The invention relates to research explosives /EXPLOSIVES/ and can be used to test EXPLOSIVES at security in terms of mechanical stress.

It is known that an explosion upon impact due to friction, which is exposed compressible and fluid as a result of this BB. In practice, the punch operates under some corner /oblique or sliding kick/and offset layers CENTURIES relative to each other and relative to the striker is forced and is determined by the tangential forces. This qualitative distinction between impact and friction is absent, and the proportion is determined by the angle at which the blow; the magnitude of this angle /combined with fluidity and coefficient of external friction/ depends on the ratio of tangential and normal forces. For determining the sensitivity of EXPLOSIVES to the moving shock uses appropriate devices [1].

The principal disadvantage of known devices is the uncertainty of the ratio of dynamic forces in the explosive substance in normal and tangential directions, which leads to inconsistency of results in the excitation of the explosion stroke. The specified accuracy of the characterization of the sensitivity of EXPLOSIVES to shock.

Closest to the proposed invention is Koper, aderrasi established on the basis of the anvil and the load with vertical guides [2]. The degree of sensitivity of EXPLOSIVES to impact is determined by the drop height of the cargo, in which the explosion occurs.

This device also does not provide the accuracy in determining the sensitivity of EXPLOSIVES to shock due to the uncertainty of the ratio of tangential and normal dynamic efforts.

The basis of the invention the task is to create a device for determining the characteristics of the sensitivity of explosives to shock, where the shock is below a specified angle, which allows a stable ratio of dynamic forces in normal and tangential directions, and to improve the accuracy of the results.

The technical effect obtained from the use of the invention is to improve the safety of operations with explosives due to the greater reliability of the results of the shock test CENTURIES.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for determining the characteristics of the sensitivity of explosives to impact, containing established on the basis of the anvil and the load with vertical guides, an anvil connected to the base of an inclined plate located springs.

This embodiment allows the device to form a directed elastic suspension of the anvil and thereby produce a kick in the ass is authorized by the angle. The result is a certain ratio between normal and tangential dynamic efforts in the explosive substance.

In the specific form of the device the angle of the leaf springs to guide the cargo may reach 40-50°. Experiments have shown, Chota at such angles industrial explosives are the most dangerous.

The drawing shows a device for determining characteristics of the sensitivity of EXPLOSIVES to shock.

The device has strengthened on the basis of 1 guides 2 days cargo 3, video 4, available at the pilot boarding in the sleeve 5, the anvil 6, connected to the base 1 is inclined spaced plate spring 7, and a portion of explosives 8, which is located between the roller 4 and the anvil 6. Angle α tilt plate spring 7 to the guide rails 2 is 45°.

The device operates as follows.

When testing explosives cargo 2 dropping from a certain height on the roller 4. The impact is transferred to the hinge BB 8 and the anvil 6. Anvil /due to the directed elastic suspension/ under the action of shock moves simultaneously in vertical and horizontal directions. Due to this explosive 8 is loaded normal and tangential dynamic effort is a rate, determined by angle α.

Gradually the height of drop shipping 2 increase and fix the dropping height H at which the explosion occurs. Characteristic sensitivity CENTURIES can serve as the drop height H, and castest explosions according to GOST 4545-88.

This solution allows you to make bógreater certainty in the impact test CENTURIES and to improve the accuracy of the obtained results. In addition, it becomes possible to evaluate the influence of the angle of impact on the risk of explosion and to develop appropriate activities that enhance the security of practical work with explosives.

FIELD: inspection of fuels.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for inspection of qualitative condition of engine fuels used under low temperature conditions. Parameters of testing are specified and fuel is cooled down till tested fuel gets cloudy. Consumption and pressure are specified at supply of fuel through fine filter which parameters correspond to modes of operation of engine. Simultaneously fuel consumption is changed in ancillary fuel line as well as hydraulic resistance in main fuel line. Duration of fuel supply through fine filter is measured as well as values of fuel consumption and temperature drops on fine filter. Tests go on in form of subsequent cycles while keeping specified value of cooling of fuel steady. Temperature of fuel is taken as limited one of fuel supply at which temperature the difference in values of current consumption of fuel through fine filter and consumption of fuel, settled for specified mode of load of engine, exceeds admissible error in measurement. Critical temperature has to be the one at which current consumption of fuel during specified period of time reduces till limited value at which value the engine stops working at idle running. Temperature drop corresponding to critical temperature of supply has to be taken as critical pressure drop.
