The invention relates to the field of pyrotechnics and can be used in the construction of igniters, gas generators, rocket engines and other devices proavtomatika.

There are various designs of gas generators, rocket engines and other technical means, the initiation of which is fire pulse (the force of the flame), the device initiating, in turn, is operated from the initial pulse (electrical, fire, mechanical etc). However, in certain cases, the device initiating the process operation was cut off from the source of the trigger (from the environment).

In the patent RU No. 2088886 (IPC6: 42 F B 3/12, BI No. 24, 1997) presents the design of bioenergetica used to ignite fuel rocket engines and actuation units proavtomatika rocket and space technology.

In this case, there is a rather complex and therefore unreliable design, including elektroobladnannya the node initiating the charge, transfer and pyrotechnic charges, made of pyrotechnic compositions (PTAs), which are separated from the priming charge alturism device of the conical type and bars with holes. The disadvantage of this device is the fact that the initiation of the transfer and pyrotechnic charges, as mentioned, is not reliable enough, because it depends on a large number of items, the quality of their production and mutual orientation.

In the patent RU No. 2059859 (IPC6: F 02 K 9/08, BI No. 13, 1996) described the device initiating the rocket engine. The device consists of an initiator delayed action and the igniter, and the initiator is installed to allow the door with radial holes and tapered channel extending in the direction of the initiating charge. The initiator charge is separated from the tapered channel disk with holes (lattice). The conical cavity is placed a ball, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the holes in the disk and the diameter of the cylindrical channel connecting the conical cavity with radial holes.

In this case, the activation of the initiator, sending the burning of the igniter is not electrically, and the effect of the powder gases through radial holes in the cap and the cylindrical channel adjacent to the conical cavity.

This device is cutoff initiating and ignite inogo charges from the external environment by means of the ball (at the expense of the gaseous combustion products of the initiator) to ensure their normal functioning.

The disadvantages of this design should include the presence of a large number of elements (ball, a conical cavity with a narrow channel separating with holes), which ultimately complicate the design and reduce its reliability. The operation of the device comes from the powder gases under pressure ˜3000 ATM (at the moment of shot guns), and the impact of the gases on the initiator charge through the narrow channels is very limited in time (a few milliseconds). Thus, to ensure sufficient reliability of the actuation of the initiator in this case is extremely problematic, particularly if the engagement should occur from the firing pulse pressure parameters constituting not more than 100 ATM.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed solution is a device for initiating presented in the description of the patent RU No. 2110038 (IPC6: F 42 B 3/10, BI No. 12, 1998).

In this case, the originating and igniter charges separated by a metal barrier. Both charge made of pyrotechnic compositions, and the initiating charge is made of composition, forming a solid slag. The process of combustion transfer from the initiator composition for igniter is carried out by heating the metal is cooling baffles. In accordance with the description of the invention the response time of this device is 0.1 C. Despite the mentioned authors of the invention is the simplicity of the device, in its design there is a channel with a bottom in the form of a hemisphere, which requires the use of special technologies in its manufacture. The time delay device of 0.1 s, but can't quite meet the requirements for high-speed facilities.

The problem solved by the present invention is a significant decrease in response time, the possibility of its regulation with the conservation cutoff igniter charge from the initiator (the external environment) and the simplification of the structure as a whole.

Technical result achieved when using the invention is as follows:

- the response time of the device is ˜0.01;

- provides adjustable time delay;

- implemented cut-off device from the external environment that ensures the normal functioning of the structure as a whole;

- simplifies the manufacture of the device and increases the adaptability of the equipment.

To achieve the technical result in the known device for initiating, comprising a housing in which coaxially through the partition installed the INIC is yuushi and igniter charges, made of pyrotechnic compositions, and the initiating charge is made of gas-free composition, forming solid products of combustion, according to the invention the initiator charge is made in the form of two elements connected by a channel filled with gas-free pyrotechnic composition forming the solid products of combustion, while the sectional area of element of the initiating charge and the igniter charge, separated by a partition, comparable, and the diameter of the connecting channel (d) in relation to the diameter of the initiator (D)in contact with the wall, is the ratio d=(0,1÷0,3)×D when the ratio of the diameter of the connecting channel length, equal to 0.2÷and 1.0.

In the particular case, the elements of the initiating charge, separated by a narrow channel, can have the same diameter (if they are cylindrical in shape), which simplifies the manufacturing technology and equipment. The equality of the areas of cross sections of the element of the initiating charge and the igniter charge adjacent to the septum, provides efficient heating of the latter, increases the em reliability of the transmission of combustion and significantly reduces the transmission time of burning. The ability to control the thickness of the septum, its material and shape allows using the same design, to provide the necessary response time.

Execution of the initiator in the form of two elements connected by a narrow channel, and the application of gas-free pyrotechnic composition forming a solid compact toxins and having a sufficiently high combustion rate, allows you to effectively convey the burning igniter charge and to provide a cutoff igniter charge from the initiator (the external environment) by locking the narrow channel solid slag.

Selected size ratio of the connecting channel (diameter, length), the size and specific pyrotechnic compositions elements initiating and igniter charges, material and form partitions allow you to get the maximum effect using the proposed device to initiate.
