The invention relates to a device for installing clamps on the envelope containing the vacuum filler and the clamping module. Vacuum filler is used for filling the shell with a pasty mass, for example sausage meat. After filling the shell can run it from twisting, binding, narrowing, or other similar operation division, by means of which the shell is formed of a place where a paste or is unavailable, or available only in small quantities, so then in that location could be installed clamp. The clamps are made, for example, from metal or plastic. The clip closes the shell, preventing the release into the pasty mass. This is done, for example, in the manufacture of sausages. Such a device for installing clamps on the shell is described in US 2002/083848 A1, A 23 C 3/02, 04.06.2002.

The specified device, and others known in practice, clamping machines have their own electric or pneumatic actuator, which serves, among other things, to actuate the mechanical elements. Management clamping machine is, for example, vacuum filler, determining the time of installation of the clamp. This is typically done after the introduction into the shell of one portion pasty mass.

Such automatic clamping machines are very expensive, and they produced the productivity (the number of servings per minute), as a rule, is limited.

The circuit of the present invention is to provide a device and method of mounting clips on the shell, which are cheaper and allow you to install a larger number of terminals per unit time.

This goal is achieved by the device according to claim 1 of the formula and method under section 12 of the formula. Preferred embodiments of the invention are described in the respective dependent claims.

In the proposed device the vacuum filler and clamping module are connected to each other so that actuation of the clamping module drive can be used in a vacuum filler, such as an engine, such as a servo motor. This allows you to do without separate pneumatic or electric actuator for clamping module. However, the presence of such additional devices are not excluded.

In addition, compared to other pneumatic and electric actuators servo motor provides higher speed and accuracy to perform a sequence of movements when installing the clamp, resulting in higher performance.

Engine vacuum filler has a rotary axis or connected with the rotary part, through which you can operate the clamping module. The drive performance is determined, for example, through shaft installed between the vacuum filler and clamping module.

The clamping module preferably contains a propellant is used, with which the shell is formed where a paste is absent or very sparse. These seats can be installed clamps. Thus the displacer separates from each other the portions pasty mass in the shell. Divide into portions can be performed by seivane shell with rings, U-shaped or V-shaped clamps, clips or handles, rollers, cylinders, etc.

The clamping module can be optionally equipped with a separator, through which you can split a string of sausages on a separate chain containing an arbitrary number of servings.

According to a preferred variant implementation of the invention, the actuator clamping module can be provided with a connection for a block of twist present in the vacuum filler.

Vacuum filler preferably has a control unit, through which you can manage filling, divide into portions and installation clamps. For this purpose, in addition to control other components, the control unit controls the motors, for example, a conveyor unit with centrifugal pump applying a paste to the stuffing tube, and, for example, servodirectie is m, which is the drive of the clamping module. Through the use of servo clamping module operation filling, divide into portions and installation clamps may overlap in time, which results in better performance.

The device may also contain a block suspension, preferably the block of automatic suspension.

Preferred embodiments of the clamping module and vacuum filler, and method of installation of the clamps described with reference to the accompanying drawings, on which:

Figure 1 shows a device for installing clamps on the envelope containing the vacuum filler 3, which is filled with a pasty mass from the top through the hopper, and the clamping module 1. Vacuum filler 3 contains the stuffing tube 13 for filling the shell. Near the stuffing tube is clamping the module containing the displacer 7 and the tool 14 installation clamps. The displacer 7 has two elements 7a and 7b, which are mounted movably relative to each other and restrict the enclosed area of the shell. The tool 14 installation of the clamps can be positioned near the displacer 7, directly in it or between it what ways, i.e. the terminals 2 can be installed in the area of the displacer 7. The tool 14 installation clamps can be performed with simultaneous installation of two adjacent clamps 2.

Tool 14 installation clamps between its elements, or after it in the course of the process is a separator designed to separate from each other individual portions or a number of portions. If the displacer 7 has two groups, for example, grippers, allowing to create the shell 4 long narrowed area, and if the tool 14 installation of terminals is located within the displacer 7, i.e. between the two sets of grippers, the tool 14 installation clamps can be installed near the two clamps 2, and the separator 16 acting on the shell 4 between terminals 2 can share it in this place.

