Closest to the proposed technical solution is the invention of the Wheel-motor", patent RU No. 2232100, from 30.01.2002, publ. 10.07.2004, IPC 62 M 1/10, 62 M 9/08, B 62 D 57/00, containing plates, racks, ring wheel, the mechanism of rotation of the wheel. The invention allows to provide relief design, ease of travel. Smooth operation is achieved by reducing friction in the bearings, which is achieved by using too complex and expensive construction.

There is a need for a lightweight, simple, cheap means of transport, which could easily set in motion by hand or low DV is the engine. Such a vehicle must first of all people with disabilities. It is necessary to provide the force on the manual actuator does not exceed the force that can be applied without the voltage-five-six-year-old child. In addition, disabled people quickly get tired even from such efforts, and they require the duplication of manual drive mechanical drive, however, so that the engine was low, cheap and applicable as on the street and indoors.

Thus, with the help of the proposed technical solution is achieved technical result - simplifying the design, reducing the efforts for the implementation of the rolling stroller.
