The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of tractor trailers.

This objective is achieved in that the base plate consists of two installed with a gap between the bowls, between which is located a ball bearing cylinder, with each of the bowls of the support plate rigidly attached to one of the components of the structural elements of the bracket belonging to one of the cross members of the chassis frame, and referred to h is Chi base plate covered by the retainer, made in the form of elastic retaining ring.
