Tank for liquefied gases

FIELD: cryogenic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: tank comprises vessel, two pairs of insulating supports, and locking unit. Each of the supports is made of semi-spherical insert mounted in the socket of the bed and interacting with the cantilever which is secured to the housing of the vessel through the insulating spaces. The unit for locking against the longitudinal and transverse loads is made of spherical stop that cooperates with the vessel by means of heat insulating sleeve mounted on the fitting at the center of the bottom section of the vessel. The movement of the supports of the vessel in longitudinal directions during temperature deformation is provided with the grooves made in cantilevers that receive bushing mounted by means of fastening members. The bushing has grooves for permitting transverse movement of the supports of the vessel.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced labor consumption for assembling.

The invention relates to the field of cryogenic engineering as stationary tanks and intended for reception, storage and delivery to the consumer of liquefied natural gas.

Famous tank (see patent RU 2032848) for liquefied gases containing shell, a receptacle therein, supported on the ends by two pairs nizkoteploprovodnye supports. The supports are angled to the vertical axis of the tank. The vessel is fixed against longitudinal transport loads in both directions one hard rod. The rod has ends spatial hinges, one of which is fixed to the vessel, the other on the shell. The vessel is pressed against the supports and fixed against rotation around the longitudinal axis of the spring-loaded stop. The emphasis attached to the vessel supported on the casing via the adapter part and has the key, placed in a longitudinal groove of the specified transition pieces, fixed on the shell. Each of the supports mounted on the supporting surface of the vessel and supported on a transitional item, installed on a support and secured to the shell.

The disadvantages of the known technical solution is the complexity of the design of the supports and the fixing unit, and the complexity of their manufacture and installation.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to simplify the design of the supports and the fixing unit, as well as simplifying their manufacture and installation.

The deliver the task is solved by what's in the tank for liquefied gases containing vessel, two pair of insulating supports, the fixing unit on the frame from the longitudinal and transverse loads, and each pair of insulating supports are made in the form of a hemispherical liner installed in the socket housings and cooperating with the bracket, which is attached through an insulating gasket on the body of the vessel, and the fixing unit from the longitudinal and transverse loads on the frame made in the form of spherical stops interacting with the vessel by means of insulating glass that is installed on the fitting at the bottom center of the vessel, thus moving the supports of the vessel in the longitudinal direction at a temperature deformations provide grooves, made in the brackets, which are mounted using mounting sleeve having slots to accommodate movements of the supports of the vessel in the transverse direction.

Figure 1 shows a General view of the tank; figure 2 - section a-a in figure 1 (design support); figure 3 - node B figure 1 : the structure of the fixing unit); figure 4 - section b-b In figure 2 (design support); figure 5 - section G-g of figure 4 and figure 6 - section d-D figure 5 (sleeve design).

Tank for liquefied gases (figure 1) contains the vessel 1 and two pair of insulating supports 2, mounted on the frame 3 and the fixing unit 4 from the longitudinal and transverse loads on the mill is not 3. Each pair of insulating supports 2 (2, 4) made in the form of a hemispherical liner 5 that is installed in the socket housings 3 and cooperating with the bracket 6, which is attached through an insulating gasket 7 on the body of the vessel 1. The fixing unit 4 (figure 3) from the longitudinal and transverse loads on the frame 3 made in the form of spherical stops 8 and communicates with the vessel 1 by means of insulating glass 9 mounted on the fitting 10 to the center of the bottom part of the vessel 1. Move the insulating supports 2 of the vessel 1 in the longitudinal direction at a temperature deformations provide the grooves 11 in the brackets 6, which are mounted sleeve 12 having slots 13 to provide movement of the supports of the vessel 1 in the transverse direction and fixed by means of bolts 14 and washers 15.

The influence of longitudinal and transverse loads during thermal deformation on the vessel 1 is perceived by the fixing unit 4 through the insulating glass 9, fixed to the fitting 10 in the lower part of the vessel 1. The effect of vertical loads on the vessel 1 is perceived insulating supports 2, consisting of a hemispherical liner 5 that is installed in the socket frame 3, and a bracket 6 fixed through an insulating gasket 7 on the body of the vessel 1. During thermal deformation of the bracket 6 slips on a hemispherical liner 5. The move is restaino 6 in the longitudinal direction at a temperature deformations provide grooves 11, in the installed sleeve 12 having slots 13 to provide movement of the arms 6 in the transverse direction and fixed by means of bolts 14 and washers 15.

The design of tanks for liquefied gases can simplify the design of the supports and the fixing unit and their fabrication, and installation. To simplify the design of the supports and the fixing unit is achieved through the use of rigid elements connection of the vessel with the frame, the lowest in the scheme of fixing the number of these relations. Simplification of manufacturing and Assembly is achieved by the absence of the installation and maintenance of uneven loading of these links through the use of a hemispherical liner and spherical stops. All of this will improve the reliability of mounting of the receptacle on the frame and reduce the complexity of installation works.

Tank for liquefied gases containing vessel, two pair of insulating supports, and the fixing unit, wherein each of the supports is made in the form of a hemispherical liner installed in the socket housings and cooperating with the bracket, which is attached through an insulating gasket on the body of the vessel, and the fixing unit from the longitudinal and transverse loads on the frame made in the form of spherical stops interacting with the vessel by means of insulating glass set is a fitting on the bottom center of the vessel, this move supports the vessel in the longitudinal direction at a temperature deformations provide grooves made in the brackets, which are mounted using mounting sleeve having slots to accommodate movements of the supports of the vessel in the transverse direction.
