SUBSTANCE: method for creating a concealed image within counter-forgery protective elements of polygraphic products includes, for special protective element consisting of multiple intersecting lines, forming an offset for a portion of bitmap lines utilized to make ornament of aforementioned protective element, for half the step of bitmap line step. For aforementioned special protective element firstly two even bitmap fields are formed, created by means of linear bitmap with similar line positioning and relative area of bitmap elements in first bitmap field 60-70% and in second bitmap field 15-20% and coinciding in size with special protective element with displayed dark portions of ornament on first bitmap field and light portions of ornament on second bitmap field. Onto aforementioned bitmap fields image in form of label and/or drawing is applied, positioned evenly relatively to boundaries of aforementioned fields, which is then cut out, and formed special space is filled with same bitmap with offset for half step of bitmap lines, basic special protective element is repainted for forming of special protective mask, wherein white elements remain white while dark elements become transparent, then special protective mask is positioned on first bitmap field and second bitmap field on special protective mask for producing a model of special protective element with concealed image.

EFFECT: improved level of protection of polygraphic products from forgery, possible direct trustworthiness check due to utilization of individual template.

The invention relates to printing and relates to manufacturing methods of printing elements belonging to the category of protecting printed products from fakes.

One known way of security printing products from fakes is the use of guilloche elements representing a continuous intertwining narrow lines forming complex geometric shapes, used as a background stamp. Guilloche elements (grids, borders, rosettes, corners, vignettes) - drawing from a variety of intersecting thin lines defined by mathematical formulas with values in a dozen digits after the decimal point. By the way, not knowing the exact formula of a certain guilloche, play it almost impossible. The composition of guilloche elements are difficult to reproduce by duplicating the apparatus due to the very small thickness (from 40 to 70 microns) and constantly changing curvature of the lines.

However, the rapidly developing market of duplicating, copying, scanning and printing equipment is not possible today to say with confidence about the practical impossibility of repetition hiroshimaga figure or close to the original simulation. This solution is taken as a prototype for both the stated objects.

The disadvantage of this method is low efficiency of protection, which is built on the low-resolution copiers, but is quite feasible using serious printing equipment. Another feature of weak protection is that there is no direct means of authentication such a picture.

The present invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem on creating a protection element of a multilayer overlay bitmap fields.

Achievable technical result is to increase security printing products from fakes and allow direct verification through the use of individual pattern, produced with the same parameters as the TFR is the second image.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of creating a latent image in the elements of security printing products from fakes, lies in the fact that in guilloche element form the offset portion of the raster lines, which made guilloche ornament item, half the step size of the raster lines, for guilloche element of the first form two uniform raster field formed in a linear pattern with the same frequency and relative area of the raster elements in the first raster field 60-70% and in the second raster field of 15-20% and matching the size of the base guilloche element with display dark areas of the pattern on the first raster field and bright plots of the ornament on the second raster field on the specified bitmap field is placed located equally on the borders of these fields, the image in the form of lettering and/or pattern, which is then cut, and the resulting reverse filled with the same pattern with an offset of half pitch lines of the raster, carry out repainting guilloche element for education guilloche mask, in which white elements remain white and dark elements - transparent, then have a guilloche mask on first raster field and the second raster field guilloche on the mask to get the layout gillotin the element with the latent image.

These characteristics are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present invention is illustrated by a specific example, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving a given set of features required technical result.

According to the present invention a method of creating a latent image in the elements of security printing products from fakes is that in the base guilloche element form the offset portion of the raster lines, which made guilloche ornament item, half the step size of lines of the raster.

1. Having guilloche element (1) in the graphical editor form two uniform raster field formed in a linear pattern with the same frequency and relative area of the raster elements in the first raster field 60-70% (figure 2) and in the second raster field of 15-20% (figure 3) and matching the size of the base guilloche element with display dark areas of the pattern on the first raster field and light areas of the pattern on the second raster field.

2. On the specified bitmap field is placed located equally on the borders of these fields, the image in the form of inscriptions, such as "SIGN" (figure 4, 5), and/or picture, the image is then cut, and the resulting reverse filled with the same pattern, but with an offset of half pitch lines of the raster.

When using a sufficiently high line linear screen (more than 200 Lpi) and the manufacture of film on devices with high resolution (3000-4000 dpi) this method is effective for anti-counterfeit printed products for all types of copiers, as these devices will not be accurately reproduced the raster structure of the original and, accordingly, when is ulozhenie template will not manifest the latent image. The effectiveness of this method is obvious, so as to observe the latent image is only suitable template of the same ruling, which made the security feature template is made for each item individually.

Unlike other known methods for the production of raster and gelosi (photo engraving and others) all actions under the proposed method are performed in a graphics editor on the workstation (personal computer) designer of security printing products.

The present invention is industrially applicable, as may be implemented using known technologies that are being used in the manufacture of guilloche patterns.