On the vacuum filler 3 a rotary part 8 which can be rotated by the servo motor 9. On the rotary part 8 has a shaft 6 connected to the rotatable part 5 of the clamping module 1. Using the rotary portion 5 of the clamping module 1 can mechanically driven at least some of its elements. The shaft 6 may be in the clipping module 1 or can only be connected with him. Horizontal shaft 6 simplifies the design of the device, especially if it is connected to the servo motor 9, which also serves as a drive lacreta kinking, as a means of twisting is often located next to the vacuum filler 3.

Vacuum filler 3 contains the means of connecting to the clamping module 1, including mechanical components and the components necessary for operation control. In this embodiment, the mechanical components of the vacuum filler 3 represents, for example, the rotary part 8, and to the control components are the unit 10 controls designed to control clamping module 1.

After clamping of the module 1 in the process is the block 12 of the suspension containing the guide with hooks 15. The block 12 of the suspension can be controlled from the vacuum filler 3 or clamping module 1 pine signaling (not shown). Unit 12 suspension may operate vacuum filler 3, provided that the latter has a corresponding actuator. The hooks 15 can be rotated with the trajectory of the shell 4, leaving clamping module 1, resulting in the shell 4 is caught by the hooks 15 and suspended. The suspension of the shell 4 can be selectively every two portions, as shown in figure 1, or any other number of portions, such as 5 or 10.

In this embodiment, the clamping module 1 has no electric or pneumatic internal line is a mini drive. However, in other embodiments it can be provided with one or more additional actuators, especially for performing auxiliary functions.

The shaft 6 between the rotatable part 8 of the vacuum filler and rotary clamping part 5 of the module 1 can cover the stuffing tube 13, or may be located next to it or below it.

The shaft 6 may be connected with part 8 or part 5, force or nonauthoritative, using suitable coupling, such as Cam clutches or similar couplings, where the Cams are replaced by teeth. Parts 5 and 8 can be connected with the shaft 6 through the respective gears, gearboxes, belts, timing belts, etc. Between the servo motor 9 and clamping module 1, in any convenient location, can be installed in the gearbox. The gearbox is located preferably near the clamping module 1, so that the drive speed is determined by the vacuum filler 3 may correspond to the requirements of clamping module 1.

Figure 2 shows the second embodiment of the invention. Vacuum filler 3 contains two servo motors 9 and 9'. The servo motor 9 is connected with the rotary part 8, which is connected with the shaft 6 and the rotary part 5 of the clamping module 1.

Also, as in figure 1, in this embodiment, after clamping of the module 1 in the process is the block 12 of the suspension, which can be controlled or to operate the clamping module 1 or vacuum filler 3.

The motors 9 and 9' are connected via respective lines of the transmission unit 10 of the control, which can also serve to control the clamping module 1 and/or unit 12 suspension.

In this embodiment the clamping module 1 also has no electric or pneumatic actuator. The clamping module 1 is connected mechanically with a vacuum filler 3 through the shaft 6.

Clamping modules 1 according to figures 1 and 2 can be provided with every means of introduction threads or loops when installing the clamps.

The bunker, which is located in the upper part of the vacuum filler 3, download pasty mass, which is fed by a conveyor located in the vacuum filler, stuffing the pipe 13. Coming out of the stuffing tube 13 pasty mass falls into a connected with the stuffing tube 12 shell 4', and the result is a shell 4, is filled with this mass. The shell 4 is supplied to the clamping module 1, the displacer 7 which creates narrowing. In place of this narrowing of the tool 14 installation clamps can install the clamp 2. The displacer 7 and the tool 14 installation of terminals and non-mandatory separator clamping module 1 are driven mechanically by turning the clamping part 5 of module 1, which is rotated by the servo motor 9 of the vacuum filler 3 through the shaft 6 and the rotary part 8.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has means for narrowing of packaging enclosure and forming of enclosure upper portion free from filler product, closing means for setting and closing of at least one locking clamp around upper portion of enclosure, and drive for narrowing means and closing means. Drive has non-uniform transmitting means which converts uniform drive motion into periodic non-uniform drive motion. Transmission ratio of transmitting means is selected so that upon setting of closing means output speed is reduced as compared to output speed developed during narrowing and replacement processes. Transmitting means is toothed belt transmission or chain transmission with at least one elliptical toothed gear or at least one toothed gear arranged with eccentricity. Apparatus of such construction allows drive to be coordinated with desired procedure.
