The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a surface-sized paper or paperboard.

In products of this type aim is to increase the strength of the fabric by surface sizing blade. Usually a large part adhesive is starch, and the sizing can be significantly improved properties such as surface strength of coated fabrics, to reduce its tendency to dust and to increase bending stiffness.

The sizing for thin paper grades, flat sheets of corrugated cardboard and corrugated blade is an important stage in the manufacture of these products, which allows to adjust the strength properties of the finished product. Typically, an adhesive was applied on the surface of a cloth, and also in the production of laminated products, intermediate layers of products in the middle portion thereof. This type of equipment is much simpler full-press for applying the film.
