SUBSTANCE: electric stimulator has stimulating pulse voltage generator and electrode-catheter connected with the generator. Electrode-catheter is provided with at least three contact areas disposed equidistantly along tube of electrode-catheter; contact areas are isolated from each other. Commutator and delay unit are introduced into electric stimulator. Input of commutator is connected to stimulating pulse voltage generator. Contact areas of stimulating electrode-catheter are connected with outputs of commutator through delay unit. After operation on kidneys or ureter is over, multi-electrode stimulating electrode-catheter is put along ureter and is fixed onto it in such a way that contacts of electrode-catheter would touch ureter along its whole length. To restore ureter peristalsis, electric pulse influence starts from supply of stimulation pulses to space between first and second contact areas counting from working end of catheter. Then stimulating pulse voltage is applied to space between second and third contact areas in time gap determined by speed of propagation of peristaltic wave and distance between contact areas. Then stimulating voltage is applied to space between third and fourth contact areas in the same time gap. Stimulation cycle is repeated. Due to ability of sequent excitement of ureter departments which go one after another, the peristaltic wave is excited and kept inside ureter which wave helps to constant removing of urine and dry state of operation seam is provided. Seam recovers faster and broken functions of organ restore.

The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to devices for stimulating muscle activity of organs and systems of human pulsed electric current.

Known Autonomous electric stimulators of the gastrointestinal tract, representing swallow capsules, inside which are the chip stimulus generator pulse voltage and the power supply specified chip. The pulse voltage is displayed on the electrode caps of the housing. Upon contact with the muscle of the intestine specified voltage causes a stimulated contraction of the muscles, restoring their normal activity [1].

Known Autonomous electric stimulators-probes of the gastrointestinal tract, which differ from those described above by the presence of a drainage tube attached to one of the cap electrodes. They allow you to enter the stimulator in the starting area of the gastrointestinal tract, rectum or vagina to hold it in place and to stimulate the smooth muscle of the gastrointestinal tract or the vagina adjacent to the stimulator [2].

Known devices for electrical stimulation with electrical stimulators-probes with one or two electrodes placed on a flexible tube inserted into the urethra, and external invoice electrode. Pulse stimulus to which the custody is applied between the electrodes, located on the tube, and an external electrode placed on the skin of the lumbar region in the projection of the kidney [3].

The main disadvantage of the known apparatus for the electrical stimulation is the inability to ensure the effective restoration of peristalsis, the muscle tissue of the body, disturbed by the operation.

The closest analogue proposed in the present invention apparatus is the apparatus described in the method of treating atony upper urinary tract [3]. In it electrical stimulation pulses generated by a special pulse generator, served between introduced into the urethra of the electrode catheter comprising a flexible tube made of electrically insulating material, provided with a contact pad that is connected by a conductor with a pulse generator and a rim electrode attached to the skin of the lumbar region in the projection of the kidneys. The impact of conducting the pulses with a duration of 2-4 MS voltage pulse 8-10 At the pulse frequency of 1-2 Hz. In this case, the electrical stimulation is subjected to essentially the entire pelvic area, which is not always contributes to the restoration of peristalsis of the ureter.

The proposed device operates as follows.

At the end of operations on the ureter or kidney multielectrode stimulating electrode-catheter is placed along the ureter and fixed it (as an option - a catheter is inserted into the ureter through the urethra and bladder) so that the contacts of the electrode-catheter related urinary tract throughout its length. To restore peristalsis of the ureter, disturbed as a result of surgical intervention, an electrical impulse responses begin with the filing of stimulating pulses to the gap between the first and second pads, counting from the working end of the catheter. Over a period of time determined by the velocity of propagation of peristaltic waves and the distance between the pads and formed by the delay device, a stimulating pulse voltage is applied to the gap between the second and third pads, and then through the same delay time between the third and fourth. After that, when using the multi on the example currentconducting, electrode-catheter, the loop stimulation is repeated. Due to the possibility of sequential excitation of successive sections of the ureter in him excited and over time is supported by the peristaltic wave, contributing to the constant discharge of urine generated by the kidney, and enable dry (no percolation or leakage) state operating seam that ensures rapid healing and restoration of disturbed functions of the body.

Additionally introduced into the electrostimulator, the switch provides successive (or simultaneous) application of the stimulating pulse voltage pairs to the above contact pads stimulating electrode-catheter. The switch should be entered (block) delay device providing a time delay pulse when switching from one pair of pads stimulating electrode-catheter to another, which ultimately contributes to the initiation and maintenance of peristaltic waves in the ureter.
