Hinge, which connects gate with control-rods, is fastened to counterweights by two flexible members and angle pulley so that counterweights may be displaced in vertical plane along frame posts. The hopper is provided with damping means brought into cooperation with the gate.

The invention relates to systems for loading rock mostly career excavator dump trucks to ensure operation of the equipment without it idle in the face.

When closing the valve 9 which interacts with the shock absorbers 23, which provide a shockless closing valve 9.

During the filling of the hopper 3 one module (1) the following empty dump truck 7 may be supplied for loading another module (2), the hopper 3 which is already filled with rocks. Next load cycle dumptruck repeated.
