SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering hydraulic jack connected to coiled tubing pipe in well, wherein the lower part of hydraulic jack is fastened to bridge plug by collet unlocking mechanism releasable at predetermined depth; leaving the bridge plug in well for necessary repair work performing; removing hydraulic jack connected to coiled tubing pipe from well. The bridge plug may be released from the well when needed by drilling-out thereof.

EFFECT: increased reliability, simplified packer structure, reduced labor inputs and costs of packer installation.

The invention relates to the oil industry, namely, devices, forming part of pokerwise equipment and intended for the installation of packers in producing wells in the production of repair work in them.

A device for connection and disconnection of the packer with the column pipe [1].

A disadvantage of this device is a packer leakage, which can lead to premature separation of the tubing from the packer.

Known hydromechanical device to Petrovci oil and gas wells, comprising an elastic element, a control unit with motor and cable for lowering and supply of electric voltage to a control device [2].

Closest to the proposed device is an Electromechanical packer on the cable rope consisting of an elastic element, a control device on the cable, a motor rigidly connected to the housing, and Ventuari [3].

Disadvantages pakiruumi devices [2] and [3] is the complexity of their design and, accordingly, the associated high cost to manufacture. The motor is rigidly connected to the housing and does not allow you to disconnect the control unit and leave the packer in the well.

The aim of the present invention is to provide such a device for setting packers, which allows ostal the th packer at the right depth at the right time or permanently and separated from it by the device after installation. In the future, the most expensive equipment (coiled tubing pipe and Jack) can be used repeatedly, which significantly reduces the cost of process petrovanu. In addition, the management process is simplified by eliminating expensive equipment.

The essence of the claimed technical solution is that the device for setting packers in producing wells containing means for delivery and installation of the packer, made using the Jack, as Jack used the hydraulic Jack is mounted on the coiled tubing pipe intended for lowering into the well, while in its lower part the hydraulic Jack is paired with a collet mechanism uncoupling interacting with the packer when submitting the required pressure at the specified depth.

The figure schematically shows the device of the present invention.

Hydraulic Jack for passing the coiled tubing consists of a valve block with spring 1, the Jack barrel 2, a cylinder 3, a piston 4, a collet mechanism rascepa 5 and the plunger 6.

The device operates as follows: on coiled tubing pipe 7, the fluid enters the valve node 8 and further through the holes 9 and 10, the valve 11, enters the subvalvular space. Forth from the subvalvular p is stranstvo the liquid enters through the channels 12 to the outside, and through the channels 13 in the working chamber to the piston 4, the cylinder 3, the barrel of the Jack 2 and the mechanism rascepa 5, pushing at the air at the speed of washing up to 1.5 l/sec. Further, the speed of the fluid must increase at least up to 2 l/sec. The valve 11 under the pressure of the liquid falls down and compresses the spring 1 and overlaps the channel 12. Through the channels 13 in the chamber creates a pressure to be passed through the barrel 2 on the mechanism of rascepa 5. When the pressure increases, the piston 4 with the plunger 6 begins to move downward, compressing the packer 14. When the pressure of 220 ATM mechanism rascepa 5 compresses the collet 15, whereupon the packer and Jack are disconnected. Jack rises to the coiled tubing pipe up and packer (packer-tube) is left in the borehole at the desired time.

If necessary, the packer / plug is released from the well by drilling.

The device is designed to apply the emergency uncoupling, triggered in emergency situations, designed to remove the packer Assembly - plug - Jack from the coiled tubing pipe, through which the process of the Gulf of fluid (pressure supply). The flow rate of the working fluid required for Petrovci includes the range from 1.5 to 3.5 l/sec, and the pressure in the coiled tubing pipe when installing a packer-tube - 220 ATM. Coiled tubing pipe is attached to the Jack through about the feats of the valve, that allows you to regulate the pressure in the device. The length of the Assembly, including packer-plug, Jack, check valve and emergency uncoupling, does not exceed three meters.

The proposed device allows the installation of packers-tubes of various sizes for production casing diameters from 140 to 219 mm

SUBSTANCE: packer comprises body connected to conductor-and-support cable in which electric drive, reducing gear, screw pair, central rod, rubber gland, seat and movable bush are arranged. The central rod is connected with screw and pusher, the rubber gland is located between fixed and sliding flanges. The seat is formed on inner body surface and forms valve along with sealing rings. The movable bush is movably connected with inner body surface and provided with cone with dies freely put on the cone. Fluid flowmeter and gamma-ray logging sensor are arranged in upper packer part. The gamma-ray logging sensor is provided with coupler locator. Pressure sensor is arranged on central rod end under the packer. Liquid flowmeter and pressure sensor are located in liquid supply line, which injects liquid in the well. Technical parameter receiving and recording assembly is installed at well head and electrically linked with the pressure sensor, fluid flowmeter and gamma-ray logging sensor by conductor-and-support cable.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises stem connected to reducing coupler provided with finger, which passes in bayonet groove formed in mandrel and closed with band. Mandrel, band and reducing coupler are connected one to another by calibrated shear member. The mandrel is connected to extension means through coupling sleeve. Packer is provided with sealing member and seal arranged between upper and lower lids.
