SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises tank formed as a fixture connected to horizontal part of drainage pipe. The tank comprises body with seat. The mixer is provided with valve having head, which has positive floatability in summary with the valve. The mixer has vessel made as horizontal connection pipe adapted to connect horizontal drainage pipe part with the tank. Connection pipe interior communicates with tank interior. Lower end thereof is located above contact area between the valve and the tank body seat. Upper part of connection pipe interior does not project over upper tank body edge. Cross-section of connection pipe interior is not less than that of drainage tank orifice. Connection pipe length is selected to provide summary volume of water accumulated inside the tank and inside the connection pipe, which is 1.5-2 times as much as that of water accumulated in the tank.

The invention relates to sanitary-technical equipment and can be used in water supply systems, in particular in the taps-faucets.

Known discharge device used in the mixer containing the tank with saddle and outlet is located inside of the tank metering device made in the form of a spherical valve positive buoyancy and the l-shaped float, interconnected by a flexible shaft (EN 2005140 C1, E 03 1/04, 30.12.93).

The main disadvantage of this device is unstable due to the lack of trenirovki air, unspecified orientation relative to the valve seat and the increase in size of the crane.

The main disadvantage of this faucet-mixer is a limited possibility of trenirovki air, associated with the fact that denirofan the e is inward flow is drained of water, what hinders the free (instantaneous) discharge accumulated in the water tank, and an automatic drain in the inappropriate time, design complexity, the inability to use one-to-one existing mixers of different designs.

The closest to the technical nature of the effect is achieved is known mixer (patent RU 2145991 C1)containing tank, placed in the form of a nozzle on the end of the horizontal section of the drain tube and consisting of a body with a saddle drainage system tank, made in the form of isolated cavities, indicating the upper part of the inner cavity of the receptacle space of the atmosphere outside the water flow in the area of its discharge from the tank, a valve with a protruding tip having a total of from him positive buoyancy.

The main disadvantage of this mixer is the inability to increase the accumulation of water in case of prolonged technological break in the water, whereupon after filling the tank water will flow to waste (though a thin stream) into the sewer.

It also eliminates the possibility of reducing the size of the tank when the predetermined volumes of accumulation and portions instantaneous discharge of water. The same combination drain tube (outer ⊘ 16) with sharply protruding at the end of the tank deteriorates the appearance of the device.

The objective of the invention is to improve performance, saving water and providing aesthetic appearance (design).

The pipe 12 on the one hand is connected with a horizontal threaded end 4 of the drain tube 3 and secondrun nut 14, and on the other hand passes through the casing 9 with the seal on the cone and connected to the housing 8 by means of the thread. The cavity 13 in the cross section is maximum, but from the condition that the lower edge of the cavity 13 located above the zone of contact of the valve with a cavity (saddle) of the housing 8 and the upper edge of the cavity 13 located no higher than level II (upper edge of the case 8). In all cases the cross-section of the cavity 13 should not be less than the cross-section of the drain hole of the tank to ensure volley overflow of water from the cavity 13 in the tank 5. The length of the pipe 12 is selected from a calculation of the increase in the total volume of water accumulation in the tank and in the pipe (on the basis of the possibility of water accumulation in the volume of bol is Shem, than the amount of instantaneous discharge from one tank with a handful of hands (about 1.5-2 times larger volume of water in the tank)). Presented on Fig.7. a nozzle in the form of a tank, made with elements of the spherical surface, smoothly mating with the socket 12, creates a more aesthetic appearance of the drain tube.

To ensure water saving in public areas is recommended to be installed in the supply to the taps pipeline valves to regulate the flow of water, regardless of the will of the consumer, to the specified stream.

Thus, the proposed design of the mixer allows to improve operational performance, reduce water consumption and to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the mixer.
