; a multi-stage process of a charcoal-burning in each charcoal-burning module chamber at the air pressure close to atmospheric. The process of the charcoal-burning includes: a sequential drying of the raw material by a superheated steam, including its mixtures with the air; the raw material temperature-average pyrolysis, calcination and chilling of the coal; its discharge from the charcoal-burning module chamber. At that the phase of the pyrolysis is divided into two parts - an endothermic part and an exothermal part. All operations are conducted in the automatic mode. The heat-carrying agents and electrical power for realization of the processes of drying, pyrolysis, calcination and granulation are fed from the all-station power-generating unit. The gained generator gas after chilling and cleanout is used as a gaseous fuel in a gas-diesel engine and in the second power-generating unit, in which all the non-condensable gases of the pyrolysis are burnt up. The invention also is pertaining to the device for realization of the method. The invention ensures production of the granular charcoal at the small capital inputs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to the methods of control over the chemical-technological processes of production of polyethers and demulsifying agents on their basis. The method of control over process of production of the alkaline polyethers and demulsifying agents is conducted in the mixers and in the reactor-etherificator at realization of reaction of the oxypropropylation and oxyethylation with utilization of the allocated zones of regulation and contours of circulation of the reaction mixture. Conduct corrective actions of control over the steam and a condensate consumption moisture and at that additionally install a can with a bubbler for a polyether and a detector of methanol consumption, a reactants stirring device, sensor units of consumptions, measuring tools and other equipment. For production of demulsifying agents from polyethers use cans with stirring devices with measurers and batchers components, screens for removal salts and the mechanical impurities, connected by corresponding pipelines with formation of contours of circulation of the reaction mixture equipped by means of measuring and control. The technical result is formation of the interrelated process control of production of polyethers and demulsifying agents. The invention allows to reduce power inputs and to expand the assortment of the produced products.

SUBSTANCE: method for automatic controlling of sugar liquoring process in horizontal sectional liquoring continuous-action mixer and accumulating mixer includes changing flow of liquoring solution with consideration of liquoring concentration in accumulating mixer. Into sections, where concentration of dry substances does not exceed 18%, lime milk is fed, flow of which is adjusted so, that pH of liquoring in this sections was 10,8-11,2, and stop of sugar feeding into liquoring mixer is performed when liquoring level in accumulating mixer reaches certain level. Each section of liquoring mixer, except last one, is provided with branch pipe for feeding lime milk, pH indicator and dry substances concentration indicator. Also, system is provided with serially connected valve for stopping sugar feed into liquoring mixer and adjuster, input of which is connected to level indicator, mounted in accumulating mixer, while the latter is connected to liquoring solution feeding adjuster into first section via set-point device, connected to concentration sensor. Use of device allows to increase efficiency of sugar purification due to forming of favorable conditions for decomposition of reducing substances during liquoring. Containment level of reducing substances in sugar liquoring is decreased in 1,4-1,4 times.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns governing periodical air-intake biotechnological process carried out in bioreactor. Method comprises measuring oxygen content in effluent gas, working volume of culture medium, concentration of biomass, and concentration of intermediate product of its vital activity. Measured parameters allow specific oxygen consumption rate and velocity of intermediate product concentration change to be determined to enable regulation of feeding air used in aeration, supplying nutritional medium, and agitating culture medium. Moreover, temperature of culture medium, temperature of supplied and withdrawn cooling agent, and consumption of the latter are measured to use these parameters for determining biomass heat release rate and velocity of intermediate product amount change. The two latter parameters enable regulation of feeding air used in aeration and supplying nutritional medium. The following characteristics are thus improved: elevating power by 8.1%, maltase activity by 7.9% and resistance by 7.4%.

Perforations are arranged in parallel lines, with openings of perforations being offset with respect to one another.
