The invention relates to the field of drilling oil and gas wells, in particular, to drilling mud.

It is well known that the only method of regulating a hydrostatic pressure of the mud column is the change in its density by introducing an inert weighting material. Now it is proved that a large number of solids in drilling fluid affects the feasibility drilling records. Therefore, the most promising is the creation of mud without solid phase, the density of which is regulated supplements of water-soluble salts. So, you know the family of high-density drilling fluids based brines bromides of calcium and zinc [1]. These mud weights up to 1800 kg/m3have a high technological performance, but very expensive and environmentally unsatisfactory, and, therefore, their application is not always economically justified.

As a prototype by the totality of the basic technological characteristics, selected potassium chloride drilling fluid is water-based, containing cationic range, including calcium chloride and/or calcium carbonate and/or sodium hydroxide, and a polymeric additive comprising a biopolymer thickening agent and a starch modifying agent for thickening agent [2]. the p drilling fluid designed to minimize privateparty during drilling operations, what is provided by reducing the thickness of mud cake on the borehole wall and increase the sustainability of horizontal wells. First, the density of potassium chloride drilling mud without solid phase are severely limited by the solubility of calcium chloride and may not exceed 1390 kg/m3. This leads to increased solids content in the weighted solution, which increases the risk of solid-phase sedimentation and loss of productivity of the reservoir.

The objective of the invention is the creation of Binational mud without solid phase with a density 1070-1520 kg/m3with improved anti-filtration and lubrication properties.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the new Picatinny the drilling fluid is water-based contains a cationic reagent and polymer additive and is characterized by the fact that, as a cationic gamma contains the chlorides of calcium and sodium, as well as polymer additives contains biopolymer xanthan number, % (wt.):

In laboratory tests to verify the effectiveness of the proposed Binational mud was measured the following properties: the rate of filtration (the measurements were carried out for 30 minutes at a pressure of 7 ATM); the coefficient of friction measured on the instrument company "Baroid"; rheological characteristics of the solution: plastic viscosity ηPLdynamic shear stress τaboutstatic shear stress after 1 and 10 min (SNA) (measurements were carried out on the FANN viscometer firm "Baroid").

Picatinny drilling mud, in comparison with the prototype, has the following advantages.

First, the density Binational solution is adjusted over a wide range from 1180 to 1520 kg/m3without additives solid-phase weighting. This is achieved by using combinations of salts of calcium and sodium in the concentrated dispersion medium of the drilling fluid. Table 1 presents information about the density brines, which can be obtained by using cationic salt mix used in biorational mud. This will typically prepare a water solution of 1-valent sodium chloride given density, and then weight chlorine is the home of calcium to saturation of the divalent cation. Thus, the proposed Picatinny drilling mud, in the aggregate, technological characteristics, superior to potassium chloride solution prototype.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling oil and gaseous wells, in particular, to polymer-clay fluids for drilling used under conditions of permafrost rocks. Proposed polymer-clay fluid shows the improved pseudoplastic properties providing enhancing retaining and transporting capacity and treatment degree of the well walls, diminished filtration due to high rate in formation of low-penetrable filtration crust preventing the well pollution and promoting to retention of its collector properties, reduced rate of warming up of permafrost rocks that prevents formation of caverns and destruction of the well walls and as result provides prolonged retention of the well trunk in the stable state. As a polysaccharide reagent the polymer-clay fluid comprises Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer, and as a structure-forming agent it comprises condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grains in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: clay, 6-8; condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grains, 4-6; Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer, 2-4; hydrocarbon antifreeze, 7-19, and water, the balance, wherein the ratio of Acinetobacter sp. biopolymer and condensed sulfite-alcohol distillery grain = 1:(1-3) mas. p., respectively. As hydrocarbon antifreeze, polymer-clay fluid comprises carbamide or glycerol. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness in drilling of wells in permafrost rocks.
